<![CDATA[The growing need for protective plastic packaging that functions as packaging and protects electronics, glassware or products that are at risk of cracking has encouraged retail companies and distributors of bubble wrap products, PT. Heksagonal Dagang International to offer products that suit consumers desires and needs at competitive prices. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the extent of sales promotions and price and the role of WOM (Word of Mouth) in influencing consumer purchasing decisions on bubble wrap products produced by PT. Heksagonal Dagang International Balikpapan. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this research were consumers who met the criteria for having purchased bubble wrap measuring 1 meter to 50 meters. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and sample calculation using Green’s formula until a sample of 84 respondents was determined. The partial analysis results show that price and WOM (Word of Mouth) influence consumer purchasing decisions on PT. Heksagonal Dagang International’s bubble wrap products, while sales promotions have no effect. Simultaneously, sales promotion, price and WOM (Word of Mouth) have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on PT. Heksagonal Dagang International’s bubble wrap products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test and analyze the effect of servant leadership, cultural intelligence, and emotional intelligence on job performance of CV. Dan Cell Nganjuk employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample size using the slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% so that a sample of 74 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with the help of SPSS 25 software as a data analysis tool. The results showed: (1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job performance, (2) cultural intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job performance, (3) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of empowering leadership and proactive personality on service performance among banking frontliner employees in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, with work engagement as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), with a total of 172 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that proactive personality significantly influences service performance, both directly and through work engagement. Meanwhile, empowering leadership does not have a direct impact on service performance but exerts a significant influence through work engagement as a full mediator. The findings suggest that banks should focus on strengthening employees' proactive personality and ensuring that empowering leadership is effectively implemented to enhance work engagement. However, this study is limited by its sample, which only focuses on banking frontliner employees, making the findings less generalizable to other industries. Future research should expand the sample scope and consider additional moderating variables, such as organizational culture or perceived organizational support.]]>

<![CDATA[The Influence of Liquidity, Activity, and Sales Growth on Profitability in the Telecommunications Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange." The objective of this research is to determine the influence of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turnover), and Sales Growth on Profitability in Telecommunications Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the population consists of 18 companies, and a sample of 11 companies was selected based on specific criteria set by the author. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with secondary data obtained from the companies' financial statements for the period of 2020 to 2023. The results indicate that liquidity has a significant effect on profitability, activity does not have a significant effect on profitability, and sales growth does not have a significant effect on profitability]]>

<![CDATA[Job satisfaction is a crucial issue inherent in police personnel. This is because the vulnerability to danger inherent in the profession can lead to job dissatisfaction, especially Samapta officers. This study intends to examine various factors divided into work discipline, motivation, and compensation on the job satisfaction of Samapta personnel of the North Penajam Paser Police. The population in this study reached 108 Samapta personnel of the North Penajam Paser Police and the sample used was all Samapta personnel of the North Penajam Paser Police. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression with the help of smart PLS software and applying a total sampling technique where the entire population was sampled. The method of collecting data was carried out by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work discipline and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. While the compensation variable does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The influence of the study proves that the satisfaction of police personnel is not always related to money factors, and more attention needs to be paid to fulfilling psychological needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This research intends to see the influence of work discipline, motivation, and communication on employees' job satisfaction at BKPSDM Balikpapan. The population in this study is 61 employees, which are divided into 59 ASN and 2 non ASN at BKPSDM Balikpapan and the sample used consists of 59 ASN employees at BKPSDM Balikpapan. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of smart PLS software and using purposive sampling technique with 59 respondents of ASN employees in BKPSDM Balikpapan. Data collection method is conducted by interview, observation and questionnaire distribution. The result of this study shows that work discipline variable has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction in BKPSDM Balikpapan, motivation variable has partial effect on employee job satisfaction in BKPSDM Balikpapan, and communication variable has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction in BKPSDM Balikpapan.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu guna mengkaji bagaimana intensitas persediaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan intensitas modal memengaruhi penghindaran pajak serta bagaimana peran ukuran perusahaan dalam memoderasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat dalam LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada rentang 2020-2024. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Analisis Regresi Data Panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan software Eviews12. Data sekunder diperoleh dari annual report perusahaan yang dapat diakses melalui website BEI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 11 perusahaan sebagai sampel, sehingga setelah penghapusan outlier diperoleh total 40 data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inventory intensity tidak mempengaruhi terhadap tax avoidance secara parsial, sedangkan sales growth dan capital intensity memiliki pengaruh terhadap tax avoidence. Namun, firm size tidak dapat sebagai memoderasi baik memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh inventory intensity, sales growth dan capital intensity terhadap tax avoidance. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa firm size tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi hubungan antara variabel-variabel independen dan tax avoidance. Sementara itu secara bersamaan inventory intensity, sales growth, dan capital intensity mempengaruhi penghindaran pajak.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial distress, agresivitas pajak, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap auditor switching. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian merupakan perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2021. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil analisis secara parsial menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap auditor switching, financial distress berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap auditor switching, sedangkan agresivitas pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap auditor switching.]]>

<![CDATA[Growth of banking sector in Indonesia has highlighted the importance of implementing good governance to enhance firm value. Objective of this study is to investigate impact that good governance has practices firm value during the 2020– 2024 period. Additionally, firm size is included as a control variable to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of company value. Sampling was conducted purposively with reference to established qualifications focusing on banking sub-sector companies listed during the specified period and having complete financial statement data, resulting in 204 firm-year observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. Findings reveal that both the board of commissioners and the audit committee have a significant negative effect on firm value, whereas the board of directors demonstrates a temporary yet significant positive influence. In contrast, firm size does not show statistically significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 10.6%, indicating that most variations in firm value are influence by external factors not included in the proposed design. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tax avoidance is an effort made to minimize tax obligations that must be paid by taking advantage of legal loopholes or weaknesses in applicable regulations. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioners on tax avoidance. The population in this study were banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023, the sampling technique used purposive sampling method with certain criteria, obtained a sample totaling 28 companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial report. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using Eviews12 software. The results showed that profitability affects tax avoidance. While leverage, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioner have no effect on tax avoidance.]]>
