Abstract

This research aims to know how employee’s perception to improve servant leadership(Study at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar) also how application servant leadership based onPatterson Theory. This research used qualitative method by doing depth interview towardsseven employees as informant.Based on interview can be stated that perception owned by employees RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar is really required in performing work, because by existence abouthow application servant leadership will be improved as according to procedures aboutquality and benefit servant leadership to all society. Actually, Servant Leadership isleadership culture exist on Christianity teaching. Servant leadership, mainly in Balifrequently known as term”Meyadnya” meansholy sacrifice perfomed sincerely in Hinduteaching. Servant Leadership already performed by RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar and somany changes done by this hospital. Servant leadership is fully proven made RSUD WangayaKota Denpasar as reference hospital that always ready to give service. Approach usedPatterson Theory also really related to how servant leadership can be done at RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar, which our love in giving best service really needed by many thattake healing at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Each employees should be humble and workwithout ego owned. Application Servant Leadership should be in way of sincere, withoutexpecting and return from society. Abstract

Bali merupakan destinasi wisata dunia yang selalu sukses dalam meluncurkan destinasi-destinasi pariwisata baru untuk menarik wisatawan. Bali adalah penyumbang devisa terbesar di Indonesia. Besarnya pendapatan pulau dewata di sektor pariwisata tentu tidak terlepas dari peran komunikasi pemasaran dalam memperkenalkan destinasi-destinasi pariwisata baru yang ada di Bali. Terlebih lagi saat ini sedang muncul trend wisata agro atau yang biasa dikenal dengan nama agro wisata. Munculnya objek wisata baru yang terletak di desa Plaga merupakan strategi awal dalam pengembangan agro wisata baru yang ada di Bali, adapun objek wisata baru yang dikembangkan adalah agro wisata dengan konsep resort yakni Bagus Agro Plaga Resort. Agro resort merupakan resort pertama di Bali yang memadukan konsep modern dengan agro wisata, Bagus Agro Plaga Resort memiliki beberapa sajian unik yang bisa dinikmati oleh wisatawan yakni memiliki pelatihan pengolahan kopi, organic farm, serta beauty and healing culture. Munculnya Bagus Agro Plaga Resort yang merupakan destinasi wisata antimainstraim tentu perlu menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang mumpuni agar dapat mengembangkan brand awareness bagi wisatawan terlebih lokasi yang dipilih adalah desa Plaga yang belum dikenal sebagai destinasi pariwisata. Bauran komunikasi pemasaran yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini terdiri dari periklanan (advertising), pemasaran langsung (direct marketing), hubungan masyarakat (public relations), penjualan personal (personal selling), pemasaran internet (internet marketing) dan promosi penjualan (sales promotion). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif karena berusaha menampilkan dan menjelaskan fenomena yang ditemukan di lapangan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi yakni melakukan pengamatan langsung pada objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data juga menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan mewawancarai beberapa informan yang terdiri dari pengelola Bagus Agro Plaga Resort dan wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan domestik, serta beberapa tokoh masyarakat.

Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi masalah utama dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan setempat. Plastik dapat dijadikan suatu benda yang bermanfaat kedepannya dan dapat digunakan kembali dalam aktivitas masyarakat. Bahaya yang ditimbulkan dari sampah plastik yang tidak diolah dapat menyebabkan salah satunya kerusakan lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 4 Senganan, Penebel, Tabanan berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan sampah plastik. Plastik dapat diolah kembali menjadi kerajinan, selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kreativitas para siswa dalam pemanfaatan dan pengolahan sampah plastik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan praktikum kepada siswa sekolah dasar dalam mengelola sampah plastik menjadi kerajinan serta kelebihan yang didapat adalah menambahkan nilai kreativitas. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa produk dari pemanfaatan botol plastik bekas menjadi vas bunga yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat untuk menaruh barang alat tulis seperti pensil, pulpen, dan penghapus. Dilakukan sosialisai mengenai bahaya sampah plastik agar siswa mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam pemanfaatan sampah plastik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced MSMEs to change their situation and situation from conventional to online or everything using digital technology, this has an impact on the three MSMEs, namely Donat Chatis, Griya Florist, and Gangs Studio which researchers want to research need the role of digital leadership in forming a competitive advantage that is different from other competitors by knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the three MSMEs to be able to survive in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially during the time of covid-19. Where the research method in this writing uses the Qualitative Method with Source Data primary and secondary, informant study which obtained direct dai third owners, employee, and customer from MSME Donuts chat, Griya Florist, and Gangs Studio. Instruments study qualitative this which Becomes instrument or the research tool is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques are obtained by observation, interviews, and Documentation. Data analysis techniques are used starting from data collection, data reduction, presentation data, and withdrawal conclusion/verification. Techniques for data validity through data triangulation, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation, and data triangulation time and location study on 3 MSMEs which there in City Denpasar is MSME Donuts chatis, Griya florist, and Gangs Studio. The results of this study are based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of swot analysis and the application of digital leadership in the three MSMEs is fairly simple in concept and implementation. Three attempts this no want to make Thing complicated in internal his efforts as well management HR which owned. Things could be seen from several aspects, for example, employee development and monitoring methods, employee service to customers, harmonization Between leader and employee, as well as results product generated through creativity leader and employee direct.

