Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of price and brand image on purchasing decisions at Shopee with store sales ratings as a moderating variable. This study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of using a shopee which has made a purchase with at least 2 transactions with 102 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research by collecting data by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Data were analyzed using a simple regression analysis test and moderating regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results indicate that purchase decision at Shopee is influenced by the price and brand image. Store sales ratings weaken the relationship between price, brand image, Shopee purchase decisions.Key words: Price, Brand Image, Store Sales Rating, Buying Decision

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of companies engaged in contractors. The number of competitors who market the same product also has an impact on sales at PT Towin Innoven. Marketing strategy is an important part of implementing a business. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the marketing strategy of port equipment with the SWOT technique at PT. Towin Innoven? which aims to find out how the results of the SWOT analysis in the marketing strategy at PT Towin Innoven. In this study, the type of qualitative research is descriptive. Because in this study also to determine the external and internal conditions of the company. In this case the researcher uses data collection techniques such as: observation, interviews and documentation and uses data triangulation techniques to compare the results of the data in the study. The technical tool used is swot analysis. The results shown by the SWOT analysis diagram show that the company is in quadrant I, namely the SO (Strength Opportunity) strategy which supports an aggressive strategy (growth oriented strategy). This is a very profitable situation for the company. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the brand ambassador at Shopee, to determine consumer buying interest, and to find out how much the influence of the Brand Ambassador on Buying Interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods, used a sample of 100 respondents with probability sampling technique. Based on the results of research on brand ambassadors, out of a total of 100 respondents who were given 10 statements, it was concluded that the brand ambassadors used by Shopee are good. Furthermore, consumers’ buying interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency obtained a value of 2.94, the number was in the interval 2.52 – 3.27 with a high/good category. The results of the correlation analysis obtained an r value of 0.360, based on the correlation coefficient interval (0.200 – 0.399) which stated that there was a weak level of influence. While the coefficient of determination of 13% could be interpreted that the brand ambassador variable contributes 13%. Then the results of the correlation significance test using the hypothesis t test, it is known that tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.825 > 1.671. This proved that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So basically there was a positive and significant influence brand ambassadors on buying interest at Shopee in Ciodeng Village, Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency.Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Buying Interest, Shopee.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of good corporate governance and company criteria on firm value through profitability. Using the purposive sampling method, the number of samples was 80 data from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The analysis technique uses regression and path analysis. This study proves that partially independent commissioners and profitability affect firm value, while profitability is only able to mediate between independent commissioners and institutional ownership on firm value. The adjusted R square of the profitability variable is 55.55% while the adjusted R square of the company value is 81.10%.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Values

Abstract

Ketika pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung, beberapa sektor dalam kehidupan ini telah terganggu. Salah satu sektor yang sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah ekonomi, terkhusus bagi para pelaku/pendiri usaha. Disamping itu perkembangan teknologi digital semakin berkembang dengan pesat, terlebih banyak inovasi bermunculan saat pandemi berlangsung. Maka bagaimana kondisi saat ini untuk para pelaku/pendiri usaha yang belum memanfaatkan peran teknologi, cepat atau lambat usaha mereka akan tutup karena kalah saing dengan produk luar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan peran augmented reality (AR) sebagai media promosi guna meningkatkan minat pembelian konsumen di era pasca pandemi. Maka metode penelitian yang tepat saat ini adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan melakukan pertimbangan analisis kuantitatif dan uji asumsi klasik. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini berupa hipotesis dari tanggapan konsumen mengenai keputusan dalam minat pembelian furnitur. Beberapa variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah: Keistimewaan (X1), Kelebihan (X2), Kehandalan (X3), Kesesuaian (X4), Daya Tahan (X5), Daya Guna (X6), Keindahan (X7), Respon (X8) dan Keputusan Pembelian (X9). Maka masing-masing variabel independen akan menghasilkan hipotesis untuk menjadi bahan acuan dalam penentuan minat pembelian konsumen. Selain itu untuk menghasilkan hipotesis yang lebih akurat dilakukan pengembangan penelitian terhadap regresi linier berganda dengan mempertimbangkan uji asumsi klasik yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan dalam pengujian. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah masing-masing variabel independen akan menghasilkan hipotesis dan penerapan AR terhadap produk furnitur. Maka sebagai saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah dengan membuat perancangan AR yang terkhusus untuk para pelaku/pendiri usaha, sehingga memudahkan dalam penggunaannya sebagai media promosi di era pasca pandemi.Kata Kunci: Augmented Reality, Covid-19 Pandemic, Regresi Linier Berganda

