Politics is a means to bring goodness and refuse damag but some unethical behavior of politicians who tend to justify any means of obtaining and sustaining power have shaped the bad stigma among society that politics is closely related to lies,tyranny and corruption. So as if there are a thick wall that became the separator between ethics and politics.Therefore, need to reaffirm the Islamic concept of political ethics of government and society in reviewing political ethics in this paper. The author did the study on the thought santri Ma`had Aly PP . Salafiyah Syafi`iyyah Sukorejo of Situbondo written in the book Fiqh Progressive. After the discussion was found that in the view of Santri Mahad Aly, a leader should always prioritize the importance of people, make a policy that leads to justice and benefit, did not anarchic to the people and must be mandate in maintaining people's trust and in using state facilities. While the people's political ethics must support and select leaders based on quality, capability, and justice, was not because of money. When leaders make mistakes so the people must submit a polite and constructive criticism.

The need for a very complete and fluctuating society is impossible to make the codification of the law perfectly. One of the difficultiy is the difference between local customs that are not the same as the customs of the old (Arab customs). The change here is not only about values alone but also can affect changes to religious (Islamic) law. The results of this study indicate that custom can be used as a Hujjah in Islamic law as long as there are not Sharih explanation of a particular case, contradicting the qhat'iy proposition of muqayyad (not absolute, and typically (uncommon) nash. Based on the results of this study, it is advisable to the legal practitioners when they want to decide on the law, put to their customs forward rather than directed to the customs other than them, so that it can provide a verdict that can be undertaken by the community.

When traced by human thoughts, everyone agree that everything that exists do not exist by itself, except for a small part which according to reason, may exist without going through intermediaries. Therefore, any original object that can be transformed into various forms, become these origins have special traits and characteristics, and can be changed to another form. For example water. Water rises into the air into clouds then drops to rain, and winter to snow that is at a time becomes gas. Al-shahrastani said that in the opinion of "Anaxagoras" the origins of the body are the subtle dhat. Are the human senses and the intellect can not reach, from the dhat arises the upper and lower realms composed of the very simple dhat that make up the various forms. Unlike the exposure of Al-Ghazali that form is classified into four gradual categories: the true or dhati, the form in the mental subject, the form in the oral, and the form in writing. While the actual being is already there in concrete, real, which in the end is called necessitas, mandatory al-wujud and also potential form is something that still exist in the concept of ideas and ready to be concrete that known space and time.

In perspective educational, dominant factor of educational is the concept of development . This paper aims to explain that the implementation of School Health Unit (UKS/M) policy in pesantren based education institution in Banyuwangi Regency is not ideal with what is stated in the decision of 4 Ministers (SKB 4 Ministers) namely Minister of Health, Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Education and Culture, and the Minister of Home Affairs on the development and development of School Health Unit (UKS/M). This research is a descriptive research taken from qualitative data in the form of field observation, interview, and documentation as the material of analysis, so that writer can find important findings. 1) implementation of the School Health Unit (UKS/M) trias in schools under the auspices of pesantren cottages most of them have not been properly implemented; 2) coordination of the 4 elements of the ministry has not been well established; 3) the absence of adequate human resources such as not understanding their duties and obligations, the financial resources of the state budget has not been realized, and equipment resources (facilities required) is not complete even there are schools that do not have at all; 4) the willingness for the implementation of UKS/M from the four elements of the ministry is still in the form of planning; 5) the organizational structure of the UKS/M facilitation team from the 4 ministries has not been established; 6) the implementation of coaching and development of UKS/M is only done by the health department only.

Reading interest is very important in development of generation and the current issue in Indonesian education. Researchers try to carry out classroom action research that is the application of web comic to increase student’s reading interest in English literature at Ibrahimy University. The purpose of this study is to know through the application of web comic can increase student’s reading interest and reading skills and to know through the application of web comic can improve student’s reading comprehension at Ibrahimy University of Situbondo. The results of this study can be concluded that the use of web comic can increase student’s reading interest and improve student’s reading skills at Ibrahimy University of Situbondo, student’s reading comprehension also progressed from the percentage of student’s reading success from 40.63% to 93.75%.

The past event is book and history. Both of them are not only scary stories not only for mourned but also for a changing reference. Actulally, this earth is not possible to be transformed quickly, but it can be changed depend on the human’s sprite to determine wheater it is to dezided to be misereble or properity. A conflict between horisontal contardiction and socity should be stop. The human needs peace of life and not disaster. As the result, all of conflick mus be end of, whatever that are elements, such as the conflick between religion and the other one. In addition, a history has already recorded that the distiction of religions have created a lot of problems and victims. It is terrible and irony that the existence of a religion must be a tool and place to peace and safe. However, in this condition is contraray that a religion is being tool to execute each others. Ther are many nation child to be victims and even they are dead without no rasons. This case must be stop. The gate of pluralism is to find Kalimatun Sawa’, a dialuge is to solve relegions problems . In this arena, conflict can be recovered.

In the implementation of teaching and learning activities, the teacher needs to know the teaching components such as teaching methods because without using methods, teaching and learning activities do not work as expected. Teaching methods as a path to provide opportunities for students in many kinds of lessons, because those are the efforts of the teacher in guiding, directing, or organizing learning in a series of activities that the students learn to accept, understand, respond, possess, master and develop it. Teaching methods are one effective and efficient way that teachers use to convey that subject matter, as well as coaching, direction, learning organizers so that children can experience all kinds of subjects. While there are factors that influence the number of teaching methods are as follows: a) Objectives of various types and functions. b) Students who have varying degrees of maturity, c) Situations of various conditions, d) Facilities that different in quality and quantity, e) Teachers’ personality that different in professional abilities.

This study aims to determine the influence/contribution of school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of state elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. This is a quantitative survey research with the number of sample is 148 peoples. Data collection tool is questionnaire with regression techniques for data analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the school headmasters’ academic supervision on the teachers’ work productivity in state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between teachers’ work discipline on teachers’ work productivity of state elementary schools in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the school headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline on the work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency at 59.1%, while as many as 40.9% are influenced by factors other than the headmasters' academic supervision and teacher work discipline. Thus, both of these variables can be used as predictors of the trend of increasing work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency.
