Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of functional and emotional value on online customer loyalty of ethnic batak products in Pematangsiantar City with the intermediary variable of satisfaction as a partial and simultaneous mediating variable. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire method via google form to 96 respondents, which were samples obtained through accidental sampling and sample determination using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, R2 determinant coefficient test, t test, F test and path analysis using the IBM SPSS V.26 program. The results showed that the functional and emotional variables had a significant positive direct influence on loyalty, respectively 0,017 and 0,005. The indirect influence value between functional variables through satisfaction with loyalty is 0.273 and between emotional variables through satisfaction with loyalty is 0.351.

Abstract

Automata is used as the first stage of describing an idea or example to develop a model, be it software or hardware. Theoretically the concept of automata can be used to simulate the signature-based carving process for identification/recovery of raster type image file PNG and GIF. The research and data collection method used is based on a literature study by explaining the Finite State Automata (FSA) concept in simulating the carving process on an image file. This simulation is a simple example of implementing the automata concept. Even though it is only an abstract machine, automata can be used to simulate various other things that will be solved by computation.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital world, one of which is marked by changes in traditional transactions to digital transactions through digital wallets (e-Wallet). E-Wallet competition in Indonesia is quite tight, ShopeePay has decreased its position in terms of the most frequently used e-Wallet in 2020 and 2021. So it is necessary to do further research as an effort to increase e-Customer Satisfaction through e-Service Quality variables and e-Trust especially among Generation Z as a characteristic that is close to the digital world. The study was conducted on 166 students of the Management Study Program at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang class of 2019 – 2021 who are Generation Z and active users of ShopeePay. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain that e-Service Quality and e-Trust have a significant effect on e-Customer Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The higher the e-Service Quality and e-Trust provided by the company to consumers, the higher the e-Customer Satisfaction for Generation Z users of the ShopeePay application e-Wallet.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the work pattern of lecturers, which has an impact on the performance of the tridharma of lecturers' universities. Lecturers rely on individual abilities, psychological encouragement, and determine development in completing a job, this is psychological empowerment. Sharing knowledge of lecturers will produce new knowledge so that lecturers are able to make changes. However, not all lecturers want to share their knowledge and not all lecturers have the motivation to explore information or knowledge from other lecturers. UBP Karawang is a newly established university and has great potential to develop with all its shortcomings. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe knowledge sharing, psychological empowerment and performance of UBP Karawang lecturers. This research method uses a descriptive design while the research method is a survey and literature study. The research data uses primary and secondary data from lecturer interviews while secondary data is a literature review. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results showed that knowledge sharing activities were seen from the perspective of individual factors, technology and organizational factors. The psychological empowerment activities of lecturers are also good, this is because they are proud to be lecturers, have a sense of competence, a sense of influence, and a sense of work autonomy. And the results of the lecturer's performance have been going well, including learning activities, service, and research.

Abstract

Today's identification system has become a necessity for system security. One method of identification system that has a high level of security and accuracy is biometrics. Biometrics uses parts of the human body that are considered unique and can differentiate between one individual and another. One of the new biometrics that has become a concern in the world of research on biometrics is the ear. Ears have several advantages that other biometrics do not have, one of which is that they are not affected by changes in age. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm in identifying ear images. CNN is currently one of the most superior algorithms in the field of object classification and identification. In this study, the ears that will be identified are images taken from the Kaggle dataset of 780 ears from 13 individuals with 60 images for each individual. This study resulted in a training accuracy of 96,3% and a testing accuracy of 79,7%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the soundness of BNI Syariah Bank when reviewed using CAMEL analysis. As stated in Article 3 of Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 9/1/PBI/2007, the financial ratios used to measure the health of a bank are Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, and Liquidity (CAMEL). The research method used is the quantitative method, with data analysis of CAR, KAP, NPM, REO, ROA, CR. With 5 composite ratings, rating 1 reflects the bank is classified as very good, rating 2 is classified as good, rating 3 is quite good, rating 4 is classified as poor, and rating 5 is sensitive. The results of this study in 2017 received a Healthy predicate with a final score of 91.2 from the CAMEL factor, in 2018 it received a final score of 89.8 with a healthy predicate, in 2019 it received a final score of 88.7 with a healthy predicate, and in 2020 it received a healthy predicate. final score of 83.8 with a healthy predicate

Abstract

Suzuya Mall Rantauprapat is an Indonesian convenience store chain with numerous locations. Based on data from top brands from 2014 to 2018, we discovered that the market share of powder detergent is uncertain each year. Powder detergent companies must understand consumer desires and monitor the position of their products on a regular basis in order to anticipate market share changes.Data is cleaned by removing capital letters and punctuation marks, followed by feature extraction. Feature Extraction aims to perform calculations and comparisons that can be used for the classification of an image. Nave Bayes is a method or stage of data processing with the nave bayes method. The Naive Bayes classifier is a method of classifying based on Bayes'' tyrannology. It uses probability and statistical methods first put forward by Thomas Bayes. The classification model is then assessed to determine its accuracy and performance in computer science.Data set is data that has been changed in the form of tabulation from research data into excel form. After the data is processed by the naïve bayes method, the confusion matrix is obtained as follows. It can be known the factors that consumers use in choosing detergent products are the fragrance factor, price, foam produced, and the effect on the hands.Machine learning, specifically Nave Bayes, will be used in this research methodology. The Naive Bayes classifier is a method of classification rooted in Bayes'' theorem. A confusion matrix is a table that contains many rows of test data that the classification model predicts to be true or false. Process data mining can be made up of any number of nested operators that are described in XML files and built using RapidMiner.