Abstract

Abstract : The condition of waste management in Senganan Village has not been managed properly. This waste can accumulate and cause environmental pollution. One of them is the accumulation of garbage that can cause flooding. The condition of the Senganan Village area which is in the highlands causes high rainfall in the area. To minimize the occurrence of flooding in the Senganan Village Area, the community must start managing the waste they produce by sorting the waste first. Such as organic waste that can be converted into compost which is useful for fertilizing plants. The general objective of this research is to find out how to overcome the accumulation of organic waste in Senganan Village to minimize the occurrence of flood disasters. The research method that we use in this report is the method of observation and socialization. Based on field observations, many people do not know about biopore technology as an alternative in minimizing flooding and helping reduce the burden of organic waste originating from households. We carried out socialization related to biopore technology and immediately implemented it at the Senganan Village office page.Key words : Organic waste, Biopore Infiltration Hole, Flood, CompostAbstrak : Kondisi pengelolaan sampah di Desa Senganan belum terkelola dengan baik. Sampah tersebut dapat menumpuk dan menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan. Salah satunya penumpukan sampah yang dapat menyebabkan bencana banjir. Kondisi wilayah Desa Senganan yang berada di dataran tinggi menyebabkan curah hujan yang tinggi di Kawasan tersebut. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya banjir di Kawasan Desa Senganan, masyarakat harus mulai mengelola sampah yang mereka hasilkan dengan cara memilah sampah terlebih dahulu. Seperti sampah organik yang dapat diubah menjadi pupuk kompos yang berguna untuk menyuburkan tanaman. Tujuan umum pada kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara menanggulangi penumpukan sampah organik di Desa Senganan, serta meminimalisir terjadinya bencana banjir. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah pemasangan lubang biopori. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan, banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui teknologi biopori sebagai alternatif dalam meminimalisir terjadinya banjir dan membantu mengurangi beban sampah organik yang berasal dari rumah tangga. Kami mengadakan sosialisasi terkait teknologi biopori dan langsung mengimplementasikannya di halaman kantor Desa Senganan.Kata kunci :  Banjir; Kompos; Lubang Resapan Biopori; Sampah organik

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di pasar Desa Senganan Tabanan belum terkelola dengan baik, serta kurangnya kesadaran pedagang menjadi salah satu faktor lingkungan pasar menjadi kumuh. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di pasar Desa Senganan, dengan sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 50 orang  pedagang pasar. Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman para pedagang tentang cara penanggulangan penumpukan sampah dan meningkatkan kesadaran pedagang dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah. Metode pengabdian adalah sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah kepada pedagang pasar. Untuk dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka beberapa rencana kegiatan yang diusul dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai berikut: sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah pasar sebagai pengendalian pencemaran lingkungan. Dari seluruh kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diharapkan pedagang pasar dapat mengubah sampah organik menjadi kompos. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan ialah peningkatan pemahaman pedagang terkait sampah dan peningkatan kepedulian atau kesadaran akan bahaya sampah.

