Abstract

This research aims to boarden the knowledge to get better insight to the most important dimensions from electronic service quality which plays a huge part on customer satisfaction, its trust and behavior, elaborate from initially terms of E-service quality in the SiCepat Express courier service application that will adding knowledge in the future regarding the use of applications in delivery service sector. From online survey data to 234 costumers that processed by SEM-PLS. It was indicates that these three elements from e-service quality, namely apps design, fulfillment and customer service had affect to whole e-service quality. These results showed that these three antecedents process, likewise to mediated variable, e-service quality had major and positive affect to customer satisfaction and trust. With strongest impact was fulfillment to customer service. Meanwhile, direct affect from customer satisfaction and trust was found very strong in e-service quality. It revealed that there's positive affect from customer satisfaction and trust to continuous usage intention and word of mouth, therefore this results has confirmed the theory of customer satisfaction and trust in the SiCepat Express courier service application. This research model is moderate predictive accuracy with medium predictive relevance so it can be expand in further research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors that influence tourist visits in Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District, knowing the characteristics of tourists and the tourist conditions of Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District. This study used primary data sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires to 40 visitors to Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District..Analysis data used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. The number of tourist visits as dependent variables and three independent variables are variable income, travel expenses, and facilities. The results of the analysis showed variable income had a positive and significant effect, travel costs had no significant effect, facility variables had a positive and significant influence. And it is known that the minimum cost incurred by visitors to visit Taipa Beach tourism is IDR 80,000.

Abstract

Covid-19, which is still a pandemic today, brings a change in lifestyle to the social order. People are required to adopt new habits (new normal) to be able to live productively. The new normal era began to be enforced by the government with the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Health. Ensure a quality work process for each company by utilizing human resources as best as possible with some considerations. The study of retail companies and national DNA, to know and understand the strategy of national private companies to improve the performance of its employees in the face of the new era of normal As well as the process of multinational private companies to improve the performance of its employees at the beginning of the new normal era. The research will impact the development efforts of a healthy working environment by creating an office with the concept of open space, modern, ecofriendly and high-technology. In addition, the idea of 3T (Right Quality, On Time, On Target) and 3K (Communication, Coordination, Collaboration) must also be applied so that the talents can make a positive contribution to the company both in the era of covid 19 and in the new normal period.

Abstract

The new normal era began to be imposed by the government with the Decree of the Minister of Health No. HK.01.07/Menkes/382/2020 on Health Protocols for People in Public Places and Facilities to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) set on June 19, 2020. Objects used as studies in research at the Demak And Some District Governments BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) The purpose of this research is to know and understand the strategy of national private companies to improve their performance employees in the face of the new normal. The research process is used by collecting libraries from journals, books and information from website pages. The analysis produced a description that adjustment of the ASN Work System enters work and comply with the provisions of applicable working hours. At the same time, state-owned enterprises establish health protocols according to regulations and conduct activities according to the relevant law.

Abstract

The need for electrical energy in Indonesia continues to increase from time to time. In realizing the need for electrical energy, it is important to order electrical energy based on the type of customer. In collecting this electrical energy, grouping is needed. The results of the gathering can be utilized by PT. PLN to anticipate disruptions in the supply of electrical energy. This investigation plans to determine the electrical energy sold by type of customer (KWH) in 2016 to 2019 in Indonesia and dissect the power requirements in 2019. The strategy used is group development using rapidminner. The variables that cause the utilization of the tourism industry in Indonesia are Population, Economic and Industrial Developments. To meet the need for the use of electrical energy which continues to increase from year to year, the matters and groupings of the use of electrical energy for the use of electrical energy were completed in 2014 to 2019. The information and targets used in the meeting were gross domestic electricity, group information and power information. (per customer type and power utilization). from 2011 to 2015. The side effect of ordering electrical energy in Indonesia using the fuzzy bunching strategy was 272,630 KWH in 2019, an increase of 85,089 KWH with an annual normal increase of 6.96%. the result group of the strategy has a normal of 18,730 KWH against RUPTL.

Abstract

Leadership style is a factor that influences employee performance at the Social Service of Sukabumi Regency, this is proven by the value of leadership style significantly influences employee performance. Effective communication and decision making also significantly influence employee performance. It is proven by the results of qualitative analysis for effective communication and for decision making, which means that effective communication and decision making have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, effective communication and decision making together have an influence on employee performance. This is indicated by the results of the study so that it can be concluded that leadership style, effective communication and decision making simultaneously affect the performance of Sukabumi district social service employees.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the relationship between human resource management and socio-cultural life and the role of human resource management in social development. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive in the form of library research, which focuses on the study of scientific literature, both books and journal articles. The study concludes that the relationship between human resource management and socio-cultural life has a very close bond, social life will be largely determined by the quality of its human resources, while human resource management is a system to improve the quality of human resources. In a socio-cultural perspective, quality human resources are productive, innovative, integrative, and hold tightly to social values ??and norms. So, in the process of developing human resources, humans are no longer considered as production assets or organizational slaves, but more than that, humans are considered as determinants of the quality of social life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of CSR, Company Size, Capital Structure, Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value in manufacturing companies. In the implementation of this study, the population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. In this study, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data, with documentation study techniques. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that CSR and Profitability have an effect on Firm Value, while Company Size, Capital Structure and Leverage have no significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

One of the technologies that is being widely developed in Indonesia is online applications. The presence of online applications has an impact on people's daily activities. Gojek is one of the largest technology platforms serving millions of users in Southeast Asia. Referring to the theory of technology acceptance model (TAM), and this study examines other antecedents: perceived enjoyment, perceived innovativeness, perceived risk, perceived easy of use, and perceived usefulness as predictors of satisfaction. Furthermore, the role of satisfaction in increasing the intention of repurchase, and reducing price sensitivity. Eight hypotheses were analyzed with structural equations of modeling approaches, using 349 respondents collected by purposive sampling. The results show that unless perceived easy of use and perceived innovativeness, all antecedents can drive satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction affects direct, and indirect price sensitivity through repurchase intention.

Abstract

As the time goes by and by the developing technologies, there are much shifting conditions because of that development, including in the media industry. Technologies bring ease and options. The increasing options may bring factors that can influence customers in choosing whether to use cable TV or an online streaming platform for their entertainment. Based on research by Lee et al (2018), there are factors which can affect customer decision about choosing cable TV or online streaming platform. Those factors are ease of use, additional purchases, media options, social trends, available options, and cost.
