Abstract

Consumer engage in active decision time, which is time spent on    activities, and deciding where to purchase. Active decision time in consumer decisions and the extent of information search have been studied extensively. Thus is also important to study decision delay time in consumer decision making, which we define as the total elapsed time between need recognition and purchase. Decision delay time includes both active decision time and time the consumer spends on all other activities during the decision process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The issue in this study is the influence of service quality and facility on patient satisfaction at Teuku Peukan General Hospital in Southwest Aceh district. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of service quality and facility on patient  satisfactionat Teuku Peukan General Hospital in Southwest Aceh district. The sample of study amounted to 97 people while the data was collected through  questionnaires, and documentation study. Multiple linear regressions analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses proposed by using SPSS 21.0 program. The results show that service quality and facility variables affect patient satisfaction at Teuku Peukan General Hospital in Southwest Aceh district, both partially and simultaneously. This study implies that good services to patient will be able to increase patient’s satisfaction. The facility can be assessed through the benefits or what has been provided by the company or any other alternatives perceived. If the facility provided by hospital is adequate and able to meet the wishes of patient, it would have a good impact on advancement and the success of a companyKeywords : Service Quality, Facility, Patient SatisfactionCorrespondence to : nadiyaabdullah01@gmail.com ABSTRAK      Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Teuku Peukan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Teuku Peukan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 orang dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner/daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda  data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Rumah Sakit Umum Teuku Peukan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya, dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Teuku Peukan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Sedangkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukan bahwa antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat  pada  Rumah Sakit Umum Teuku Peukan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Impikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelayanan yang baik terhadap pasien maka akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan para pasien sehingga memberi dampak terhadap kepuasan pasien. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of internet technology, the business world is entering an era where marketing becomes cheaper and easier to access. Especially in hospitality marketing, one of the many in use by the website of hotel reservation service providers, reviews (reviewer) become a reference in the use of potential customers as additional information to strengthen the decision of the hotel to be selected.This research is useful to help managed hotel business, especially those using hotel reservation service provider website to do promotion and dissemination of information. This way of marketing e-Information is believed to be the most effective way of marketing because it involves recommendations from people close to the consumer.Therefore, in this study, the research would like to raise the impact of consumer electronics reviews on buying intentions on the website of hotel reservation service providers. Based on previous research, information quality, source credibility and number of reviews are constructed in use as independent variables that have an impact on consumers' buying intentions.The test is done by using multiple regression and simple to find a significant influence between variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT  Sidoarjo, is a region that was hit by a national disaster, in the form of mud, giving an image to the community, that the disaster had a negative impact on the existence of small industrial centers located in Tanggulangin, and has been the mainstay of leather bags and suitcases in Sidoarjo. The level of public purchases of bags and luggage shows a downward trend since the occurrence of the disaster. Realizing the existence of these consequences, efforts need to be raised again giving stimulus to the wider community to shop at the Bag and Suitcase Industry Center in Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. This research requires data and information from respondents, namely consumers of leather products who shop at the Tanggulangin Leather Industry Center in Sidoarjo.The purpose of this study was to find out that Hedonic and Utilitarian Value directly influence Impulse Buying. To find out the Hedonic Value has an indirect effect on Impulse Buying through shopping lifestyle, to find out the Utilitarian Value has an indirect effect on Impulse Buying through shopping lifestyleTo test the influence of intervening variables, Path Analysis method is used. Path analysis is an extension of multiple linear regression analysis that serves to estimate causality between variables that have been previously determined. Tingkat pembelian masyarakat  atas produk tas dan koper menunjukkan kecenderungan menurun sejak terjadinya bencana tersebut.  Menyadari  akan adanya akibat tersebut,  perlu upaya –upaya mengangkat kembali memberikan stuimulus kepada masyarakat luas untuk berbelanja di Sentra Industri Tas dan Koper di tanggulangin,Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini memerlukan data dan informasi dari responden yaitu konsumen produk kulit yang berbelanja di Sentra Industri Kulit Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui  Hedonic dan Utilitarian Value berpengaruh langsung terhadap Impulse Buying , Untuk mengetahui Hedonic Value berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Impulse Buying melalui shopping lifestyle, Untuk mengetahui Utilitarian Value  berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Impulse Buying melalui shopping lifestyleUntuk menguji pengaruh variabel intervening digunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Analisis jalur merupakan perluasan dari analisis regresi linear berganda yang berfungsi untuk menaksir hubungan kausalitas antar variabel yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Abstract