Abstract

The recovery of tourism can run if there are activities that develop and are sustainable, the fact is that many business sectors have stopped and gone out of business during the Covid-19 pandemic. Seeing from this phenomenon, tourism is the wheel of life rotation of the Balinese people in general. One of the impacts affected by the pandemic is in Gianyar, especially Tegallalang Village. Starting from the concern of the youth generation of Tegallalang Village towards the development of tourist villages, by having existing natural resources and human resources, of course there are many activities that can can be carried out to revive tourists' interest in coming to visit Tegallalang Village. Lascarya Tegallalang Festival is held to help the problems faced by the people of Tegallalang Village. The problem has an impact on various fields such as socio-cultural, arts, tourism villages, public health and welfare. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the phenomena that occur in Tegalalang Village. The data collection stage uses in-depth interviews, by conducting direct questions and answers with the informants who have been selected, namely the Chairman of the Committee Lascarya Tegallalang Festival, Community Leaders, and the Inter-Youth Communication Forum in Tegallalang Village. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, it can be said that with the promotional mix applied in the Lascarya Tegalallang Festival activities through social media: instagram, youtube, RRI radio communication facilities and community leaders.

Abstract

Kebudayan Bali berasal dari hasil akulturasi dari ajaran agama Hindu dengan berbagai kearifan lokal yang telah diturunkan dari nenek moyang suku Bali selama berabad-abad. Ajaran Tri Parartha dapat diterapkan dimana saja dan kapanpun tidak hanya berlaku pada masyarakat Bali namun juga bagi masyarakat global dan tidak terbatas pada pergaulan sosial antar manusia di dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, namun juga sangat tepat apabila dapat diterapkan dengan konsekuen pada dunia industri dan organisasi baik yang bersifat nirlaba maupun unit bisnis. Dalam unit bisnis pasti tidak akan lepas dari yang namanya lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan 12 narasumber yakni owner, karyawan dan pelanggan dari UMKM Jckstone dan Kopi 3. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seperti yang sudah dinyatakan oleh owner Jckstone dan kopi 3 yaitu implementasi ajaran Tri Parartha dan bagian – bagiannya seperti saling peduli satu sama lain, saling tolong menolong dan saling hormat menghormati dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta dan kasih sayang di lingkunga Jckstone dan kopi 3 serta dengan didukung oleh pernyataan pelanggan bahwa saat berbelanja di UMKM Jckstone dan Kopi 3 yang memiliki pelayanan yang peduli akan pelanggan, mau menolong, lingkungan yang bersih serta nyaman dapat membuat citra UMKM menjadi baik di mata pelanggan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has paralyzed various sectors in Bali, especially the tourism sector. The recovery of various tourism destinations after the pandemic is a responsibility for tourism actors and all levels of society. One of the recovery steps taken is to carry out the Guwang Village Festival. The implementation of the Guwang Village Festival aims to revive several tourist destinations in Guwang village, as well as introduce various works of art from Guwang Village SMEs. This study uses a qualitative approach, with three data collection technique which include observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The results of this study are that promoting the Guwang Village Festival is carried out using the AIDDA communication model consisting of Awareness, Interest, Desire, Decision, and Action. The use of the AIDDA communication model was carried out through the use of Instagram social media so that the Guwang Village Festival managed to get 10.000 visits. Utilization od social media is done by presenting information, conducting social interactions, and providing entertainment facilities. Keywords: Marketing Communication, Social Media

Abstract

Tourism village is a form of combination of accommodation, attractions, supporting facilities that are presented in the pattern and structure of community life that blends with culture, nature, art and traditions that apply to the community. With the existence of this tourism village, it is expected to be able to grow and develop into the management of a tourism business sector, and requires the right marketing strategy. One of the villages that has tourism potential to be developed is Sidatapa Village. Sidatapa Village, known as Baliaga Village, has natural beauty, very unique regional arts and ancestral cultural heritage in the form of traditional houses that must be preserved. However, in its development there are still obstacles, especially in terms of promotion and marketing. To be able to survive and thrive in the tourism industry, a marketing strategy is needed by the destination manager. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study and interviews with village officials and environmental awareness leader group who are responsible for tourism in Sidatapa Village. Strategy analysis is done by using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there needs to be a promotion strategy and increase cooperation, re-branding image of tourist destinations, forming a professional team and preparing tour package rates, as well as further optimizing tourism products and the performance of tourism destination managers in Sidatapa Village
