<![CDATA[This research talks about contract marriage or in Islam known as mut'ah marriage. The marriage of a contract is a marriage which is done according to the time specified. When time is up then man can leave the woman. According by Ammianus Mercellinus, such marriages were practiced by Arabs around the 4th century AD. This news needs to be clarified because existence of women abandoned by men is probably not in terms of marriage but they only help mas to prepare in war. In Islam, once allowed to marry contract because Sahabat have not long left period of ignorance and infidelity. It is allowed under conditions in an emergency such as it is permissible for eating pork. Even many narrations that tell about mut'ah marriage and made sub in the book of al-sittah. Ibn Hajar explain the history of al-Bukhari, that contract marriage was ever allowed, then banned in the end. Sayyidina Ali RA, at the end of his story he was commented that allow of contract marriage was removed. The permissibility of mut'ah marriage in the pre-war khaibar era was then banned in the khaibar war. Allowed again when the conquest of Mecca when the war aut’as forbidden forever. Law of mut'ah marriage is forbidden those who do marriage mut'ah or al-nikah al-Muaqqat become void. Allow of mut'ah marriage in Islam only in war time emergency as described above. Imam mazhahib arbi'ah agree that mut'ah marriage is equal to al-nikah al-muaqqat. Besides, they also agree whether the agreement is openly or hidden remain void. Besides to the nass that is history sahih of the Prophet SAW, the marriage of the contract does not match purpose of marriage.]]>

<![CDATA[Application concept in fiqh-tasawwuf that level of social reality. There is a serious controversian between fiqh and tasawwuf at stage of practitioner. Not infrequently, fiqh doctrine is always clashing with teachings of tasawwuf. From the assumption that fiqh is consider nuance legal-formal, rather than tasawwuf which is ethical value. Therefore, the law is binding and forcing while tasawwuf flexible. Then, that make fiqih rigid, stiff and inflexible. So often, fiqih does not seem to care about wishes of tasawwuf. On the contrary, at a further stage, some people who have reached the top of tasawwuf, feel unnecessary to formal rules of fiqh.]]>

<![CDATA[Time series analysis aims to forcasttime seriesdata in some future period based on the data in the past. The main aim of this research is to forcast the number of the new students of Salafiyah Syafi’iyahSukorejo Boarding School in Situbondo using Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA). This research uses annual data from 2005 until 2016. It is discusses the steps of timeseriesanlysis using the Box –Jenkinsmethod. That method comprises of several stages, they are model identification stage, parameter estimation stage, diagnostic checking and forecasting stage. Model identification stage is done by finding the model (p,q) that are considered as the most appropriate by looking at the plot of ACF and PACF of the correlogram. Parameter estimation stage is done by estimating model parameters.Whereas, Diagnostic testing and forecasting stage is done by seeing if residual estimation results is already have the quality of white noise.After the appropriate model has been identified, the next step is to use this model for forecasting. The results of this study shows that the ARMA model (2.0) provide the better forecasting results with squared the smallest value of SSR, AICand SIC.]]>

Election of Kiai pesantren is subject of research which intended as test case to assumption of issues in Islamic education, all this time become elite consumption on formal Islamic education on a limited basis. The context school is as education organization that needs supervision and assessment.The main role of superior is as coordinator, consultant, leader of club, and evaluator. <![CDATA[The Successful economic of management business development has some factors that can support to organizing and controlling in economic business of Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Researcher can find these from two operational methods, such as the study design and qualitative approach who has a role of key instrument. To get validity obtainded data, researcher used triangulation method by several steps. Such as data analysis, researcher known that economic management of business development in Boarding Institutions Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo of Situbondo has some steps which are the organization that coordinating by an institution named Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren and the controlling one that held by the institution named Badan Pengawas Keuangan & Kekayaan Ma’had. Human Resources have an important thing to reach the successful of these situation. Based on the result of research, researcher can be gave the suggestion that we must increase the management system and controlling with professional act, autonomy expansion in management system, and providing training with brings someone experts from outside who are competent in the business world.]]>

<![CDATA[This writing discusses about the way of devotion in Mosque Nurul Hidayah Sarimulyo Village Cluring of Banyuwangi. Action of Emphasis devotion is empowerment programmer, implementation of empowerment programmer and result of empowerment program to pilgrim of Nurul Hidayah Mosque. The empowerment is part of participation devotion which put community position as perpetrators of social change has hope by them. The effort will be achieved on two stages for four months and be start from on September until on December 2016. Some cycles are part of empowerment strategic which will do in this devotion. Results of devotion are 1) Form empowerments pilgrim in Mosque are enhancement economic programmer such as training and establishment of cooperation. 2) Implementations of empowerment pilgrim mosque as training and establishment are smoothly. It was formed stewardship and membership on business field such as provision of basic foods, snacks, books of Qiroati, electrical token listrik, PLN and others. But some of them did not yet done because of limited of modal and time. 3) Results of empowerment pilgrim mosque can dug, push and give motivation and make pilgrims independent and confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[This thesis discusses about the Cultivation of Values of Character Education through Pesantren Learning System in SMPN 2 Asembagus. The main questions that will be answered through this research are: (1) The Cultivation of Values of Character Education in SMPN 2 Asembagus ?, (2) The Role of Pesantren Learning System in Cultivating the Values of Character Education in SMPN 2 Asembagus ?. To answer the question then discussed through field study conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus with descriptive qualitative approach. The findings of this study indicate that the values of character education are very important to be inculcated through the learning process in school. Education is required to be able to change the students towards the better. The values in character education are expected to be able to print the next generation of strong character through the pesantren learning system. Pesantren learning system in question is through pengajian taysirul kholaq book. The results showed: (a) the values of character education that have been implanted in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus is Faith / Religion, Honesty, Self, Discipline, Friendly / Communicative, Curiosity, Hard work, Democracy, Love of Peace, Care for the environment and Maintain cleanliness, Social Care, Spirit of nationality and Love of the homeland. (b) the role of the pesantren learning system in inculcating the values of character education is closely related to have the same orientation of character formation. The value of the characters embedded in the students in SMP Negeri 2 Asembagus is obtained through the study of Taysirul Kholaq as the teaching stage of moral values (Moral Knowing) and the habituation done by the students (Moral Action) so as to give birth to the students with positive character (Moral Feeling).]]>

Total Quality Service is a modern management concept of study that focuses of five areas, 1) customer focus, 2) total involvement, 3) measurement, 4) systematic support, and 5) connous improvement.
