Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dan kapasitas produksi berdasarkan kombinasi jenis produk dengan menggunakan model De Novo Programming melalui pendekatan min-max Goal Programming pada 3 jenis produk krupuk rajang yaitu original, mini, dan super. Model yang terbentuk yaitu meminimumkan deviasi maksimum dengan kendala budget yang tersedia dan berbagai kendala yang ada. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan software LINGO, diperoleh hasil nilai d = 0 yang berarti tujuan memaksimalkan keuntungan dan memaksimalkan kapasitas produksi tercapai dengan memproduksi krupuk rajang jenis original sebanyak 800 kg, mini sebanyak 800 kg, dan juga super sebanyak 1200 kg. Dari hasil ini maka diperoleh keuntungan maksimum yaitu sebesar Rp. 8.158.800,-, jika dibandingkan dengan keuntungan rata-rata rill perusahaan yaitu sebesar Rp. 7.424.734,- maka terjadi kenaikan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 734.006,- atau sekitar 9.88%, dan untuk kapasitas produksi diperoleh kapasitas maksimal yaitu 2800 kg per bulan. Jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata produksi perbulan yang menjadi kapasitas produksi rill perusahaan yaitu sebesar 2691 maka terjadi kenaikan kapasitas produksi sebesar 109 kg per bulan

Abstract

Dalam kondisi pentingnya jaringan internet di masyarakat saat ini, jumlah pengguna kartu perdana Smartfren masih lebih rendah dibandingkan pesaing. Hasil survey Top Brand Award menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019, Smartfren menempati urutan ke-4 dengan index 6%. Hal tersebut dapat menunjukkan bahwa Smartfren belum memiliki merek yang kuat, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan ekuitas merek (brand equity). Penelitian ditujukan menghasilkan rancangan usulan peningkatan brand equity kartu perdana Smartfren. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan terhadap 137 responden di Kota Bandung. Persentase tingkatan brand awareness Smartfren adalah 6% untuk tingkatan top of mind, 55% untuk tingkatan brand recall, 29% untuk brand recognition, dan 11% unaware of brand. Hasil perhitungan perceived quality menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kepuasan Smartfren sebesar 2,92 (skala 4) artinya kepuasan Smartfren belum sangat baik. Smartfren memiliki 6 asosiasi positif yang terbentuk dan 7 asosiasi tereliminasi. Tingkat brand loyality pengguna kartu perdana Smartfren berada pada price buyer. Usulan meliputi peningkatan penguatan asosiasi merk, menambah diskon, berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas menjadi sponsor kegiatan, memperbaiki kualitas jaringan dan kecepatan internet terkait luas jangkauan atau cakupan layanan Smartfren, serta ukuran kartu perdana.

Abstract

This research will measure the level of usability and ease of the XY_Alpha application system by focusing on the acceptance of PT DPS employees. PT DPS is one of the International freight forwarders in Indonesia that provides transportation, custom clearance, warehousing, shipping and distribution services. The approach used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model, which is the approach first proposed by Davis (1989) in the context of receiving Information Technology. This model has 4 variables: Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Acceptance of Application System (ACC). The number of respondents was taken from all employees of the Ocean Freight Import division at PT DPS's main office of 14 people and Surabaya branch offices of 5 people. The results showed that the Attitude Toward Using (ATU) variable as a variable that is not reliable so it is not continued in the study. The Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Acceptance of Application System (ACC) variables are quite reliable. Other results show that PU is not influenced by PEOU as an independent variable. The results of this study using the TAM approach show that the initial hypothesis was rejected (the inter-variables did not affect each other). Then a cause and effect diagram is made to find the cause of the results of the hypothesis.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu akan banyak masalah yang dihadapi industry produksi dewasa ini, terutama masalah pada lini manajemen produksinya. PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) DPPU Halim Perdanakusuma adalah perusahaan yang melayani avtur jet A-1 dan avgas untuk penerbangan domestic, charter, atau private yang beroperasi di Halim Pk Untuk mengantisipasi kemungkinan terjadinya kekurangan ataupun kelebihan persediaan, maka perencanaan kapasitas dengan baik yang adaptif dengan permintaan dengan biaya seminimal mungkin. Sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan/overstocked kapasitas dan perusahaan mendapat keuntungan yang optimal dalam setiap produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan agregat kapasitas produksi avtur secara keseluruhan untuk memenuhi permintaan dari pesanan dengan tujuan meminimalkan operational cost. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan pola data horizontal yang selanjutnya di lakukan peramalan dengan metode yang terbaik adalah menggunakan metode moving average yang menghasilkan nilai MAPE terkecil sebesar 0,082282. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan agregat metode yang paling baik digunakan adalah metode mix strategy dengan memerhatikan rencana produksi yang fluktuatif dan demand periodic per-tiga bulan sebesar Rp. 1,410,087,876,000 yang menghasilkan biaya paling murah dibanding strategi lainnya.

Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan utama manusia yang pemanfaatannya semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Di Indonesia, pada umumnya air bersih dikelola oleh PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum), yaitu perusahaan milik Pemerintah Daerah yang bergerak pada distribusi air minum/air bersih bagi masyarakat. Penggunaan air oleh PDAM pada umumnya menggunakan meteran air yang berfungsi untuk mengukur volume air yang telah digunakan dalam satuan m3. Untuk melakukan pengecekan jumlah penggunaan air oleh pihak PDAM dilakukan dengan cara mengirimkan petugas ke masing-masing pelanggan setiap bulan untuk mencatat satu persatu. Cara tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien serta membutuhkan banyak tenaga dan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Maka dari itu dibuatlah sebuah prototipe watermeter yang dapat mengirimkan berapa jumlah air yang telah terpakai ke website menggunakan sensor water flow, valve, dan ESP32. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh mendapatkan akurasi pembacaan sensor 98.12% dan error sebesar 1.88%. Pemantauan penggunaan volume airnya pun dapat di lihat pada website dan muncul harga yang harus dibayarkan. Serta dapat memutus aliran air ke meteran air menggunakan valve jika pelanggan bermasalah dalam melakukan pembayaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu produk gunaan yang masih kritis mengenai jaminan halalnya di Indonesia adalah produk farmasi dan obat. Data menunjukkan bahwa obat yang telah tersertifikasi BPOM baru 13,41% yang sudah tersertifikasi halal. Sedangkan target pemerintah Indonesia mulai tahun 2019 produk gunaan halal yang beredar di Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah standar yang terdiri dari Sistem Jaminan Halal dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik. Penelitian ini menyusun sebuah standar yang mengintegrasika Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) untuk membantu industri farmasi dalam mengimplementasikan kedua sistem tersebut, mengurangi redundansi dokumen dan mengefisienkan interaksi semua departemen terkait. Mengacu pada struktur ISO (International Organization of Standardization) bahwa struktur pembentukan sebuah standar adalah PDCA (Plan, Do, Check dan Act), maka penyusunan standar pada penelitian ini juga mempunyai struktur yang sama. Proses integrasi Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) melalui proses analisis struktur kedua buah sistem, lalu dianalisis masing-masing klausul dan sub klausul untuk mencari kesamaan yang dapat diintegrasikan menjadikan sebuah sistem yang terintegrasi yaitu Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dan Halal (CPOBH). 11 Klausul pembentuk Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH) dan 12 Klausul Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan strukturnya. Setelah proses pengintegrasian didapatkan 15 klausul di CPOBH. Beberapa klausul tambahan maupun pengganti dalam sistem yang sudah terintegrasi tidak merubah makna atau tujuan dari kedua sistem yang diterapkan. Kata kunci: Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, CPOB, Sistem Jaminan Halal ABSTRACT One product that is still critical of its legal guarantee in Indonesia is pharmaceutical and medicinal products. Data shows that medicines that have been BPOM certified only 13,41% are halal certified. While the Indonesian government's start in 2019 for halal use products circulating in Indonesia must be halal certified, therefore a standard is needed which consists of a Halal Assurance System and The Proper Way to Produce a Good Quality Medicine. This study sets out a standard that integrates the Halal Assurance System (SJH) and the Proper Way to Produce a Good Quality Medicine (CPOB) to assist the pharmaceutical industry in implementing both systems, reducing document redundancy and streamlining the interaction of all relevant departments. Referring to the ISO (International Organization of Standardization) structure that the structure of the formation of a standard is PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act), then the standard arrangement in this study also has the same structure. The integration process of the Halal Assurance System (SJH) and the Proper Way to Produce a Good Quality Medicine (CPOB) through the process of analyzing the structure of the two systems, then analyzed each clause and sub-clause to look for similarities that can be integrated into an integrated system, namely the the Proper Way to Produce a Good Quality and Halal Medicine (CPOBH). 11 Clauses forming the Halal Assurance System (SJH) and 12 the Proper Way to Produce a Good Quality (CPOB) are classified according to their structure. After the integration process was obtained 15 clauses at CPOBH. Some additional clauses and substitutes in an integrated system do not change the meaning or purpose of the two systems applied. Abstract

Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is an approach used to measure the productivity of equipment or machines. The aim of this paper is to identify review and analyze the OEE approach. More specific knowledge about OEE has grown rapidly. Much research on OEE is carried out in various industries to measure the productivity of equipment or machines. This paper involves a review study of 30 papers related to OEE implementation in various industries. This paper contains the results of many different aspects. These aspects include focus is an industry. Focus number of distribution by country and focus year of publication. This paper is useful for all types of industrial sectors to find solutions to problems with equipment or machine performance. This paper also provides an advantage for future researchers to add insight and reference for OEE-related studies in various industries.

Abstract

To get the raw material for production, ussualy industri joint with supplier. Selection of the right supplier can help smooth the production process and make the company able to produce good quality products in accordance with the wishes of consumers so as to minimize losses caused by irregularities committed by the supplier. In this study the supplier selection process is based on the evaluation results of each supplier using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Taguchi Loss Function methods. AHP is used to determine the weight of each criterion, while the Taguchi Loss Function is used to calculate losses caused by deviations made by each supplier based on the weight of criteria that have been calculated using the AHP method. The criteria used in this study are price, quality, delivery, accuracy of the number of goods, and the payment system. The order of weight of each criterion is 0.3838 for quality criteria, 0.3009 for price criteria, 0.1408 for shipping criteria, 0.0874 for accuracy of quantity of goods and 0.0871 for payment system criteria. Whereas based on Taguchi Loss Function proposed priority for supplier of raw material based on the smallest loss value. Keywords: supplier selection, analytic hierarchy process, taguchi loss function

Abstract

This research was conducted at UKM Jovelyn in Batam city. Jovelyn's UKM produces various kinds of cakes and is marketed in markets in Batam City. The UKM opened 4 branches and marketed its products to 7 markets in the city of Batam. Product distribution is still random and not properly regulated. This resulted in a very large transportation cost, up to 1/3 of the total production cost. This shows that product transportation is still not carried out effectively and efficiently. The transportation problem is converted into a mathematical form so that the problem can be solved by the transportation method. The transportation method aims to minimize the objective function which is a function of transportation costs. The transportation method is basically the same as the linear program where at each iteration a selection is made to enter the basic variabel and leave the basic variabel. There are several iteration methods, namely the northwest corner method, minimum cost method, genetic algorithm, Vogel's approximation method, minimum row method, Russell's approximation method and column minimum method. Previous research has shown that the Vogel's approximation method, and Russell's approximation method are more efficient and accurate. This study uses both methods and a sensitivity analysis is performed to optimize the calculation results. Abstract

Manual work activities are at risk for musculoskeletal disorders. Manual material handling, including lowering, lifting, pulling and carrying activities is the cause of worker complaints. Conditions of work attitude at PT. XYZ in the packing section, which is in charge of taking out the refrigerator cardboard, is still at risk. The posture of employees is bent, standing with arms stretched upwards and standing with arms stretched upwards. The purpose of this study is to suggest improvements in work attitude by making tools for work postures that are not ergonomic. The method used in this study is the rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the standing work posture on the cardboard lifting activity element gets a grand score of 4. This means that it is at a moderate risk level and improvements can be made if needed. The working posture of walking with hands carrying cardboard has a grand score of 7. This means that it is at a high risk level and must be corrected immediately. To reduce non-ergonomic work postures. Then a design tool is made in the form of an insulated trolley.
