Abstract

Technology is one of the suggestions in developing students' potential in finding learning resources outside the classroom. Therefore, Blended Learning combines the two things. In facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, a learning system is needed that can form creative, innovative, and competitive students. One of these things can be achieved by optimizing technology as an educational tool.  This study aims to apply technological advances in education through the Blended Learning model using LMS and increase student activity in learning. This research method uses classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles and each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instrument used is a test of learning outcomes and student activity observation sheets. The results of data analysis from student learning outcomes showed an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. It is shown by the average value of N-gain in the first cycle of 54.86% while the second cycle is 70.22%. In the assessment of the results of observing student activities during learning in cycle I and cycle II, it showed an increase in an activity wherein cycle I students was very active 8% and in cycle II it became 48%. The results of this study can effectively improve learning outcomes and increase student learning activities.

Abstract

The management's aim is to coordinate general health with the behavior of the traditional Jiwaka healer. Its existence stems from the problem of the lack of access to public services. The importance of flexibility in managing Buddhist behavior management. The research subjects were Sunday school administrators and the objects were Sunday school students. So the implementation model of the approach of the Jiwaka healer's story strategy is realized in the form of support for conscious behavior patterns from administrators, school principals and teachers. The data on the implementation of Sunday Schools is getting more and more trusted, so it is necessary to encourage behavior to maintain health from Sunday Schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used to analyze the data refers to the concept of Miles and Hubermen, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The researcher's findings on the input, output and usefulness of managing the process of the omicron impact.

Abstract

Greedy algorithm is an algorithm that solves problems with systematic steps. In this research, the optimization used is the use of existing rooms on the AMIK Medicom Medan campus. The problem that often occurs on campus is the scheduling of courses with limited space. With these problems, it can hamper various other activities and the time needed is quite long to arrange a schedule because it is done manually. The purpose of this research is to test the greedy algorithm in optimizing empty spaces in the manufacture of the Course Scheduling System and to compare the algorithm testing with manuals. The application of the algorithm to the system will produce an effective course schedule without any problems in the use of the room so that there is no simultaneous use of the room in other courses.

Abstract

PT. Pilar Manunggal Asia Jakarta is a company engaged in the sale of medical device products. In the process of selling it is still Using a manual sales system, namely sales transactions are carried out directly by coming to the company. Promotions carried out are also still in the form of information from brochures, pamphlets and banners this makes sales turnover less significant and sales have not been effective and efficient. Based on these problems, an information system is needed that can help the company in the sales process. This study used the waterfall method as a software development which is often called the linear sequential model or classic life flow. The information system for the sale of medical devices made is website-based. The use of the website can increase sales and for consumers it is easy to make transactions in real time.

Abstract

Wood is a commodity that is usually used for various purposes. Growing demands for timber have led some humans to commit fraudulent and unlawful moves. One of them is through illegal logging of wood species that are protected by the state. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry apart from forest rangers has several problems in classifying wood species. Then technology is used to overcome these problems through the use of machine learning. One suitable algorithm for classifying is K-NN. There are five types of information wood used, specifically marine resin, teak, kruing, meranti, and ironwood. The total wood photos are 1,300 with a complete dataset of 250 images for each type of wood and 10 images for classification testing. The trial was carried out by finding the most optimal K, ie K = 3, after that it was recorded with a confusion matrix. The results obtained are 76% accuracy, 78.8% recall, 76% precision, and 77.37% F1-Score. The higher the value of K, the greater the number of classifications and the lower the accuracy. The higher the value of K, the more types of classifications you want to test, and the less accurate the percentages in the classification process.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the three methods of Decision Support Systems in assessing/recommending the provision of business credit at the Karya Sejahtera Cooperative. The three methods are: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Technique for Order by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), and a combination of the SAW and TOPSIS methods using five criteria, namely: Guarantee, Income, Loan Application Form, Business Establishment Permit, Land Building Tax. In addition to comparing methods, method testing was also carried out. It aims to find the most appropriate/relevant method in conducting the assessment. The test method uses the mean average precision technique which tests the accuracy of the debtor ranking. The comparison between the SAW, TOPSIS, and SAW-TOPSIS methods was tested using the mean average precision technique which shows that based on the test results of each method, the SAW - TOPSIS method is the method with the best accuracy when using the top 10 data rankings with a value of 83.7%. With a MAP test rating of 66%, the TOPSIS technique is the method with the second best accuracy when using the top 10 ranking data. In testing utilizing the MAP methodology, the SAW method had the third best accuracy when using the top 10 ranking data, with a value of 54.3%. The MAP test findings suggest that future research methods can include many methods for comparing outcomes, and the results of the calculation analysis can be further developed by adding data and being evaluated using other testing procedures to obtain different results.

Abstract

In the modern era filled with global competition, now competition in realizing good and equitable infrastructure development has become the main focus in almost all specialty areas in Sub-districts throughout Indonesia. In STM Hulu Tiga Juhar Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, they are now actively developing infrastructure, but are still constrained by several problems. One of the problems in determining the priority of receiving Village Fund assistance is still not accurate and still uses the manual method so it can lead to errors in determining the priority of receiving Village Fund assistance. To avoid things that are not desirable in determining priorities for receiving Village Fund assistance, it turns out that there are several techniques that can be used in determining priorities for receiving Village Fund assistance with a Decision Support System (SPK). By using the Decision Support System application in determining the Priority for Receiving Village Fund Assistance using the TOPSIS method at the STM Hulu Tiga Juhar sub-district office, the problems faced by the STM Hulu Tiga Juhar sub-district office can be resolved so that in determining the Priority for receiving Village Fund Aid is faster, more accurate. and accurate to avoid errors.
