Methods of data collection is done by literature study questionnaire, and observation. Data analysis carried out in this study was hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study showed that: (1) based on the partial test, compensation has an effect on the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 3,724. (2) Based on the partial test, organizational culture affects the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 4,065. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Deputy Mayor of TebingTinggi City, which aims to determine how the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance at the office of the mayor of TebingTinggi. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with two independent variables and one dependent variable indicate that: The proposed H1 states that: Job stress affects employee performance at the TebingTinggi Mayor's Office, from table 4.11 it can be seen if the t-count value is 2.085 or greater than t-table (? : 5%, df : 76 = 1.665), besides that the significance value is 0.040 or less than the model significance value of 0.05. Then H1 is accepted, meaning that work stress has an effect on employee performance at the TebingTinggi Mayor's Office. The proposed H2 states that: Work Conflict affects Employee Performance at the TebingTinggi Mayor's Office, from table 4.11 it can be seen if the t-count value is 2.702 or greater than t-table (? : 5%, df : 76 = 1.665), In addition, the significance value is 0.009 or less than the model significance value of 0.05. Then H2 is accepted, meaning that Work Conflict affects Employee Performance at the TebingTinggi Mayor's Office. The proposed H3 states that work stress and work conflict simultaneously affect employee performance at the TebingTinggi Mayor's Office. From table 4.12, the calculated F value is 15,624 or greater than the table F value (? : 5%, df numerator : 2 df denominator : 75, F-table: 3.12), in addition to the significance value of 0.000 or less than the model's significance of 0.05, it can be concluded that if H3 is accepted, it means that work stress and work conflict simultaneously affect employee performance at the mayor's office. High cliff.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work communication on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Sergai Regency Regional Representative Council Office. The results of this study indicate. (1) It can be seen that the value of the adjuted R square is 0.668 or 66.8%, this shows that the group cooperation variable (XI) and the work communication variable (X2) can explain the performance variable (Y) by 66.8%, the rest is 33 , 2% (100% - 66.8%) explained by other variables outside this research model. (2) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (3.111)> t table (2.039), as well as the significance value of 0.004 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypotension is accepted, meaning that the group cooperation variable (X1) has a significant effect on variable (Y). (3) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (5,515)> t table (2,039), and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Communication Variable (X2) has a significant effect on Performance Variable (Y). (4) the results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that Fcount (33.169)>Ftable (3.32) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Group Cooperation Variable (X1), Variable Work Communication (X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the Performance Variable (Y).

Abstract

Internet usage such as browsing information and downloading data at the Cipta Karya Vocational School in Bekasi City with the use of a computer lab, administrative office and teacher's room when used simultaneously, there is an inappropriate tug of war for bandwidth, so that the bandwidth allocation used is not optimal in its use, thus making administrative activities and teaching and learning activities are not going well, with the quality of service applied to bandwidth management this will make users use the internet to the maximum and there is no waste of bandwidth, then bandwidth management limits at SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi City are needed so that each part has a bandwidth of each so that there is no tug of war between the bandwidths, if used together, for its implementation, a Mikrotik router device is needed. By using a queue tree configuration on a proxy router with a queue tree configuration that can limit bandwidth by splitting each upload and download packet, the priority distribution can be more efficient in the selection of the packet. By using the queue tree configuration, the ideal bandwidth limit is applied at SMK Cipta Karya, Bekasi city.
