Abstract

Implementation of resocialization for victims of sexual violence at the social rehabilitation center for children who need special protection (BRSAMPK) Rumbai Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at BRSAMPK Rumbai Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out the resocialization process carried out by social workers to children who are victims of sexual violence and to find out the obstacles that affect the implementation of the resocialization process carried out by social workers to children who are victims of sexual violence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling technique. The number of informants in this study were five informants and one key informant. The results obtained are that social workers carry out the stages of resocialization of child victims of sexual violence with interventions carried out through psychosocial therapy. Resocialization in the social environment of children who are victims of sexual violence is also carried out, including the family environment, community, schools, course institutions where social workers advocate so that children can be well received in that environment. Social workers carry out a monitoring process that is carried out at the advanced guidance stage to see the developments that occur in children after social rehabilitation is carried out. Meanwhile, the obstacles encountered by social workers do not come from internal social workers. However, the obstacle comes from the child himself being traumatized by the events he has experienced. Other obstacles arise in the family environment that rejects the existence of children and the community environment that carries out a bad stigma against children.

Abstract

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia encourages business actors (traders, distributors, producers) and consumers to choose to conduct buying and selling transactions of goods or services online. This is one of the factors starting the number of online businesses in Indonesia. Starting from online shops, e-commerce, and marketplaces. Marketplace is a place for transactions (between business actors and consumers). The number of marketplace business actors makes each other try to offer the best products, low prices, and other services with the aim of achieving consumer satisfaction in transactions. This research was conducted to measure the quality of service provided by Marketplace developers to customer satisfaction in Bekasi in particular. The method used is Fuzzy Servqual by measuring based on five dimensions of service quality and with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure customer satisfaction. The five dimensions of service quality show the gap negative relationship between the service received and the service expected. Meanwhile, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) produces a value that can be categorized into a "Satisfied" value.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of promotion through Instagram social media on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace (Study on Teenagers in Kesambi District, Cirebon City). The variables of this research are Promotion (X) as the independent variable and Purchase Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample with certain considerations. There are sample criteria as follows: (1) Male and female respondents aged 10-24 years. (2) Respondents live in Kesambi District, Cirebon City (3) Respondents have seen Shopee advertising promotions on Instagram. The number of samples is 100 people. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire/questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The research method used is associative quantitative method (relationship) with simple linear regression analysis while statistical testing is done by t test. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a "Sufficiently High Relationship" and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 44% which is included in the category of "High Enough Influence". While the remaining 56% is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that promotion through Instagram social media has a significant influence on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease, also known as COVID-19, is an infectious disease caused by the recently discovered corona virus. Most people who contract COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms, and will recover without special treatment. The virus that causes COVID-19 is mainly transmitted through the droplets (saliva splashes) that are produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or exhales. These droplets are too heavy and cannot stay in the air, so they quickly fall and stick to the floor or other surface. It is easy to get infected so that many people are infected with COVID-19 so that there is an increase in service efforts in implementing the COVID-19 prokes in every sub-district in PemKO Medan. The Medan City Government seeks to cooperate with local health centers to tackle the spread of COVID-19 in Medan City by preparing COVID-19 alerts in every puskesmas in every sub-district.

Abstract

The use of information technology that is implemented through an information system provides convenience for its users. The convenience obtained in using this information system is to facilitate data management and data retrieval based on predetermined categories. This phenomenon also applies to the Tunas Mulia Bantar Gebang Foundation. This foundation is an organization that serves out-of-school children from waste scavenger families around the Bantar Gebang TPA. Tunas Mulia Bangsa Foundation activities have several humanitarian programs, one of which is opening schools for scavengers from early childhood to high school. The problems faced by Tunas Mulia Foundation are (1) it is still difficult to record donors who provide assistance, (2) difficulty in identifying the types of receipts received by the Foundation, (3) difficulty in providing information on cash receipts and disbursements to donors because data management is still conventional, (4) difficulties in calculating or recapitulating activities that have been carried out, and (5) the absence of a system that displays complete data and information regarding student sponsorship activities carried out by Tunas Mulia Foundation. This research uses Extreme Programming development model in using Extreme Programming with four stages. It is hoped that the application that will be developed can be a solution to the problems faced by the Foundation regarding the management of incoming and outgoing cash. The target output of this research can be published in accredited national journals indexed by Sinta, HKI, and application prototypes.
