Abstract

Tourism is a government priority because it has the potential to be one of the third largest contributors to national foreign exchange, thus the government's management of the tourism sector will continue to be improved. As a result, companies that provide travel services, often known as travel agents, have sprung up. At this time, the brader bus holiday bandung tour & travel is still conducting the registration, booking, payment, and cancellation of trip packages by manual. As a result, recording errors are common. Furthermore, prospective consumers must visit the office in order to select a tour package, implying that the work system is ineffective and inefficient. As a result, an information system is required to assist businesses in processing their data. The waterfall approach is used to build the information system, UML is used to design it, and PHP is used as the programming language and SQL server as the database management system. The study's findings have resulted in a web-based tour package booking information system that can make it easier for customers to order tours and for administrators to manage client data.

Abstract

The text preprocessing stage within a natural language processing application framework helps eliminate parts that are not helpful in the text analysis process or particular noise. Despite having a potential impact on the final performance of the application, text preprocessing has not received attention in the text analysis application literature, especially in the named entity recognition application in Indonesian texts. This paper aims to comprehensively examine the impact of text preprocessing in the Indonesian named entity recognition based on a baseline model, namely Conditional Random Field, to find the fittest preprocessing procedures for a NER model compelling performance. Various forms of text preprocessing contribute to the successful recognition of named entities assessed comparatively across three categories: people, places, and organizations. Experimental analysis of the data set reveals that several combinations of preprocessing text forms are useful. Rather than enabling or disabling them all, several combinations can significantly improve the accuracy of Indonesian named entity recognition depending on the entity category.

Abstract

The quality of a university can be seen from the high level of student success and the low level of student failure. As for the cause of student failure is the case of drop out. To overcome these problems, predictions are made using the support vector machine method. The Support Vector Machine tries to find the optimal hyperplane where the two pattern classes can be separated maximally, the parameters used in the Support Vector Machine are only kernel parameters in one C parameter which gives a penalty on randomly classified data points. In the Support Vector Machine the weights (w) and biases (b) are global optium solutions from quadratic programming so that just running once will result in a solution that will always be the same for the same kernel and parameter choices. Through the implementation of the support vector machine, it is expected to get the parameters of the Support Vector Machine that are used correctly to obtain the best margin in predicting students dropping out.

Abstract

(PPDB or Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru )New Student Admission on the achievement path has been listed in the Minister of Education and Culture number 44 of 2019 in article 11 paragraphs 1 & 2, it is possible for new students who have achievements to not be able to enter the school they dream of being outside the zoning of residence. The limited quota for each school is only receive 5% according to the Permendikbud to new students. Achievement should also be prioritized as a driver and motivate the interest of new students. Classification of achievement participants is carried out. Where is the dataset of prospective students at school before becoming prospective participants for the next school level, as a reference for increasing track quotas achievement.Trying out the Random Tree and Random Forest methods with the Gini Index Algorithm , testing using cross validation as the initial classification model, the dataset is divided into a test and training ratio of 70: 30 then test and analysis to the Random Tree and Random Forest methods with the Gini Index Algorithm , obtained the results of an accuracy of 9 4.39% and using Random Tree with 93.48% accuracy results. But the need for further studies by utilizing more datasets and attributes and comparing to other methods because the test was carried out with 305 datasets, there were 5 attributes and 1 main attribute.
