Jurnal Auladuna mencakup tentang pendidikan terutama dalam, kajian, aplikasi teori, hasil penelitian, dan pengajaran dalam bidang keilmuan ranah pendidikan dasar dalam program studi Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) dan diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun dan menjadi sarana bagi peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi yang tertarik dengan kajian pendidikan dan pembelajaran dasar dan berkeinginan untuk menyalurkan pemikiran dan temuannya, terutama yang berkaitan dengan Kajian dalam bidang keilmuan di madrasah ibtidaiyah / sekolah dasar. Artikel yang dimuat adalah hasil penelitian, telaah ilmiah dan kritis atas isu penting dan terkini yang tercakup dalam pembidangan jurnal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) sebagai upaya membangun sikap toleran pada siswa MI/SD. Pembelajaran berbasis multikultural diharapkan dapat membantu siswa memahami keberagaman budaya, agama, dan suku bangsa, serta menumbuhkan sikap toleran, empati, dan keterampilan sosial yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di MIN 2 Pringsewu, yang memungkinkan analisis mendalam terhadap praktik pembelajaran di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru, dan dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang melibatkan tiga tahapan utama: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap sikap toleransi siswa, baik dalam interaksi di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Guru menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti diskusi kelompok, role-playing, dan proyek kolaboratif, untuk memperkenalkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai keberagaman. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain perbedaan latar belakang budaya siswa yang mempengaruhi pemahaman mereka terhadap keberagaman dan keterbatasan waktu serta sumber daya dalam implementasi pembelajaran ini. Meskipun demikian, pembelajaran berbasis multikultural memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk sikap toleran siswa yang penting untuk kehidupan sosial mereka di masa depan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya dukungan dari sekolah dan orang tua dalam memperkuat implementasi pembelajaran berbasis multikultural di Sekolah Dasar, termasuk pelatihan bagi guru dan workshop untuk orang tua tentang pentingnya pendidikan multikultural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi cerita rakyat madura sebagai upaya revitalisasi sejarah madura. Penelitian merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan mengeksplorasi 6 tempat sejarah yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2023 pada 1 tempat dan bulan November 2024 pada 5 tempat. 6 tempat tersebut antara lain: Museum Keraton Sumenep, Asta Jokotole, Asta Joharsari II, Asta Katandur, Asta Syekh Arif Muhammad Bin Maulana Maghribi, dan Goa Kandalia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara tidak terstruktur, lembar catatan lapangan, dan smartphone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 tempat sejarah yang potensial dalam upaya revitalisasi sejarah di madura khususnya di kabupaten sumenep. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat sumenep pada jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of creative learning models on students' lateral thinking skills in social arithmetic material. The problem addressed is the low creative thinking ability of students who only use traditional problem-solving methods. The method used is quasi-experimental with a posttest-only control design, involving two groups of fifth-grade students at MI Miftahul Ulum Tempurejo Jember. Data were collected through formative tests measuring lateral thinking skills. The analysis results show that the creative learning model significantly influences the improvement of students' lateral thinking skills. In conclusion, the creative learning model is effective in enhancing lateral thinking skills and is recommended for use in mathematics teaching to develop students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create (RADEC) learning model from a character education perspective. This research uses library research or literature study, namely examining the RADEC learning model and character education using literature that is relevant and supports the research topic. The approach used in the research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers try to explore and provide arguments related to the RADEC learning model from a character education perspective. The results of the findings and discussion show that the RADEC learning model with the syntax Read, Ansew, Discuss, Explain, and Create is in accordance with the character education approach. RADEC is able to bring out student characters such as religious, diligent, disciplined, hard working, and fond of reading, curious, creative, tolerant, cooperative, and democratic, appreciating achievement, friendly, communicative. The emergence of character is patterned in the four character education approaches, namely the values ​​instillation approach, cognitive development approach, values ​​clarification approach, and action learning approach. Through the RADEC learning model, character can be transformed into knowledge, morals and behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to improve memory ability using APE Rice media in group B at Muslimat NU 177 Kindergarten, Ampel Village, Wuluhan District. Where there is a problem experienced by group B teachers, namely group B students are able to mention numbers 1 - 10 and are able to mention the letters of the alphabet, but if asked to pour what has been mentioned both numbers and alphabets there are still students who are wrong with the pattern and shape, so researchers are trying to make Educational Game Tools from materials that are easily found, namely rice. Memory ability is the ability to recall information that has been delivered, seen and received. This type of research is a class action research with Suharsimi Arikunto model. The object of this research is group B students of Muslimat NU 177 Kindergarten, Ampel Village, Wuluhan District, totaling 16 children with 7 boys and 9 girls. The assessment instrument in this study used observation sheets and documentation. Before being given action, the researcher made an initial observation / pre-cycle and got an average score of 43.75% (Starting to Develop), then the researcher reflected to carry out further research in cycle I using APE Rice media without color and obtained an average score of 50.25% (Starting to Develop) and increased very significantly to 89% (Developing Very Well) in cycle II action after there was an improvement in media in the form of colored rice.