One of the most important social challenge for business is a balance between economic interests and maintain order terwjudkan ecologically sustainable development. Morals and ethics have a function to give the orientation of how and where we are heading in life, but the difference is that morality is a direct show of ways to go, while directing the choice of ethics precisely why you should move in suchaway? Business ethics is the application of ethical thinking in general, in business behavior. Business ethics is not a specific part of ethics which is different from ethics in general and are applicable only to business. If dishonesty is considered unethical and immoral, then anyone in business who are not honest with shareholders, employees, consumers or competitors, have acted in an unethical and immoral. According to the conventional ideology of economic development and preservation is a dichotomy that separated from one another. When in fact, both have a very close relationship and jointly become a national agenda that must be considered by the government and society in a country. This means that without an adequate environmental protection, development will be lost meaning (undermined). Thus the nature of the sustainable development, are the balance between economic interests with ecological sustainability (ecology are: Science of learning about how living creatures interact with one another within an ecosystem). Economic learning goals lead students to have the ability to solve the various problems it faces. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe national social security system in Indonesia has undergone various changes until Law No.24 / 2011. Law No. 24 of 2011 article 4 point (g) and article 14 has given BPJS special right to employment in performing its role, thus indicating that there has been a monopoly act undertaken by BPJS Employment of insurance products on the labor market in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the review of Islamic law against the implementation of the social security system of labor in Indonesia, which further developed into, analysis of Islamic law review of policy, the process of fund management premium, and the concept of investment in premium funds. This study uses normative legal research methods, namely a process to find a rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines, in order to answer the legal issues faced. This study uses two types of data sources: secondary data obtained from government documents, books, printed and electronic mass media and tertiary data derived from legal dictionaries, encyclopedias, bibliographies, and various publications containing the legal index. The results of this study indicate that the functions and wawenang owned BPJS Employment in Law No.24 of 2011 Article 10, Article 9, and Article 11 are still not in accordance with the agreement wakalah bil ujrah. Employment BPJS does not possess any special rules stipulating that the use of surplus underwriting of tabarru 'funds requires prior agreement with the participant, or the regulations indicating that the underwriting deficit is incurred, the obligation of the insurance company to be addressed in the form of qardh. In addition, the Employment BPJS does not have the same rules as the mudharabah musytarakah agreement in the terms of the share of investment returns. However, the management and inclusion of funds in investments made by BPJS Employment, has the same concept as mudharabah musytarakah, in which the insurance company as mudharib includes capital or funds in the investment with the participants.Keywords : SJSN, BPJS Employment, Takaful Al-Ijtima'i.Correspondence to : surya.messages@yahoo.com ABSTRAK          Sistem jaminan sosial nasional di Indonesia telah mengalami berbagai perubahan hingga  UU No.24/2011. UU No.24 tahun 2011 pasal 4 poin (g) dan pasal 14 telah memberikan hak khusus bagi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam melaksanakan perannya, sehingga menunjukkan telah terjadi tindakan monopoli yang dilakukan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan terhadap produk asuransi pada pasar tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap penyelenggaraan sistem jaminan sosial tenaga kerja di Indonesia, yang dikembangkan lebih lanjut menjadi, analisis tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap polis, proses pengelolaan dana premi, serta konsep investasi pada dana premi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, yakni suatu proses untuk menemukan suatu aturan hukum, prinsip-prinsip hukum, maupun doktrin-doktrin hukum, guna menjawab isu hukum yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini, menggunakan dua jenis sumber data yaitu data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen pemerintah, buku, media masa baik cetak maupun elektronik dan data tersier diambil dari kamus-kamus hukum, ensiklopedi, bibliografi, serta berbagai terbitan yang memuat indeks hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi dan wawenang yang dimiliki BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam UU No.24 tahun 2011 pasal 10, pasal 9, dan pasal 11 masih belum sesuai dengan akad wakalah bil ujrah. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan tidak memliki aturan khusus yang menyebutkan bahwa penggunaan surplus underwriting atas dana tabarru’ memerlukan kesepakatan terlebih dahulu dengan peserta, ataupun peraturan yang menunujukkan bahwa defisit underwriting yang terjadi, menjadi kewajiban perusahaan asuransi untuk ditanggulangi dalam bentuk qardh. Selain itu, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan tidak memiliki aturan yang sama dengan Akad mudharabah musytarakah dalam ketentuan pembagian hasil investasi. Namun, pengelolaan dan penyertaan dana dalam investasi yang dilakukan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, memiliki konsep yang sama dengan akad mudharabah musytarakah, dimana perusahaan asuransi sebagai mudharib menyertakan modal atau dananya dalam investasi bersama peserta.Kata Kunci : SJSN, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Takaful Al-Ijtima’i.Korespondensi : surya.messages@yahoo.com

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The aim of this research are (1) to analyze the role of KPU in the implementation of internal audit on private sector organization; (2) to analyze the magnitude of whistleblowing intentions after the implementation of internal audits; (3) to analyze the magnitude of whistleblowing intentions after the implementation of internal audit if influenced by the PEU, (4) to analyze whistleblowing intentions to support the achievement of good corporate governance. This study will use qualitative methods, targeting middle and lower level managers of pharmaceutical companies in Sidoarjo, including: supervisors, department heads, managers. The result of this research is whistleblowing as a manifestation of internal audit which is indirectly influenced by perceived environmental uncertainty can play a role in achieving good corporate governance. Abstract

