Abstract

The research sought to investigate and assess if firm size influences the relationship between internal auditors and audit report lag. The mining sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was subjected to quantitative research utilizing the variance-based Structural Equation Model analysis approach. According to the findings, the audit report lag in mining businesses ranged from 39 to 197 days. Internal auditor increased audit report lag, while firm size did not attenuate the relationship between internal auditor and audit report lag.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Innovation and Celebrity Endorser toward the Business Succes of PT Bukalapak.com tbk. This is a quantitative research. Population of this research is all of STMB MULTISMART students batch 19, with total of 95 people. The sampling technique is done by using saturation sample where all population is used as sample. This study will be distributed with questionaire which is measured by likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The result of the research indicates that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously where the Innovation variable partially has value of tcount (10.040) which is bigger than ttable (1.98609) with significant value (0.000) is smaller than 0.05 while Celebrity Endorser has value of tcount (2.160) bigger than ttable (1.98609) with significant value (0,035) smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously, Innovation and Celebrity Endorser variable has value of Ftable (3.06) with significant value = 5% (0.05), which are Fcount (55.345) and sig.b (0.000b). This indicates that the result of the research accepts Ha and rejects H0, while coefficient of the determination of Adjusted R Square is 0.536. This indicates that Innovation and Celebrity Endorser variable explain their influence toward PT Bukalapak.com tbk success by 53.6% while the remaining 46.4% is the influence of other independent variables that are not studied in this research. Based on this research, the implication for the company is to do more of Innovation and be more selective in choosing Celebrity Endorser.

Abstract

The gravity method can be used to determine subsurface structures in an area. The data is data longitude, latitude, and CBA in mgal. Data processing begins with a 2D and 3D contour using the software Surfer 9. In making this contour, the coordinates in UTM coordinates. The results of two-dimensional contours, which have been obtained, then we make separation of local and regional anomalies using MagPick software. After that, both of them reprocessed using the software Surfer 9 to be "slice" or "cross-section" at the local and regional anomalies. The results of the cross section then processed to create a model in the form of layers so that the resulting curves cross section close to the results that have been observed previously.

Basically, post-reform, the political system in Indonesia is getting better, where the role of the people is more real in terms of repositioning the political system, starting from the election of members of the DPR/DPRD, the election of members of the DPD, to the direct election of regional heads. The research method used by the researcher includes descriptive analysis, based on a qualitative approach, the results of this study explain that, currently the power system in Indonesia is divided into four parts with 7 main institutions as power holders in their respective duties and functions. has been mandated by law, namely the executive, legislative and judicial. Basically democracy is closely related to democratization, where this term is often interpreted as a political process carried out by the government together with the community to create a democratic political life. The Indonesian political system itself is strongly influenced by the environment around it, besides that the Indonesian political system can also be easily influenced by political culture and is highly dependent on the existence of its political parties. As a system, political culture should also have an orientation that aims to seek welfare for all its citizens. And explicitly the existence of political parties in Indonesia can be a bridge between civil society and people's representatives, especially in conveying their state aspirations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the test results: (1) Knowing the differences in the use of the internet on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, (2) Knowing the differences in learning motivation on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, and (3) Knowing the interaction between internet use and learning motivation on students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This experimental research was carried out using a 2x2 factorial design. The results of the calculation show that: (a) The use of internet media can increase students' ability to understand more deeply and be inspired by actual events, (b) The use of internet media students will be more motivated to understand the content of messages that can resemble facts or actual events, and (c) ) the effect in the interaction to improve students' understanding of the subject matter between the use of learning media or students' learning motivation. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that by using Internet Media Utilization. From the results of the analysis showed that between learning media and learning motivation both contributed jointly between learning media and learning motivation, meaning that the effect of interaction between learning media and learning motivation could increase students' ability to understand both in terms of the use of internet media and without using internet media and both students who have high motivation and those who have low motivation.