Abstract

This study wants to describe the existence of street children, street children are a group of children who spend their childhood and adolescence selling newspapers, busking, or just asking for mercy from the people they meet to meet their daily needs. Economic difficulties make them not have time to get an education like children in general. Through the empowerment program, street children are given the knowledge to be able to see various business opportunities around them, as well as be creative in utilizing everything around them. The results of this activity include: identifying the target group, exploring the problems of the target group, coordinating the theme of community service activities, preparing for the implementation of activities, implementing activities, and evaluating the activities carried out. Therefore, community service activities for street children through entrepreneurship-based training and social media are very important so that they can develop their potential in being competent and taking advantage of everything around them without having to spend a lot of money. It is hoped that with this training service, the university and the Street Child Development Institute will always provide assistance to street children in providing life skills in developing entrepreneurial potential and expanding product marketing networks through social media.

Abstract

Conflict in the school environment is an inevitable phenomenon, often arising from issues of communication, personal relationships or organizational structure. Effective conflict management can create an environment conducive to learning and have a positive impact on the quantity of learners. This study aims to examine conflict management at MIS Thoriqil Huda Juwet Nganjuk in the context of increasing learner quantity. Using a qualitative approach with a multicase study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data sources included the academic community as primary data and related documents and photos as secondary data. Data analysis was conducted through the Miles Huberman model, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as cross-case analysis for comparison of findings. The results showed that both institutions, MIS Thoriqil Huda Juwet Nganjuk and MTs Darul Ihsan Nganjuk, succeeded in identifying the symptoms and causes of conflict and the parties involved. The comprehensive approach at MTs Darul Ihsan, which involves the boarding school caregiver in conflict resolution, as well as evaluation through incidental supervision, has proven effective in improving the quality of teacher performance. Both institutions showed an improvement in the conducive learning environment, which has the potential to increase the number of students and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Teacher education issues are the fundamental concerns underlying critical pedagogy studies in Indonesia. Numerous issues have emerged, becoming topics of public discourse. These issues have arisen because teachers’ competencies are not being realized even after they have undergone teacher education. Among the issues are a teacher’s motivation to teach, the ability of teachers to enhance the quality of education through the improvisation of the hidden curriculum, and the demand for critical thinking among students. This study was conducted using qualitative methods with a literature review approach, gathering data on teacher education issues through a theoretical analysis of diverse literature related to the observed phenomena. The results indicate that most of the emerging educational issues are indeed rooted in the degradation of teacher education, which ultimately leads to a decline in the quality of education. Addressing this requires improving teacher education—from enhancing teachers’ motivation to teaching to developing the competencies that can be internalized through the teaching profession.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the management strategies of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah principals in improving the quality of Islamic values-based learning. The research focuses on planning and organizing learning strategies, leadership implementation in execution and supervision, and identification of supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at 2-3 high-performing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and focus group discussions with research subjects including madrasah principals, teachers, madrasah committees, and supervisors. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model with stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that madrasah principals implement integrative planning strategies based on the principle of consultation (shura) and organization based on trustworthiness (amanah). Instructional leadership is demonstrated through exemplary modeling (uswatun hasanah) and clinical supervision based on tarbiyah that focuses on continuous professional development. The main supporting factors are principal commitment, teacher dedication, and stakeholder participation, while inhibiting factors include budget constraints, gaps in teacher qualifications, and resistance to change. This study concludes that the integration of modern management functions with Islamic leadership values effectively improves holistic learning quality, encompassing both academic aspects and Islamic character formation. The practical implications of this research provide strategic guidance for madrasah principals and policy recommendations for the Ministry of Religious Affairs in madrasah leadership development.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan proses peningkatan literasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) siswa kelas 1 melalui penggunaan media flash card di SD Islam Adz-Dzikro. Literasi PAI memiliki peran penting dalam membantu siswa mengenal huruf hijaiyah, memahami doa-doa harian, serta membangun pemahaman awal terhadap akhlak dan ibadah. Kondisi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca huruf hijaiyah, memahami makna lafaz sederhana, serta belum mampu menghubungkan konsep keagamaan dengan praktik kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini menandakan perlunya media pembelajaran yang konkret, menarik, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media flash card memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan literasi keagamaan siswa. Pertama, siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam mengenal dan membaca huruf hijaiyah secara lebih tepat dan konsisten. Kedua, siswa lebih mampu memahami makna dasar doa dan materi keagamaan ketika dijelaskan melalui media visual. Ketiga, flash card meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan, dan konsentrasi siswa karena sifatnya yang menarik dan mudah dimainkan. Keempat, siswa menjadi lebih berani bertanya, menjawab, serta mengungkapkan pemahaman mereka dalam diskusi kelas. Kelima, guru menyatakan bahwa media flash card membantu menyederhanakan penjelasan konsep PAI yang abstrak sehingga mudah dipahami siswa sekolah dasar
