Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of adversity quotient on the achievement of ToSM (test of second mathematics) scores on the student. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of adversity quotient on the accomplishment of ToSM scores on students. The subjects in this study amounted to 34 students from SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi, Tegal Regency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The measuring instruments in this study were adversity quotient scales and Android app-based ToSM. The results of this study showed the significance of the correlation test was 0.671 > 0.05 and Pearson correlation = 0.075 < r table = 0.3246, while the linearity test explained the magnitude of the correlation value / R relationship of 0.75 of the output obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.006, which contains the understanding that the influence of Adversity Qutotien variable on variable performance ToSM score value is 0.6%, the data can be interpreted that there is no correlation between the variables studied, these findings can also be interpreted that to increase KHDI is not enough just by relying on adversity intelligence alone need other efforts.

Abstract

One of the phenomena that has arisen due to the impact of globalization is the emergence of the Korean Wave which has been familiarly felt since the early 2000s in Indonesia, until now creating a new culture in which a lot of merchandise is traded as a form of identity for K-Pop group. In this study, we explore the relationship between celebrity worship, self-regulation and impulsive buying on merchandise purchases by K-Pop fans which has become a culture for fans community for the past decade. Sample of this research is K-Pop band ‘Day6’ fansclub community from Solo, MyDaySolo with total of 67 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a few criterias needed. This research is conducted with quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that there is a relationship between celebrity worship, self-regulation, and impulsive buying shown by the result of multiple regression analysis which is F = 60,982 (p<0,05). Abstract

Since social media have become deeply enmeshed in adolescents’ everyday lives particularly during the stay at home condition of Pandemic Covid-19, research concern about the effects of bystander in cyberbullying is growing. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediator roles of parent communication pattern in the effect of empathy on cyberbystander among adolescents social media users. A total 447 adolescents aged 12-21 years were involved and completed cyberbullying bystander scale (CBS) by Sarmiento et al., (2019), The Basic Empathy Scale (BES) by Jolliffe & Farrington (2006), and The Revised Family Communication Pattern (RFCP) by Koerner & Fitzpatrick (2002). The results revealed the parent communnication pattern partially mediated the effect of empathy towards cyberbystander behaviour (B = 0,0241, LLCI = 0,0096, ULCI = 0,0403). It emphasizes empathy has a strong direct effect on cyberbystander behavior. Our findings uderline the importance of the family functioning to strengthening the adolescents empathy to avoid them of being cyberbystander.

Abstract

Generasi millennial cenderung memiliki komitmen organisasi yang rendah. Komitmen diasumsikan dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya efikasi dalam bekerja dan budaya yang berorientasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode korelasional dengan tujuan agar mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh efikasi dalam bekerja dan orientasi kewirausahan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner di Perusahaan X. Subjek penelitian adalah 157 generasi milenial yang memiliki masa kerja sekurangnya satu tahun. Dari Uji regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh antara efikasi dalam bekerja dan orientasi kewirausahaan organisasi terhdap komitmen orgnisasi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dimensi efikasi dalam bekerja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah occupational social self-efficacy. Sedangkan dimensi orientasi kewirausahaan organisasi yang paling mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi adalah proaktif.

Abstract

Abstract Subjective well-being is one part that must be considered in a mother, where when carrying out the role of a mother who works with various tasks and responsibilities requires a mother to be able to control and regulate herself so that she is able to carry out various tasks and responsibilities. exist as well as possible, so as not to cause problems for their welfare. Because that's why prosocial behavior is very important to do because by doing prosocial behavior, working mothers will experience greater positive emotions. This study aims to determine the relationship between prosocial behavior and subjective well-being in working mothers. The subjects in this study amounted to 65 people who have the characteristics of a working woman, where the woman is married and has children, a minimum of 1 year of service, and a minimum age of 22 years and a maximum of 60 years. The technique for taking the sample is using the purposive sampling method. In collecting data using the Prosocial Behavior Scale with Subjective Well-Being Scale. The data analysis technique used is the product-moment correlation of Karl Pearson. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between prosocial behavior and subjective well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of social interaction and self-esteem with group cohesiveness of SSB students in Kudus. The subjects of this study were 80 students of SSB in Kudus. The sampling technique in this study used a quota sampling technique. The measuring tools used to obtain the data are the social interaction scale, self-esteem scale, and group cohesiveness scale. The results of data analysis using Regression Analysis where the calculation uses the SPSS 15.0 program. The results of the correlation coefficient rx1,2y of 0.836 with p of 0.000 (p<0.01) mean that there is a very significant relationship between social interaction and self-esteem with group cohesiveness. The result of the correlation coefficient between social interaction variables and group cohesiveness rx1y is 0.836 with p of 0.000 (p <0.01) this means that there is a very significant positive relationship between social interaction and group cohesiveness. While the correlation coefficient between the variable self-esteem and group cohesiveness rx2y is 0.708 with p of 0.000 (p <0.01) this means that there is a very significant positive relationship between self-esteem and group cohesiveness. The effective contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 69.9%.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease (2019) or what we usually call COVID-19 has had a significant impact on all sectors, including the education sector. The transition from traditional or face-to-face teaching to an online teaching system. Has given a lot of homework for teachers, they have to work hard to be able to adapt quickly to the changes. In addition, this online learning process places a heavy burden on teachers. This makes teachers stressed and affects teacher performance. This study aims to describe the problems faced by teachers seen from the teacher's self-efficacy during teaching using the online method. 40 teachers participated in this study, where they were asked to fill out a teacher self-efficacy scale (TSE) to measure their self-efficacy. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in the self-efficacy of senior teachers when teaching using the online method
