The right product distribution strategy is a decision that must be considered by the company to increase optimal profits, because an effective and efficient strategy can reduce distribution costs. A tire manufacturing company experiences difficulties in choosing the right product distribution strategy, because shipping costs are always increasing. For this reason, research was conducted in order to be able to provide optimal strategy proposals to be implemented in the company. From the results of the research and data processing carried out, there are two tests for the direct delivery strategy and the warehouse delivery strategy. The research described in the given statement contributes to the field of product distribution strategy, specifically in the context of a tire manufacturing company facing increasing shipping costs. Testing of these strategies is carried out using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) method to calculate the total optimal distribution cost of each strategy. The mathematical model in this study was solved using optimization software. Based on the research results, the delivery strategy through the warehouse is better than the direct delivery strategy and the cross-docking strategy with a total cost of Rp. 3,213,200. This result is smaller than the cross-docking of IDR 3,544,000 each. This shows that the warehouse delivery strategy can save costs by 8.86%. The research concludes that the warehouse delivery strategy offers the most favorable results in terms of cost savings and efficiency compared to the direct delivery and cross-docking strategies.

To analyze consumer behaviours of TikTok Shop live streaming, specifically the Gen Z generation towards emotional factors and to see its potential to become a personal touchpoint. Qualitative research was used to conduct the research, followed by interviewing three informants chosen from convenience sampling. The interview process took time from September until October 2022 using Zoom and filling out questions on the documents. The informants tend to use TikTok as the search engine, but when it comes to the live streaming part, they likely utilize the price reduction or vouchers to pay their orders with lower prices, hence there is no such thing as an emotional factor or interpersonal relationship in the buying activity on the platform. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research as part of the product development process in order to maintain users’ attention towards TikTok Shop, especially the live streaming shopping feature and continue innovating to attract users and not make them rely on the price or promotion.

Cv. Mitra Karya Sejati was founded in 1998 by Tardi Sutanto as a trading company in the field of agricultural materials, such as multipurpose fertilizers, pesticides and seeds. CV. Mitra Karya Sejati is often in short supply due to the increasing demand for consumer goods and even some items are not sold, so it is difficult to predict the stock of goods in the warehouse so far based on sales data which is used only as data to report monthly sales results which will then not be used again. Companies need a sales forecasting system to help you plan stock items in the future. The application of C 5.0 to data mining can make it easier for companies to estimate stock of goods based on sales of agricultural materials. The Data Mining application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database to reduce inventory planning losses. Through the proposed system can help companies estimate the stock of goods to be provided to minimize losses. The results of this study obtained sales test data identified as bestsellers on a total attribute of 193 on Cu Daun and Dolimite products, identified as unsold by 0, on CU Daun and Dolimit products, so that it has an accuracy value of 100%, this result becomes the company's benchmark in determining inventory and stock sales in the next month.

The use of various information systems in supporting daily business activities has become common today, including the use of a financial recording system in BumDes Sarining Winangun Kukuh that has been built. However, to support managerial decision making, a profit/loss forecasting system is needed as a basis for making future business strategies. For this reason, this research develops a profit/loss forecasting system using the Simple Moving Average method. Based on testing the accuracy of forecasting using the MAPE method, the results show that the average error rate generated is 23.53% by using financial data for 1 year, where the smallest error rate is around 4%, while the highest error rate reaches a value of 0.632 or around 63.2%, so that it can help BUMDes in knowing total revenue forecasting.

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which integrates information and communication technologies into industry, information and computer technology skills are crucial. These abilities help people use technology and get better jobs. In the increasingly competitive digital age, computer information technology abilities improve a nation's competitiveness globally. These skills can reduce Indonesia's youth and adult unemployment rates. The study visualizes data on the proportion of adolescents and adults with information and computer technology (ICT) skills by province in Indonesia to determine the percentage of equal distribution of ICT skills to improve the quality of human resources in ICT. The data visualization of Adolescents and Adults with Information and Computer Technology Skills (ICT) in Indonesia showed that DI Yogyakarta had the highest percentage at 98.74%, indicating that most of the population has ICT skills. Papua province has the lowest proportion, 33.06%, indicating that most locals lack IT and computer abilities.

Many companies or organizations are just starting to stand so that quality Human Resources are needed. This study was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership and readiness to change on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Kupang City. The sample in this study were female employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Kupang City totaling 40 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by giving respondents to choose alternative answers in the form of a check list with a two-pole verbal research scale. The results showed that the transformational leadership variable partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, while the readiness to change variable had a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The readiness to change variable has a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. The transformational leadership variable is 4.214 (sig.0.000) and the ttable value is 2.02809, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the readiness to change variable is -2.988 and the ttable value is 2.02809, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

A good and responsive service quality is a requirement for the success of regional disaster management agencies such as forest and land fires, but of course information technology is needed that is able to support performance and optimize the information obtained in the complaint process at BPBD Tebo Regency, Jambi province. Therefore the author aims to find solutions to problems that exist in BPBD Tebo Regency by designing an information system website that helps process complaints that are still done manually and are less efficient so that they are more advanced, accurate and facilitate the complaint process. This complaint information system provides convenience and helps the complaint process to be easier, more efficient and structured. This complaint information system is a website-based system, using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework method and using the Mysql database to make it easier to create a design website for complaints of forest and land fires at BPBD Tebo district.

The study aims to test the impact of financial attitudes and income on financial planning through financial behavior with the object of research of employees of the PT YMMA production department. This type of research is quantitative research with data processed from primary and secondary data obtained from the results of the dissemination of questionnaires with purposive data sampling techniques by disseminating questionnaire online ie google form. The population in the study was 1500 employees and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method in this study uses software SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0. The results of this study show that the variable of financial attitude has no influence on financial planning. Income and financial behavior have a positive and significant impact on financial planning. Financial behavior as an intervening variable is not able to mediate the financial attitude towards financial planning, but financial behaviour is capable of mediating the impact of income on financial planning. Implications to this research can help strengthen the role of financial behavior in financial decision-making. This can help provide a foundation for developing strategies to improve the financial behavior of individuals and families in better planning their finances.

The current era of real and virtual worlds has developed rapidly, this has encouraged many industries to make changes, especially in the technology industry and sales including the marketplace. Indonesia is dominated by many marketplaces, one of the largest is Tokopedia. This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of the Flash Sale , Brand Image, program on Purchase Intention, and its impact on Purchase Decision users of D-Link products by targeting 97 respondents. This study uses the SPSS test and it is known that Flash Sale affects Purchase Intention and Purchase Decision while Brand Image affects Purchase Intention and does not affect Purchase Decision directly.

This study discusses the variables that can affect the loyalty of the company to the company that is currently researched, which is PT Dua Benua Pratama. The aim of this study is to analyze Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality and Customer Loyalty at PT Dua Benua Pratama. This study was carried out on 101 respondents who were partners from PT Dua Benua Pratama. In the analysis of the data, this study used SPSS with the linear regression method. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality and Customer Loyalty on PT Dua Benua Pratama. The use of CRM can help companies in understanding customer needs better,ining good communication and building customer trust, thus increasing customer loyalty. In addition, good service quality can also increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the emotional bond with the brand, thereby increasing customer loyalty. The practical implications of this research are that companies can improve CL by using the right CRM strategy and focusing on quality service.