ABSTRACTChanges in the field of government accounting should be based on a strong foundation that is with the Government Accounting Standards (SAP). With the issuance of PP No.71 Year 2010 on SAP can be used to produce a reliable financial report and can be used as benchmarks and standards in decision making within the scope of government. The presentation of financial statements in accordance with SAP is useful for the creation of accountability and transparency of government financial management. This study aims to find out how the presentation of the financial statements of the Government of Surabaya City in the application of PP. 71 Year 2010 as well as accountability and transparency of presentation of financial statements of Surabaya City Government. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Penyajian laporan keuangan sesuai dengan SAP bermanfaat untuk terciptanya akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyajian laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam penerapan PP No. 71 Tahun 2010 serta akuntabilitas dan transparansi penyajian laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Abstract

Dalam organisasi koperasi,  anggota berstatus sebagai pemilik sekaligus sebagai pelanggan (dual identity)  maka konsekuensinya harus berperan aktif dalam keusahaan, kepengurusan, dan keanggotaan agar dapat dicapai tujuan promosi anggota.  Koperasi sebagai organisasi ekonomi  berwatak sosial yang mendasarkan pengelolaan usahanya secara demokratis, diwujudkan melalui kebersamaan,   kekeluargaan, dan keterbukaan ketika mengelola usahanya. Oleh karena itu   koperasi dikenal sebagai  badan usaha yang memiliki ciri: dari, oleh, untuk anggota   Dalam hubungan kausalitas antara partisipasi kontribusi dan partisipasi insentif maka :(a). Anggota akan terdorong untuk lebih berpartisipasi apabila pengurus menunjukkan prestasi kerja yang memuaskan pada anggota, (b).  Pengurus akan dapat bekerja maksimal apabila anggota makin sadar dalam memberi kontribusi kepada koperasi, baik kontribusi  moral maupun material.

(2) the role and commitment of the actors (government, financial institutions, youth professional organizations, village government, community leaders, youth organizations, and private sector) in a broader partnership network to support the implementation of young entrepreneurship in development models through the container of a business incubator for coastal communities.The data collection through in-depth interviews, potential mapping, and focus group discussions with the stakeholder, in this case, the main actors of development includes government, financial institutions, professional organizations of young entrepreneurs, community leaders, youth organizations, and private parties including universities. This qualitative research data analysis activity is done interactively and continuously until complete through several steps of activity systematically, that is collection/ data record, data reduction, data presentation, Verification and drawing the Conclusion.The conclusions of this research are the formulation of trial strategy in applying the young entrepreneur development model through the container of a business incubator.  Start by the strengthening of commitment among the actors, the formulation of a module for training, the formation of planning action, forming the team, training module, module for mentoring, and each of the main actors for a business incubator. The next step is doing an inventory of prospective new entrepreneurs and beginner entrepreneurs who will be fostered and developed through the container of a business incubator. The Structured training is for new groups of entrepreneurs and starting-up the new entrepreneurs from youth groups. The mentoring of business groups that initiated from the training results, and business incubators in bridging new business groups for access to capital and market access.Keywords : Coastal Communities, Young Entrepreneurs, Business IncubatorsCorrespondence to : rahman.rahim@unismuh.ac.id, ismail.rasulong@unismuh.ac.id, edi.jusriadi@unismuh.ac.id, faidul.adzim@unismuh.ac.id  ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) mengkaji dan menganalisis strategi penerapan model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis; (2) menganalisis peran dan komitmen lintas aktor (pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, organisasi profesi pengusaha muda, pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, organisasi kepemudaan, dan pihak swasta) dalam jaringan kemitraan yang lebih luas untuk mendukung implementasi model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis bagi masyarakat pesisir.Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion (FGD) dengan pihak-pihak terkait dalam hal ini aktor utama pembangunan meliputi pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, organisasi profesi pengusaha muda, pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, organisasi kepemudaan, dan pihak swasta termasuk perguruan tinggi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah secara sistematis, yakni Koleksi/Catatan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Rumusan strategi uji coba penerapan model pengembangan wirausahawan muda melalui wadah inkubator bisnis harus dimulai dengan adanya peneguhan komitmen antar lintas aktor, perumusan modul pelatihan, pembentukan tim penyusun rencana aksi, modul pelatihan, modul pendampingan, dan penyusunan detail peran masing-masing aktor utama inkubator bisnis. Selanjutnya melakukan inventarisasi calon-calon wirausahawan baru dan wirausahawan pemula yang akan dibina dan dikembangkan melalui wadah inkubator bisnis. Pelatihan terstruktur bagi kelompok wirausahawan baru dan wirausahawan pemula dari kelompok pemuda.
