Abstract

Monkeypox virus is closely related to variola (smallpox virus) and causes a smallpox-like disease. The increase in monkeypox cases has caused the general public to be involved in providing responses to seek and share information related to monkeypox on the internet, especially on social media platforms. This study aims to analyze a collection of 5000 tweets on August 5, 2022, for sentiment analysis using the NRC lexicon. Of the 5,000 tweets that have been extracted, it is obtained that the words that Twitter users often use are "health", "emergency", "public", "covid", and "declares". By using the classification using the NRC lexicon comparison, we found that the emotion type of fear was the most widely used emotion, which had a presentation of 19.73%, followed by anticipation emotion at 16.78%, sadness 14.77%, trust at 13.90%, anger 9.99%, shock 9.14%, disgust 8.12%, and happy 1288 7.90 %. The negative sentiment that often appears on Twitter is equal to 51.92%, and positive sentiment has a percentage of 48.08%. The negative sentiment words that appear most often are "emergency", "virus", "disease", "shit", and "risk". The positive sentiment words that appear most often are "public", "vaccine", "sex", "contact", and "united". The analytical method with the lexicon method is very well used in analyzing various emotions and sentiments on social media. %MCEPASTEBIN%

Abstract

Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction is essential for any company striving to establish a strong brand, attract new customers, and gain a competitive edge. Despite the increasing scholarly interest in service quality, customer satisfaction, and branding, there remains a dearth of empirical research on the nexus of these variables in relation to brand gestalt. The present study aims to address this theoretical gap by examining the link between service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand gestalt in the context of Multilevel Marketing (MLM) companies. This study employs a quantitative descriptive design, utilizing primary data obtained from a survey of 176 respondents who are either consumers or members of MLM companies. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of the SmartPLS statistical program. The findings indicate that while service quality factors such as reliability, responsiveness, and empathy have no significant influence on customer satisfaction, tangibility and assurance aspects of service quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, which, in turn, has a significant influence on various dimensions of brand gestalt, including story, sensescape, servicescape, and stakeholder

Abstract

OSTR stands for Open Source Turtle Robot is a turtle robot whose hardware and software are open source and published by MakersBox located in Adair Village, OR, United States of America. In this study OSTR will be developed into an Wireless Robot Plotter that can draw and write and is equipped with computer software to support the needs of the learning process in understanding logical thinking for students. In this study, a wireless Robot Plotter design has been successfully designed to support students' understanding of logical thinking. A logical thought in the form of syntactic logic steps "turtle graphics" is inserted into the application interface (created in visual basic language), then the logic steps are translated in the form of an image that can be viewed on the monitor screen and sent wirelessly to the Robot Plotter (using nodeMCU ESP8266-12 as the processor) to be drawn by the Robot Plotter. From the tests, the realized wireless Robot Plotter successfully drew according to the logic steps instructed through the created interface application. The research urgency is to train logical thinking by designing a robot plotter so that abilities and skills are sharpened and the plotter robot used to draw basic batik motifs can be utilized by the creative industry.

Abstract

Auditors who have appropriate competence are needed to carry out certification. The amount of experience a person has before becoming an Auditor determines the competence possessed by an Auditor. To be assigned to carry out certification, an auditor needs special competencies such as areas of expertise, work experience, and the Schemes and Standards that become the reference for certification. Auditors owned by LSUP need to be classified so that they can be assigned according to their competence. The C4.5 Decision tree algorithm is one of the methods that can be used to create a model used to classify and predict auditor competence. 65 data from 221 data are used as training data to form a model in the form of a tree structure. This model consists of 3 attributes that form a Node in a tree structure, namely the Workplace, Skill and Standard attributes. Each attribute has a value that forms a branch. The model was evaluated using the Confusion Matrix with a matrix size of 7x7 which resulted in a TP value of 99, FP value of 121, FN value of 121, and TN value of 1199. The accuracy level of this model is quite good, namely 84%. But the Precise and Recall values are not very good, only 45%.

Abstract

Arabic writing has various types of khat that are complex and different from each other, so it requires proper classification to identify the type of khat used. This research uses the Lightweight Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classsification method to recognize the types of khat naskhi and riq'ah on Arabic writing datasets. The evaluation results show that this classification model has an accuracy of 98.75% on training data and 100% on validation data, with a relatively fast processing time of 2s 375ms per step so that the model can be implemented well in systems that require high data processing speed and also devices that have limited resources. These results show that the classification model using the Lightweight CNN layer can be used as an effective alternative in classifying types of Arabic writing, especially in recognizing certain types of khat such as naskhi and riq'ah. Furthermore, this research can be developed using a larger and more diverse dataset, as well as evaluated and compared with other classification models to improve the performance of the model in recognizing more complex types of Arabic writing.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of a high-performance work system, employee innovation, employee performance, entrepreneurial leadership, and organizational justice in courier workers who operate in expedition services in Indonesia during the COVID-19 epidemic. This research selected respondents using purposive sampling. Online surveys gather data. This research included 90 shipping industry employees with two years of experience. The research model is evaluated using SmartPLS and SEM. This study demonstrated that the high-performance work system improves creativity and performance. Employee inventiveness also boosts performance. Hence, employee creativity mediates the performance-high-performance work system link. Secondly, entrepreneurial leadership does not regulate the link between a high-performance work structure, employee inventiveness, and employee performance. This research shows that work happiness does not improve employee performance.
