Abstract

Gedung Museum Geologi Bandung merupakan gedung  bergaya art deco terletak di Jl. Diponegoro, Bandung, suatu Gedung yang memiliki seni yang bernilai tinggi dan dilindungi oleh undang-undang. Saat ini Gedung museum Geologi ini dijadikan salah satu tujuan wisata budaya. Penulis melakukan penelitian di Gedung Museum Geologi Bandung ini fokus pada variabel Citra sebagai variabel independen, dan Variabel Keputusan berkunjung sebagai variabel dependen, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (analisis deskriptif) menunjukkan bahwa, Citra Museum Geologi Bandung dalam katagori baik, rata-rata 3,97, dan Keputusan Berkunjung katagori baik rata-rata 3,73 (dari skala 1 sampai dengan 5). Sedangkan hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan total pengaruh sebesar 0,602 (60,20%), ini menunjukan bahwa masih ada pengaruh lain yang belum diteliti sebesar 0,398 (39,80%). Serta, tingkat signifikansinya 0,00 < 0,05, dengan kata lain bahwa variable Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan berkunjung. Kata Kunci: Citra, Keputusan berkunjung, Museum Geologi Bandung

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on the level of tourist satisfaction in tourist restaurants in Belitung Regency. Experiential marketing that was studied included the variables of sense, feel, think, act and relate. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing carried out simultaneously and partially. Research on 115 samples shows that independent variables consisting of sense, feel, think, act and relate simultaneously have a very strong influence on the dependent variable tourist satisfaction level. While partially, the study produced that there are three variables namely feel, act and relate which have a significant influence on the level of tourist satisfaction, where the feel variable is the most dominant.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how much the contribution of tourist experience to revisit intention in Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta. The research method used is explanatory survey. The sample members were tourists who visited Kepulauan Seribu with a size of 169 people selected by incidental sampling technique. Result of research indicates there is contribution of tourist experience to revisit intention of tourist in Kepulauan Seribu. The contributing variables are hedonic and relational.

Abstract

Ketapang is one of the villages that have abundant natural resources, but the human resources are still insufficient to enhance the existing tourism potential. The purpose of this research is to analyze comprehensively about Banyuwangi  Regency Work Pattern with PT. Pelindo in managing Green Watu Dodol Tourism Object in Ketapang village, Banyuwangi  regency, and also give suggestion or suggestion for optimal activity.This method of research is also a way of solving problems that must be done for scientific data and also as a means of seeking the truth with the steps that following existing provisions. In the process of printing, this scientific paper will be used the methods used as a guide in conducting research steps.The results of the research indicate that the authority of the Regional Government based on Article 12 paragraph (3) letter b Law no. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, precisely the jurisdiction of the District Government in Article 30 of Law no. 10 the Year 2009 on Tourism. A lokal government with its authority may regulate, control, control and protect the community as well as natural resources and natural resources. The development of tourism is strived to be developed with the approach of growth and equity of the economy for the welfare of society and development oriented to the development of the region, relying on the community, and the nature of community members covering various aspects including business management cooperation. The government should be able to position development in existing development di Watu Dodol.

Abstract

The development of digital tourism in Indonesia seems to occur quite rapidly. The tourism industry in Indonesia also looks relatively ready to face this era where quite a number of companies engaged in tourism have adopted digital tourism in their business models. Moreover, there has been a shift in the generation of tourism in the world towards millennial generation or Generation Y. Even now the latest generation has grown, namely Generation Z. Things that can not be avoided will provide a new environment in the development of the tourism industry. This next generation transition will also present new challenges, including for the Tourism Education Institute, especially in this case the Higher Education Institution. This article is a non-research article in which the author pours his thoughts on the problem being studied. The writing of this article is based on a review of sources relevant to this problem. In this article it was revealed that tourism education in Indonesia still has a role in the development of the tourism industry. The main role is in maintaining the values ??of tourism that have developed since the Baby Boomers, Generation X and continue to Generation Y and Generation Z, but by remaining open to the development of tourism 4.0 and its changes.

