Abstract

Public awareness of protecting the environment is critical. This is very important because it will have an impact on global warming. This condition has made global consumers aware of environmental sustainability. This creates new demand for environmentally friendly products. Therefore, a new marketing concept that is environmentally sound or commonly referred to as green marketing, has emerged. In this study, the independent variable used is the green marketing mix, and the dependent variable is purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative, with a sample of 96 respondents. The research technique used is non-probability sampling. The results showed that all green marketing mix variables, green product, green price, green place, and green promotion, affected product purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the effect of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty of disposable gallon Le Minerale in Probolinggo City. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis using analysis of Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. The results of the study show that partially green marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Le Minerale Gallon disposables in Probolinggo City and brand image also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of disposable Le Minerale Gallons in Probolinggo City.This study aims to influence the effect of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty of disposable gallon Le Minerale in Probolinggo City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-WOM and tourism product attributes on visiting decisions. The population in this study were visitors who traveled to Lake Cipondoh, Tangerang City. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The partial research results of E-WOM and tourism product attributes had a significant effect on visiting decisions. Lake Cipondoh managers are expected to increase visitor enthusiasm by creating websites and social media, then adding attractions and special attractions.

Abstract

This research background is to find out and analyze the impelementation of staffing service application systems in updating civil servants data in Indonesia.The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. The study used two data sources: direct data and additional data. Information is immediately retrieved by conducting an interview. Additional information is taken from literature studies through books, articles, research journals and media. The results of this study show that through staffing service application systems are able to realize accountable, transparent and up-to-date data. MySAPK application is able to provide faster and excellent service.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of relationship marketing, customer value, and trust on customer loyalty at BPJS Kesehatan customers in Baturotok village, Sumbawa Region. Samples in the study earned with nonprobability sampling were announced to 100 respondents. The research uses the quantitative method. The data obtained were analyzed techniques through software SPSS 16. The results of the analysis in this study indicated that (1) the relationship marketing variable of use has significant customer loyalty. (2) variable customer value has no effect and is not significant has customer loyalty. (3) variable trust no effect and not significant have customer loyalty.

Abstract

Quantitative method. A sample of 100 MSME actors using non-probability sampling technique and proportional stratification allocations were divided into 90 micro businesses, 9 small businesses and 1 medium business. The collection tool is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS 23 multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that financial literacy had a significant positive effect on financial performance, while locus of control had no effect on MSME financial performance. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between locus of control and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs in Maesan District, Bondowoso.

Abstract

The development of cooperative business lines in Indonesia demands that cooperative management be carried out more professionally. Therefore, in order for each cooperative to survive or even grow and develop, cooperatives must pay close attention to the financial management of cooperatives. Every cooperative in running its business definitely needs capital. Cash is the wealth of cooperatives which is one of the elements of working capital that is very important in financing cooperative operations. Cash occupies a central position in an effort to maintain the smooth operation of cooperatives, so that the management function in planning and controlling the cash budget is necessary to ensure the survival of cooperatives.This study aims to determine the process of preparing the cash budget, analyzing the factors that cause the difference between the budget and the realization of the cash budget as well as planning and controlling the cash budget at the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative with the cash budget observation period in 2019 and 2020. In this study In this case, the researcher uses qualitative data analysis methods where the analysis is carried out using data in the amount that is poured to explain an explanation of the numbers then explained again in the form of a description with standard language.The results of the study found that cash flow as a planning and control tool in the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative was running well, the main factor causing the difference or difference between the budget and the realization of cash flow was in the realization of the previous year's budget, the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative. using the Bottom Up approach, namely budget planning is carried out by all parties in the organization, it would be even better if using the Mixture approach because to overcome the weaknesses in the Bottom Up approach.The development of cooperative business lines in Indonesia demands that cooperative management be carried out more professionally. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on employee morale at the Representative of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population in this study amounted to 98 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 79 people. The results of this study shows that the magnitude of the influence of performance allowances on employee morale at the Representative of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. is 2.6%, while the remaining 97.4% is influenced by other variables or factors.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the quality of printing services and customer satisfaction can significantly affect Customer Loyalty in an effort to increase sales turnover of printing business angela souvenir surabaya. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is customers who use angela souvenir surabaya printing services with a sample of 18 respondents, then analysis techniques and using statistics using spss 25.00. to Knowing the results requires Multiple Linear Test, Test F and Test t. Variable quality of print service quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2). These have a significant impact on the dependent variable of customer loyalty (Y).  Print quality (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) scores can affect customer loyalty (Y) by 0.888 indicating that 88.8% of customer loyalty variables and the remaining 11.2% are not explained by other variables. Print Service Quality (X1) t count (3,759) t table (2,131) with significance level 0.002 0.05.Customer Satisfaction (X2)t count (3,181)t table (2,131) with a significance level of 0.006 0.05. That partially The Quality of Print Services and Customer Satisfaction (X2) significantly affects Customer Loyalty (Y) in an effort to increase sales turnover at Angela Souvenir Printing in Surabaya.

Abstract

The research objectives can be presented as follows: To analyze whether liquidity, Interest rates and goodwill has an effect on stock prices at PT Gudang Garam Tbk, to analyze which of liquidity, interest rates, and goodwill has the most dominant influence on PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. This study is a quantitative descriptive study, namely to determine the effect of liquidity, interest rates, and firm value on stock prices. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained that simultaneously the independent variables are Liquidity (Current Ratio), Interest Rate (BI Rate), and Firm Value ( Price Earning Ratio) has abig impact on  stock price of PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Liquidity (Current Ratio) (X1) does not have a significant and negative impact on the share price, this can be proved by a considerable value of 0.133 while the ttable value of 2.02809. Interest rates (BI rate) have a significant and negative effect on stock prices, this can be proven by the tcount value of -4.174 while the ttable value of 2.02809. The value of the company (Price Earning Ratio) (X3) has no significant and positive effect on stock prices, this can be proven by the t-value for the X3 variable. Firm value (Price Earning Ratio) is 0.147 while the ttable value is 2.02809.
