Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of positive leader feedback and performance appraisal on employee innovative behavior mediated by voice behavior and job autonomy. The sample in this study involved 140 respondents who are employees in manufacturing, distribution and service companies. This study uses a quantitative approach which then uses primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires via google form. The data were analyzed using data processing techniques using the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is known that innovative behavior can be influenced by positive feedback from leaders and performance appraisals which are proven to be mediated by voice behavior and job autonomy. It is thus concluded that positive feedback from leaders and performance appraisals has an important role in encouraging employees to behave innovatively supported by communication from employees through voice behavior and job autonomy.Keywords: Leader Positive Feedback(LPF), Performance Appraisal(PA), Innovative Behavior(IB), Voice Behavior(VB), Job Autonomy(JA).

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Entrepreneurial Adaptation and Entrepreneurial Character on Food Processing Business Skill in Bungo Regency. The object of this research is Small Business Actors in the field of Food Processing in Bungo Regency Participants of Food Operator Training Batch 1-IV in 2021. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 people. The data processing used multiple regression analysis and SPSS software version 25. The results of the study found that Entrepreneurial Adaptation had an effect on Food Processing Business Performance in line with Vera Dwi Cahyani's research (2017), while Entrepreneurial Character had an effect on Food Processing Business Skill in line with the research of Nurul Fikri (2018).Keywords: Entrepreneurial Adaptation, Entrepreneurial Character, Food Processing

Abstract

The research target is to analyze the impact on turnover intention of transformational leadership, work environment, career planning and job satisfaction. The research method is quantitative with data analysis using factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Respondents' data collection was selected using the purpose sampling method on employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in the construction sector as many as 154 respondents. And research findings are transformational leadership, work environment, career planning and job satisfaction affect turnover intention and transformational leadership, work environment and career planning affect job satisfaction.Keywords - Transformational leadership, work environment, career planning, job satisfaction, turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and consumer attitudes on purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously on the Online Food Application (Go Food, Grab Food, Shopee Food). The type of research used is the quantitative approach. The population in this study are users of online food applications (Go Food, Grab Food, Shope Food). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, namely that the data was selected based on certain criteria. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample of 130 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand Image (X1) partially has the significant effect on purchasing decisions as it is evidenced by the results with a significance t of 0.001; (2) Consumer Attitudes (X2) partially have the significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the results of the significance t of 0.000; Simultaneously, Brand Image, and Consumer Attitudes have the significant effect on purchasing decisions as it is evidenced by the results of the significance F of 0.000 which is less than 0.05.Keywords: Brand Image, Consumer Attitude, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the MSME sector. The research uses qualitative methods, namely using a literature review or literature study by looking for sources relevant to the cases discussed, such as research journals, scientific articles, and other sources whose credibility can be recognized. The data collection method is done by data reduction, namely selecting, simplifying, and making conclusions on the data. The instability of the country's economy since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred due to government policies regarding restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of Covid-19, many workers were laid off so that he started his work again by creating a small business, which is commonly called MSME. The sector that has been hardest hit since Covid-19 is MSMEs. In the results of the study, it was found that the results of production and income obtained by MSME entrepreneurs were not comparable to before the existence of Covid-19. In fact, these MSMEs can make a big contribution to the country's economy. In addition, MSMEs also have a big role in reducing unemployment because MSMEs can create jobs for the community. MSMEs are also required to provide new innovations to their products in order to compete with other competitors. The efforts made by MSME activists cannot be separated from government assistance. The government is also required to help small business actors, especially MSMEs, by providing subsidies and stimulus.Keywords: Results, MSMEs, Covid-19, National Economics

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independence competence and time budget pressure on audit quality with auditor ethics as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at the Public Accounting Firm in Semarang. Sampling was done using convenience sampling method and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The primary data collection method was conducted through a survey method using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using using the absolute value difference test to test the effect of the moderating variable through SPSS 25. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded from the results of this study that competence has an effect on audit quality, while independence and time budget pressure have no effect on audit quality. Auditor ethics moderates the effect of competence and independence and time budget pressure on audit quality.Keyword : Competence, Independence, Budget,  Ethics, Audit

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Kepercayaan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Bimbel SCI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Januari - Juni 2022, dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang juga bersifat korelasional, dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner dimana yang menjadi responden adalah siswa Bimbel SCI Jakarta. populasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50Siswa, kemudian melalui rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sebesar 44 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji hipotesis, dimana hasil penelitian secara deskriptif variabel Kepercayaan, Kualitas Pelayanan maupun Kepuasan Pelanggan berada dalam kategori mendekati setuju, artinya bahwa siswa  Bimbel SCI Jakarta setuju bahwa Bimbel SCI Jakarta memenuhi indikator-indikator masing-masing variabel. Pada Uji Hipotesis melalui hasil SPSS terhadap tabel Anova dimana hipotesis (1) Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, hipotesis (2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kemudian pada hipotesis (3) Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa dampak pada semua sendi kehidupan, salah satu yang terdampak parah  adalah sektor perekonomian dan industri. Demi menjaga produktifitas ditengah pandemi COVID-19 dan bertahan memenangkan karena persaingan yang ketat ditengah ketidaktentuan, perusahaan tertantang untuk mencapai kinerja optimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis Efektifitas E-Training terhadap Organizational Performance yang ditinjau juga melalui Employee Motivation dan Employee Job Satisfation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan jumlah responden sebesar 284 karyawan PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-training merupakan faktor yang terbukti dapat meningkatkan job satisfaction dan employee motivation. Penggunaan e-training dalam proses pengembangan karyawan perlu untuk terus dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan informasi data yang dapat dianalisis oleh perusahaan untuk  mencari tahu hal-hal yang merupakan kebutuhan dan keinginan dari karyawan dan berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan, seperti gaji yang layak, bonus sesuai kinerja dan juga dukungan lainnya sehingga kepuasan dari karyawan akan terus meningkat. Motivasi karyawan juga merupakan faktor penting yang perlu ditingkatkan karena terbukti bahwa motivasi merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan perlu untuk terus meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dengan cara memberikan dukungan yang baik dan juga terus menciptakan kepuasan kerja yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: E-training, employee motivation, employee satisfaction, organizational performance, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)

Abstract

Indonesian Central Agency on Statistics notes the decline of national economic status by 2,07% in 2020 and Dewi, on the same year, reported its effect to the world of art and painting investments. This research carry that problem and tries to look at Non-Fungible Token (NFT) as an advanceable means to increase artists’ economic welfare, especially after the NFT trend at the start of 2022. Specifically, this research focuses on artists found on Braga Street, Bandung City, as a first step in exploring the opportunity of NFT in increasing economic welfare. Abstract

This study of the management of the Rumah Harum Main Waste- Bank focuses on the Fragrant House Main Waste Bank's waste management to enhance the economic well-being of families in the Sukmajaya subdistrict – Depok area.The purpose of this research is to ascertain how Rumah Harum's waste bank program is managed in order to support the local families' economies.The qualitative research approach, which is described through elaboration or description based on the facts of the field, was used.The primary waste bank at Rumah Harum is responsible for managing waste-management by collecting it from the community and depositing it there as customers.The manager's passbook serves as the collection's savings account for the Sukmajaya Depok residents.The management of waste itself aims to transform waste into products that can be sold and to assist economically disadvantaged communities.The author draws the conclusion, based on the findings of the analysis, that the management of the waste bank is quite helpful and educates the public about how to choose waste and waste products that are collected and weighed into their savings when needed.However, the issue is that managers still require government assistance to properly manage waste, and the general public is still unaware of this.Keywords: Management,  Waste Bank, Family Economy