Abstract

Customer loyalty is one of the things that are of concern to the company. This research was to analyze the influence of the marketing mix (marketing mix) and corporate image and whether simultaneously it can affect customer loyalty at the IFRA exhibition. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach using statistical calculation models and sampling techniques for 100 respondents to IFRA exhibitors. Testing the instrument results of the questionnaire was carried out by first carrying out validity and reliability tests by taking into account the Cronbach alpha provisions of> 0.70 by paying attention to the test results of correlation and multiple linear regression. Data analysis was assisted by the SPSS application using descriptive statistical test methods and hypothesis testing. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the marketing mix and corporate image variables on customer loyalty at the IFRA exhibition with contributions of 0.082 and 0.285 and simultaneously 76.1%.Keywords: Corporate Image; Customer Loyalty; Marketing Mix

Abstract

Sharia investment as an investment that is in accordance with the principles of islamic economics is an investment that does not contain elements of usury. it is hoped that by applying sharia investment principles one can invest without violating religious norms. one form of sharia investment is investment in sharia banking. islamic banks are the people's choice because they stay away from usury, besides that islamic banks apply the principle of profit sharing because they collect public funds through savings and deposits. Bank bri syariah is a bank that applies sharia principles that has access to mobile banking for its customers, so that with mobile banking it can make it easier for bri syariah bank customers to make transactions, where the use of mobile banking is a form of sharia financial technology that cannot be separated from community activities. therefore, this study aims to explore the convenience and benefits of islamic financial technology in using mobile banking for customers.Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that 1). the effect of benefits on mobile banking customer satisfaction is partially indicated by a significance level of 0.008 less than 5% so that h1 is accepted; 2). the effect of convenience on satisfaction using mobile banking is partially indicated by a significance level of 0.018 less than 5%, so h2 is accepted.Key Words: Financial Technology, Sharia, Mobile Banking

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which Artificial Intelligence (AI) variables can moderate the influence between Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java - Indonesia. The approach using quantitative descriptive methods through simple linear regression analysis with SPSS was used in this study while for analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Coefficient Product Analysis Strategy: Simple Moderation Model, with a sample of 209 respondents, namely SMEs in West Java Province, Indonesia. The results of the study show that the variable Artificial Intelligence can moderate the influence between Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java - Indonesia. In addition, the Management Information System has a positive effect on sustainable performance. The implication of the results of this study is that the performance of SMEs can be improved by increasing the involvement of SMEs in managing their accounting information systems. The value of novelty in this study is that this study uses Artificial Intelligence variables that no one has conducted the same research, besides that IA is used to measure the extent of involvement in the influence of Management Information Systems and Sustainable Performance in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Further researchers can carry out further research by developing the use of other variables in larger and wider business entities and industries as research samples.Key words: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Management Information Systems, Sustainable Performance, SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing government accounting and monitoring the quality of financial reports on performance accountability of North Sumatra provincial government agencies in regional financial and asset bodies and to determine the effect partially or simultaneously on the regional financial and asset offices of North Sumatra province. The approach used in this research is a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. The population in this study are all Regional Financial and Asset Agency Work Units within the scope of the North Sumatra Provincial Government. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique in the form of a Gform. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) software version 29.0. These results indicate that the application of government accounting has a significant effect on the accountability of Government Agency Performance in the regional financial and asset agency offices of North Sumatra Province. the performance of government agencies in the regional financial and asset agency offices of North Sumatra Province, this is due to the higher t-count value than t-table and the application of government accounting and monitoring the quality of financial reports affects the performance accountability of government agencies in the offices of financial and asset bodies of North Sumatra Province as seen from the f-count value which is higher than the f-table.Keywords: Implementation of Government Accounting, Quality Control of Financial Statements, Performance Accountability of Government Agencies.
