Abstract

The results of research using Arcview 3.3 disaster mapping to provide information on handling and anticipating handling. Paramater coordinates area map format.shp region, district. Then select the hazard zone in the disaster area. Data reading is inputted by the view and layout menu. The reading of the map image is seen as the color slice of the Resolution Dataseet display. There are data overlay scoring equations for calculation of parameters. Combined maps are given average percentage weighting according to hazard areas. The data at the trackng point is in the form of a digital image in the form of an interpolated earth form on the attribute.

Abstract

In Autograph5 Research on the application of using quadratic equations and calculating the volume of rotating objects at Budi Darma University for calculus lecture material in the form of visualization can make it easier for students to understand the use of software and its application. The application is carried out in the Computer Laboratory with online Visualization. The success rate of teaching evaluation on material delivery is almost 90% in the form of completing steps, stages of using application features, answering several case studies given 1D, 2D and 3D views, in this case students, respond very well, participate and get involved, to generate independence, learning creativity and application of learning materials in daily life.

Abstract

Abstract

Consumer needs for speed of delivery of goods and retrieval of goods are very important in the world of cargo. One of them is TAM CARGO BALI where couriers have difficulty in delivering goods during the process of determining the shipping route route. This makes the need for an information system to determine accuracy in the selection of the initial and subsequent paths to facilitate couriers, with the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) genetic algorithm with optimization problems, namely visiting every place from a set of specified places once and only once. then return to the starting place at the end of the travel route with the distance, the minimum time and cost and the results of distance optimization by generating chromosomes from the specified route make a sequence of the shortest path from the starting point of TAM CARGO BALI back to the end point at TAM CARGO BALI. Traveling Salesman Problem TSP is the search for the shortest route or minimum distance by a salesman from a city to n-city exactly once and back to the initial city of departure where the weight on the side is the distance. This TSP route contains all the vertices on the graph exactly one turn. After the generation of chromosomes, the generation selection process, crossover and mutation are carried out to get the best fitness value for each generation. The generation process will be repeated until the maximum generation is the 10th generation. The application that has been successfully built can determine the best route visualized on the map. Application testing is carried out by testing the system's functional and manual calculations according to the route output generated by the system.

Abstract

English for Us (EFU) is a foreign language course institution owned by individuals. This course is devoted to learning English. Currently English has been recognized as an international language, so many parents want their children to learn English as early as possible. With the increasing number of students in English for Us, it is necessary to develop a data processing system to support the business process. Therefore, by taking advantage of advances in information technology which is currently growing very rapidly, EFU wants to create a data processing application system that will facilitate the performance of admins in conducting the new student registration process, managing student and teacher data and managing finances. The system to be designed is in the form of an android application created using Android Studio. The device that will be used in making this system uses Java as a scripting language, Android Studio as an android-based application maker and MySQL as a database processor. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application system that will be produced is able to facilitate the performance of the admin in processing data efficiently. And this application system will also make it easier for parents to register online.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bright Skincare is a company in the form of a limited liability company which is engaged in cosmetics, especially facial care products, which is located on Jl. Sheikh Nawawi, Matagara, Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, Banten, Indonesia with an area of 2000 square meters. PT. Indo Bright Skincare focuses on facial care products with black garlic ingredients that do not yet exist in Indonesia. The product uses the right formulation with ingredients that are safe for health and guaranteed to be halal. This study aims to describe human resource management, to analyze the internal and external business environment at PT. Indo Bright Skincare and to develop a business development plan on the human resource aspect. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods to obtain the required data. From the results of the study it can be said that in running the business of PT. Indo Bright Skin Care. Human resource planning, including job analysis and design, human resource planning, recruitment, training and HR development. compensation, social security, job evaluation, performance bonuses, and termination of employment. The Human Resources (HR) budget designed by PT. Indo Bright Skincare pays attention to the rules set by the government by taking into account allowances, work accidents, pensions, health and THR. In the first year the number of employees was 14 people.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in mid-March 2020 caused the situation to change completely, and companies and agencies began implementing physical distancing and work from home. KONI Salatiga City is one of the agencies affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the sectors of the Salatiga City KONI that was affected was the attendance section. Attendance data retrieval conducted at KONI Salatiga City is still done manually by signing in the attendance book. Therefore, by utilizing the right information system technology, it can solve this problem. Namely by building a QR Code-based attendance information system. The method used in building an attendance information system is to use the waterfall method. This method is very effective in conducting system design because it is carried out systematically.

Abstract

The Personnel Management Information System is an information system owned by the Education Office that is useful for managing ASN personnel data in Salatiga City. SIMPEG is used as a reference for decision-making for agencies, for example in promotions, as well as joint salary increases. However, in the world of risk management, no matter how good the system is, there is always the possibility of risks that can threaten and disrupt the business processes that run in the use of the information system. Therefore, a risk analysis of IS/IT resources is needed that supports the management of the personnel management information system in the Education Office. By applying the ISO 31000:2018 framework, it is hoped that this risk analysis can minimize the possible risks that exist. The results of this risk analysis are in the form of recommendations for risk actions that are needed according to the priority level of risk from the risk data that has been analyzed. So it is hoped that in the future the Education Office can apply the recommendations for risk actions that have been analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the increase in millennial participation through the use of information technology for the development of the creative economy of the Cikaso tourism village, Kuningan District, West Java. This research data uses qualitative descriptive research with a SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) approach. Descriptive research is research that describes the condition of an object without a hypothesiss. The author then concludes that the data obtained from the SWOT method analysis is then combined with STP analysis (segmenting, targeting, positioning) to find technology for the development of the creative economy with the right technology.

Abstract

Employee transfer is a common activity in an organization. The transfer is intended to position the employee in the right group so that the employee will obtain job satisfaction while also providing maximum performance. The difficulties detected in this study are the large number of employees, which makes it difficult for the management to make decisions in a fast time. To solve the problems identified in this study, the authors are interested in designing the feasibility determination for employee transfers by applying the MABAC method. MABAC stands for Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison. MABAC was proposed by Pamucar and Cirovic. The basic concept of the MABAC method is viewed from the basis of the distance function criteria from each alternative which is seen from the prediction area of ??the border. Based on the results of the application of the MABAC algorithm for the employee mutation process involving 60 alternatives with 8 assessment criteria, the decision was obtained that the employee selected for employee transfer was A19.
