Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously on the Online Travel Agent (Case Study of Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Pegi-pegi Customers). The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, namely the data was selected based on certain criteria.. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.116; (2) Service Quality (X2) partially does not have a Positive and Significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.000; Simultaneous promotion, and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance F of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion, Service Quality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative research types. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia as respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the sampling technique using the probability sampling method, namely the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 46 respondents. The dependent variable is employee performance at PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia, while the independent variable is the work environment and employee work discipline. Based on the F test, the results of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia's employeesKey words:  Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performavance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Relative advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability, and Trialability on intention to use.  This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were students who used E-wallet Dana users, especially the Surakarta area, who had made online transactions using the E-wallet Dana application. The number of samples used was 162 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The research method used in this study uses SEM PLS. The results of this study relative advantage has a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet, compatibility has a significant effect on the adoption of mobile payment, complexity does not significantly affect the intention to adopt e-wallet, observability has a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet services, trialability has a significant effect on the intention to adopt e-wallet. a technology can be adopted and accepted by the community if its relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, and observability characteristics have a high value. This is because these characteristics have a favorable impact on technology adoption. In addition, a technology can also be adopted and accepted by the community if its complexity characteristic has a low value, because this characteristic has a negative effect on technology adoption.Keywords: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability, Trialability, Intention to Use

Abstract

This study aims to develop and explore a conceptual framework to explain the relationship between destination brand authenticity, destination brand engagement, destination brand familiarity, and tourist loyalty. With a total of 120 respondents who filled out questionnaires via the Google form. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. For data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). In this study, the sample used was tourists who are domiciled in Solo Raya, with a population of tourists who have visited Tawangmangu in the past year. The results of the study show that destination brand familiarity mediates the relationship between destination brand authenticity and brand involvement on tourist loyalty. So it can be concluded that the results of this study can help destination marketing organizations realize the important role of destination brand familiarity and improve brand performance.Keywords: Familiarity, Authenticity, Engagement, Tourist Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and demonstrate the impact of job training, motivation, and creativity on employee performance at PT PWI. This study uses quantitative research techniques and is an applied research. In accordance with the requirements of the Slovin formula, this study used up to 144 respondents from a sample of field workers. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination are the types of hypothesis testing used in the data analysis of this study. Data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results obtained in this study explain that the employee performance variable has a positive effect on the creativity variable, and motivation on employee performance at PT PWI. The results of this study have implications that focus on creativity, indicating that creative employees must be able to innovate in finding new opportunities, doing new things, taking ideas from things around them, being broad-minded, capturing feedback from consumers because this company is engaged in manufacturing sports shoes.Keywords: Job Training, Creativity, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived risk on repurchase intentions mediated by trust. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation who use the Food Delivery App. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. To conduct this research, researchers took as many as 160 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The questionnaire was created using a Likert scale format and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This analysis process is carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2 application. The results showed that warning of use had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, perceived risk had a negative and significant effect on repurchase intention, perceived use had a positive and significant effect on trust, risk warning had a negative and significant effect on trust, trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, trust mediates the effect of perceived usefulness on repurchase intention, and trust is unable to mediate the effect of perceived risk on repurchase intention.Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Repurchase intention, Perceived risk, Trust

Abstract

The use of technology at this time affects today's lifestyle, especially in the banking world, this development is reflected in the service system to customers in the form of mobile banking. Mobile Banking serves to make it easier for users to make transactions without the need to (ATM) or to the bank. There are 28 questions in this research questionnaire, so the minimum number of questionnaire samples required is 140 respondents. Sampling used in this population is purposive sampling. The data is then processed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience have a direct influence on trust. The better the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience provided, the more user trust will increase. Then the user's interest is directly influenced by the perception of usefulness, the perception of convenience and trust, this means that with a good perception of usefulness and perception of convenience and a high sense of usertrust, it will increase the interest of users of mobile banking services. This means that they consider the benefits and convenience of mobile banking services in generating user interest, because they must be supported by trust in the perceived usefulness and convenience of mobile banking services as a service that can assist users in improving performance and effectiveness by transacting using mobile banking.Key words: Perceived Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Trust and User Interest

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leader member exchanges, perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediator. Research using quantitative research methods. The population used was 71 respondents with subjects being BPJS Health employees in the city of Surakarta. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all BPJS Kesehatan employees in Surakarta. Using SmartPLS as a data analysis tool. Testing the data used includes the outer model and inner model. The findings from this study found that Leader member exchanges had no effect on organizational commitment. Leader member exchanges have a significant effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has no significant effect on organizational performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The role of organizational commitment as a mediator is not able to have a significant effect on the effect of leader member exchanges on employee performance. The role of organizational commitment as a mediator is able to provide a positive and significant effect on the influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance. Abstract

The behavior patterns of society that are experiencing a transition during the COVID-19 pandemic have increased the influence of the Korean Wave in Indonesia. The momentum of the Korean Wave in Indonesia provides opportunities for the rise of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially in the culinary field. OMO Korean Street Food is one of the MSMEs that is taking advantage of this opportunity. This research discusses the reasons and strategies used by the owner of the Korean culinary snack business. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and documentation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Mie Gacoan di SoloRaya sebanyak 220 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan di olah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Kata kunci:  Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.
