Abstract

The capital market is often used as a benchmark for a country's economy that influences the investment activities in macroeconomics which is reflected in some indicators like inflation rates, exchange rates, and the BI rate. This article aims to find out and analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rate, and the BI Rate on the Jakarta Composite Index. This study used a quantitative approach with the type of associative. The results of this study showed that there is no significant influence between the inflation towards the JCI, but there is an influence between the exchange rate and the BI Rate towards the JCI. Simultaneously these variables, like Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate have a positive and significant influence towards the JCI.

Abstract

This study determines the role of financial planning in the Covid-19 era and the influence of financial literacy, financial knowledge, social demographics, and lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is a conceptual paper with a literature review approach. The role of variables has a tremendous influence on financial planning where with this knowledge, it is possible to awaken individuals to behave well in financial matters. Covid-19 has a positive impact on financial planning because it can increase awareness of the importance of financial planning to make wise decisions and not behave consumptively. The better a person's behavior in managing his financial planning, the better his financial planning in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work dicipline on lecturers performace in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). Survey and questionaires was used to collect data study from 82 respondents as sample study. Simple linier regression test was used as data analysis, and coefficient determination test (R2) and partial test (t-test) conducted to test the hyphotesis, with SPSS.20 as a tool in data processing. The result showed there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) on lecturers performace (Y), and also there is a positive and significant effect of work dicipline (X2) on lecturers performance (Y). The result also showed both organizational culture and work dicipline simultaneouly effect lecturers performance in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). This was proven by the significant value 0,000 ( under 0,05). Value of coefficien determination (R2) in linier regression was 72,6 percent. Value of coefficient determination indicates that changes in Y variable (performace) explained by organizational culture (X1) and work dicipline (X2), as the rest explained by other variables

Abstract

Humans have 3 kinds of needs that must be met to survive, namely primary, secondary and tertiary. Apart from basic needs, a person sometimes cannot control himself, resulting in a purchase without a long consideration based on a desire which is called consumptive behavior. This behavior is again supported by technological developments, where e-money is present as an electronic payment tool. E-money that presents features that are easy, convenient and safe so that there is an increase in its use in the community. The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship of e-money users to consumptive behavior in Batam society. There are significant positive relationship between the use of e-money and consumptive behavior of the Batam community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan strategi bauran promosi yang diterapkan pada UMKM Butik Zakiah Hijab Solution dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di masa pandemi Covid-19 UMKM Butik Zakiah Hijab Solution memfokuskan lebih pada promosi pada media digital (online) untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan butik.  Strategi online yang diterapkan di UMKM Butik Zakiah Hijab Solution memiliki 2 metode yakni metode secara promosi yang non berbayar seperti Instagram, Facebook, TikTok dan metode yang berbayar seperti Shopee dan OLX. Adanya promosi dan bonus yang dilakukan dalam market online dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan. Strategi personal selling yang diterapkan UMKM Butik Zakiah Hijab Solution mengedapankan pelayanan yaitu saat berkomunikasi dengan konsumen. UMKM Butik Zakiah Hijab Solution dalam mempromosikan produknya yaitu Butik mendapatkan penjualan serta mengalami peningkatan penjualan dengan menerapkan tiga strategi promosi yaitu periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan personal selling.       Abstract (11 pt) This study aims to reveal and describe how the implementation of the promotional mix strategy applied to the Zakiah Hijab Solution Boutique MSME in increasing sales volume during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME Boutique Zakiah Hijab Solution was more focused on promotion in digital media (online) to increase boutique sales. The online strategy applied to MSMEs Zakiah Hijab Solution Boutique has 2 methods, namely free promotion methods such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and paid methods such as Shopee and OLX. The existence of promotions and bonuses carried out in the online market can increase sales volume. The personal selling strategy implemented by UMKM Boutique Zakiah Hijab Solution prioritizes service, namely when communicating with consumers. MSME Boutique Zakiah Hijab Solution in promoting its products, namely boutiques get sales and increase sales by implementing three promotional strategies, namely advertising, sales promotion, and personal sellingletters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis methods, which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Executive Board of Directors of the Kemayoran Complex Development Control Company (DP3KK), who were the respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. The results of the study partially show that training and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the training will help DP3KK employees improve their knowledge of skills and expertise in their fields, compensation by the expectations of DP3KK employees will be better, and performance results can be maximized. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies formulate training explicitly and cover every aspect of the economy that can be quantified. It is hoped that the leaders of the DP3KK companies choose employees with an educational background suitable for their work; it is also recommended for employees to attend training/upgrades/workshops, and so on. other.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Human resources are the drivers of activities within the company. Every organization needs to pay attention to the management of human resources both competence, the process of placing employees which will later increase productivity in achieving the goals expected by the company. In 2021 the central government implemented a policy related to a major overhaul of the structural position changes of echelons III and IV in government agencies. The policy is implemented nationally so that the Pamekasan Regency government is also obliged to equalize structural positions to functional positions.The research method used is quantitative. The sample of this study amounted to 73 echelon IV civil servants who were appointed from structural positions into functional positions. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence and placement affect the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that partially competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency, placement did not have an effect and was significant but had a positive value on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency. However, simultaneously competence and placement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media on customer loyalty at Laidback Blues Record Store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with simple regression analysis method. The population in this study were followers of the Instagram account @laidbackbluesrecordstore during 2021, which opened 150 people, while the sample consisted of 60 using the slovin formula. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. Questionnaire data collection techniques using google form. The results showed that Instagram social media had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Laidback Blues Record Store. This is because the Laidback Blues Record Store social media is always active in observing so that interaction with consumers is maintained and consumers actively comment on, make complaints, about products, provide suggestions, or activities that are being carried out. Laidback Blues Record Store is advised to improve the presentation of the latest information regarding product promotions that can be carried out actively