Abstract

The number of tourists in Serang and Pandeglang Regency has not reached a high growth rate. To increase the number of tourist visits in the two regencies, the development of creative tourism is needed as a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential for creative tourism and analyze the supporting factors of the development of creative tourism in Serang and Pandeglang Regencies. This research is a qualitative study using interview and observation methods. The analytical method used is the 4 As tourism component, attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancillary services. The results of the study indicate that there is a potential for creative tourism in Serang Regency, namely Kampung Seni Yudha Asri, J2 Pottery, Sentra Pengrajin Tas dan Dompet Desa Kadugenep, Durian Jatohan Haji Arif, Sentra Pengrajin Golok Desa Seuat Jaya, Anyer Krakatau Culture Festival (AKCF) dan Bendolan Pamarayan. Creative tours in Pandeglang Regency are Agrowisata Gandamanis, Kampung Domba Juhut Pandeglang, Desa Wisata Banyubiru, Pasar Kaulinan Menes, Kampung Batik Cikadu Tanjung Lesung dan Sentra Pengrajin Kayu Desa Kertajaya. The supporting factors for the development of creative tourism are planning, human resources, conditions of tourism destinations, supporting infrastructure, and institutions. The implication of this research is as considerations for the Regional Government in the development of socialization, training and mentoring programs to increase understanding and self-development for the community regarding creative tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang perilaku komunikasi nonverbal petugas hotel dan kaitannya dengan kualitas pelayanan, mengingat hotel sebagai industri hospitaliti sangat dimungkinkan SDM-nya mempunyai karakeristik yang berbeda dengan  profesi lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode atau pisau bedah “interaksi simbolik”, dengan tujuan menafsirkan makna simbol komunikasi nonverbal para petugas hotel karena pada dasarnya manusia sebagai homo simbolicum yang menggunakan simbol-simbol dalam berinteraksi dengan sesamanya dimana simbol tersebut mempunyai makna dan tujuan. Tamu hotel mempuyai harapan dan tujuan, apakah para petugas hotel memahami kebutuhan dan harapan tugasnya dan apakah selaras dengan kompetensi komunikasi nonverbal mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya keragaman yang berbeda dan kekhasan perilaku komunikasi nonverbal petugas hotel dan peran manajemen mendorong mereka untuk konsisten dalam menjaga kompetensi komunikasi nonverbalnya. Pada akhir penelitian dibangun suatu model komunikasi nonverbal petugas hotel dalam menunjang kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Lake Toba area has the potential in the field of tourism business that is useful for the businessman. In order to achieve the target of 1 million tourists targeted by the Badan Pelaksana Otorita Danau Toba required a media marketing role that is able to support it. One of its marketing efforts is through ITX (Indonesia Tourism Exchange) which can develop the business network of tourism so that tourism business products become better known globally, easier booking process and online payment transactions to be more efficient and reliable. Asdep Tata Kelola Destinasi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, held socialization in Tobasa district. After the socialization, tourism businessmen who join to become ITX members are Polado Homestay and CV. Toba Sporty from 30 participants. Obviously after becoming a member of ITX, the businessmen who have joined must have changes. Therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the role of ITX as an e-marketplace in Lake Toba area. In this study the researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. This research uses e-marketplace theory. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The whole study yields a conclusion and suggestion related to the role of ITX.

Abstract

Kampung Nikmat, located in Cigugurgirang Village, Bandung Regency, has people assets with special skills in culinary field (gastronomy). Especially the old ladiwes have abilities to make various Sundanese Foods. But there is no any effort to identify the food and preserve the culinary items in this area. The objective of this study is to identify and preserve the traditional Sundaneses food, then analyse its potential to become a Sundanese gastronomy tourism destination. The method of this research is qualitative method, through observation, depth interviews, documentation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with selected residents of Kampung Nikmat and gastronomy experts. The result of the study is an inventory of Sundanese gastronomy product in Kampung Nikmat, which is consist of 294 foods, 15 beverages and 15 various of sambal (chili souses). All of the items of the gastronomy products are able to be made by the old ladies of this village. The other result of this research is a design program of gastronomy tourism, that is involved a variety stakeholder, such as some residents, government, scholars, local dan foreign tourist. The design of the program is consisted of cooking class, sharing knowledge of the traditional Sundanese gastronomy products, then marketing days of the products as a series of Gastronomy Tourism.

Abstract

The role of dessert in one food set menu becomes very important. Currently, many cafes or restaurants sell dessert as their main menu. Dessert products are generally sweet and fresh but often have a little functional value. In this study, researchers conducted an experimental study to make dessert innovations, namely Aloe vera jelly. Jelly is widely used in restaurants or hotels as ingredients for pudding, dessert mixes, ice jelly, to various pastry toppings. Aloe vera jelly is not only refreshing but also has health value. In addition to healthy hair and skin, aloe vera is also good for our health because aloe vera contains water that is needed for the body. Aloe vera also contains fat, protein, and carbohydrates that serve to provide energy. And aloe vera also contains vitamin A and vitamin C. Where vitamin A has a function for eye health, and vitamin C has a function to maintain immunity. The purpose of this study was to find techniques and formulations for making aloe vera jelly, to know the differences in the level of preference and level of jelly quality from several levels tested based on organoleptic assessment. The method used is an experimental method with quantitative data analysis techniques ANOVA and Duncan. The results of this study indicate that the best formulation is jelly with the addition of 10% gelatin. The majority of panelists said they liked aloe vera jelly. And there is a difference in the quality of aloe vera jelly with the use of gelatin with a percentage of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% in aspects of color, aroma, and texture, but not different for taste.
