Abstract

This study contains sentiment analysis on Twitter data with the direction of sentiment on the TikTokShop feature. In this study, the k nearest neighbor method is implemented in which the metric distance cosine similarity is used with the value of the nearest neighbor distance k = 3, 5, 7, and 9. In the modeling, a k-fold cross-validation scenario is used with a value of k = 10 fold. This study also uses unigram, bigram, and trigram selection features to handle imbalanced data using undersampling techniques. From the modeling results, it is found that the best modeling is the model with unigram feature selection with nearest neighbor k = 3. From this model, the average accuracy value is 89.92%, the average precision is 90.54% and the recall average is 87.37%. In the test, the results showed that the unigram feature selection had the best performance with 91% accuracy, 92% precision, and 89% recall

The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely convenience or accidental sampling. The sample is that visitors have been to RZG at least once. Collecting data is done by interviewing and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses statistical tests, namely validity and reliability tests, variable description analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and F test. Return to RZG. Simultaneous conditions found similar results. Namely, the brand image factor and the price of admission tickets positively affect the tourist's decision to revisit RZG. The recommendations suggest managers improve RZG's prime image by enhancing services and maintaining the quality of tourism products. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of CEO reputation, company reputation and auditor reputation on financial difficulties. The dependent variable, namely financial difficulties, is measured using a dummy variable with a binomial measure, namely (1) if the company is experiencing financial difficulties and zero (0) if the company is not experiencing financial difficulties. If the condition of the company meets at least one of these requirements, it is given a value of 1 (experiencing financial difficulties) and if it does not meet at least one condition, it is considered not experiencing financial difficulties which is then given a value of 0. While the independent variable, namely the CEO's reputation is measured by data envelopment analysis (DEA), then the reputation of the company using the GRI guidelines, is given a value of 1 if there is a company reputation dimension and a value of 0 (zero) if there is none, then the scores are summed based on the dimensions of the company's reputation and auditor reputation using a dummy variable. If the company uses the services of a KAP that is affiliated with The Big Four Auditor KAP, it is given a code of 1. Meanwhile, if the company uses the services of a KAP that is not affiliated with the Big Four Auditor KAP, it is given a code of 0. The third stage was data analysis with logistic regression analysis.84 companies listed on the IDX were used as a sample and then logistically analyzed using the SPSS program since the variables used a dummy measure. The results of this research succeeded in proving that the reputation of the CEO and the reputation of the company had a negative effect on financial difficulties, thus the better the reputation of the CEO and the company, the lower the financial difficulties. However, the auditor's reputation has no effect on financial difficulties. The management will assume that regardless of the reputation of the auditors chosen by the company will still give the sinilar opinion regarding the company's financial condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the delegation of tasks and integration have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the DPRD Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 18, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y =1,288+0.313+0.664+ e. Partially, the task delegation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t count > t table (5.595 > 1.991). The integration variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (11,262 > 1,991). Simultaneously, the variables of task delegation (X1) and integration (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (241,700 > 3.12). The variable of task delegation (X1) and integration (X2) is able to contribute influence on the service quality variable by 86.3% while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.should be the leaderThe Office of the Regional Representative Council of Serdang Bedagai Regency can provide objective delegation of tasks so that all employees get the appropriate work tupoksi.
