Abstract

Regarding the rapid phase of technological progress in all fields, as well as the pattern of people's lives that have been relatively advanced. The purpose of this research is to design a payment gateway-based student admission system at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru using the waterfall method. Web-based information systems can be used as a means of improving information in the education department. In the existing research on the information system for new student admissions, payment processing is carried out manually by paying on the spot or transferring to the school accounts. It is required to confirm payments and utilize SMS gateways as an information forwarder to information. This system delivers complete information such as how to register, test, and payment gateway-based methods. The results obtained by all service menus on the system have been running well.

Abstract

he purpose of this study is to describe what representations of sexual harassment are contained in the film "Penyalin Cahaya". The research method used is descriptive qualitative with Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis theory which focuses on the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The results of the study found there are 12 (twelve) scenes that contain representations of sexual harassment in the film, such as stealing personal photos, drugging the victim before committing sexual harassment, nudity, photographing the victim's body and using its visuals for certain purposes without the consent of the victim. The results of the analysis of the 12 (twelve) scenes also describe representations of social issues related to sexual harassment, namely the culture of victim-blaming, sexual harassment that is not based on the victim’s gender, patriarchal culture in regulating the victim’s way to dress and behave, abuse of power, and the victim’s fear being stigmatized by society

Abstract

This paper aims to examine more deeply the role of ethical leadership in organizational culture. This is an interesting study to discuss considering that leadership is a central activity in an organization, with a top leader as a central figure, so that a leader needs leadership ethics, because a leader becomes an uswah or role model for his subordinates and has a significant influence on the performance of their subordinates. In this paper, this research uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results of the study show that leadership ethics plays a role in organizational culture. Ethical leadership affects performance in the organization, both the performance of leaders and followers. The leader is a determining factor in creating ethical behavior and ethical climate in the organization. The leader develops a strategy for developing ethical behavior which is part of the organizational strategy. The leader compiles an organizational code of ethics and implements it as a guide to the behavior of members of the organization and becomes a role model for ethical behavior.

Abstract

Measuring the distance of objects to human objects is currently under development. In its development, a lot of research on measuring object distances was carried out in developing security systems and surveillance systems, one of which was in security in the environment of many human objects or crowds. This study uses the object segmentation method using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient feature to segment crowd objects. In determining the value of the distance based on information using a segmented object centroid. Calculations are performed using the Euclidian Distance calculation method to find the shortest distance between the centroid of the bounding box and the camera. The results of this study from object distance can distinguish human objects that have crowds with the best accuracy with a measurement error of 5.7%. The research have conclusion that the main findings produced can be used to produce an accurate human crowd object recognition system that is able to provide information on the value of the object's distance to the camera when the object.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an integral part of daily existence in the digital age. Internet penetration, smartphone usage, and the adoption of technology-based applications have all accelerated the growth of ICT usage in Indonesia. Nonetheless, not everyone has the same level of proficiency with ICT. In order to comprehend the characteristics of ICT users in Indonesia, the research seeks to classify ICT proficiency among adolescents and adults in Indonesia. This study classifies ICT proficiency data among adolescents and adults in Indonesia using data mining techniques, specifically the K-Means clustering algorithm. The classification of ICT proficiency data among adolescents and adults in Indonesia based on predetermined characteristics is the outcome of this study. The results indicate that provinces close to the capital city center tend to have a high proportion of 15- to 24-year-olds with ICT skills. The region of Papua that is farthest from the capital city has the lowest percentage of ICT proficiency. Rural areas typically possess fewer ICT skills than urban ones.

Abstract

To improve the quality and accessibility of services, health services must maintain pace with technological advancements. One of the technologies that can be implemented in pharmacy services is an e-pharmacy-integrated medication sales information system. This can accelerate drug data processing, inventory management, and drug sales transactions, as well as make it easier for users to obtain accurate and up-to-date drug information. The integration of technology in pharmacy services with drug sales information systems can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of pharmaceutical services, as well as the management of drug stock in pharmacies. Through research, it is hoped to identify and analyze functional needs associated with designing and constructing e-pharmacy technology with information systems so that it can provide benefits for optimizing the use of information technology in providing users with easy access to information and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of technology-based services. As a consequence of the research, it is anticipated that the integration of technology in pharmacy services with a drug sales information system will yield greater community and health service benefits.

Abstract

Social network analysis (SNA) is a process of mapping and analyzing interactions between people in social media, including crime. SNA can be used to determine network structure and relationships between criminal network actors through the social media used. After initial investigation, this study used the hashtag "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham" and the phrase in Arabic to crawl the data. Business intelligence is a concept and method of how we can improve the quality of decision-making in a business based on data-based systems. By using SNA terms such as density, centrality, diameter, and reciprocity. Business intelligence can be built. With the combination of SNA and BI, groups affiliated with these groups can be identified. The research also identified 10 accounts that were considered to play an important role in collaborative communication, the flow of funds, and the dissemination of radical propaganda. By finding these 10 accounts, there are many investigations that can be carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures at the authorities

Abstract

This study focuses on discussing how fuzzy logic can be used in temperature control systems. To avoid unsuitable and excessive performance as a result of the growing number of individuals entering the room, fuzzy logic is utilized to determine the amount of values provided. The effectiveness of the system in controlling the temperature and the quantity of individuals entering the space is its performance. When people enter the space, the sensor system counts them to establish the room's capacity. The ATmega328 microcontroller was used in the creation of this system. The quantity of people entering the room is forecast using PIR and ultrasonic sensors. To prevent system failure, the maximum number is restricted to 250 persons for calculating and evaluating system performance. In this case, the Tsukamoto fuzzy logic model was applied, with experimental results showing increased accuracy in determining how many rotations the dynamo and relay experience. The measured average value of the results obtained an accuracy of 54.11%, and the system shows that it is more stable than without applying the fuzzy logic model.
