Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the education sector, especially in the field of early childhood education in Indonesia. Some educational institutions have been facilitated with an online learning system, but others still have to do face-to-face learning with small study group sizes. Apart from educators in early childhood education, the role of parents is the key to the success of early childhood education during this pandemic. Early childhood has the characteristics of pre-concrete thinking, where concrete media is needed to be able to encourage children to pronounce the vocabulary, thus making it easier for young children to learn pre- math. The concrete media can be objects that are in the house or objects that exist in nature. As child get older, his/her vocabulary becomes richer, and a rich vocabulary will help children understand pre-math concepts. This paper discusses pre-math learning through verbal language for early childhood during learning from home, starting from how language is for early childhood, what verbal language is in pre-math learning, and how pre-math learning for early childhood while studying at home through verbal language.

Abstract

The development of legal substance and structure in our country is not optimal at dy- namics of social and cultural life. By looking at these conditions, the contribution of Customary Law in development of National Law really needs to be initiated, studied and developed. Laws should be built in line with the socio-cultural structure of our own nation. Through that custom- ary law will be able to contribute to the development of National Law. There is three contribu- tion to the development, the first is contribution of legal stability, contribution of legal structure, and the contribution of legal culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the contextual learning model assisted by visual media to increase achievement motivation and science learning outcomes in students. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of The Posttest-Only Control-Group Design. The study population was all fourth grade elementary school students in Cluster II Abang District, Karangasem Regency in the 2019/2020 school year. Based on the characteristics of the population and individual randomization cannot be done, the sampling in this study was the group random sampling technique. Student achievement motivation data were collected using a questionnaire and science learning outcomes using multiple choice tests. Data were analyzed using MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) assisted by SPSS 17.00 for windows. The results showed that: First, there is a significant difference in achievement motivation between students who learn with contextual learning assisted by visual media and students who learn using conventional learning models in class IV SD students in Cluster II Abang District. Second, there are significant differences in science learning outcomes between students who learn with contextual learning assisted by visual media and students who learn with conventional learning models in grade IV SD students in Cluster II Abang District. Third, simultaneously there is a significant difference in achievement motivation and science learning outcomes between students who learn with contextual learning assisted by visual media and students who learn using conventional learning models in grade IV SD students in Cluster II Abang District.

Abstract

Literature (Susastra Veda) as a guide in determining the value of an action, covers very broad parts. In general, it is distinguished as Sruti and Smerti literature. They are both sruti and smerti, both of which are sources of dharma (truth). According to Hinduism, as described in the Vedas or its branches, human action begins and is based on the influence that comes from itself. In other words, the tendency of human behavior comes from an internal factor known as Tri Guna, namely three characteristics that are brought from birth: sattwam (calmness), rajas (dynamic nature), and tamas (laziness). In general, the form of human behavior is classified into three. The three behaviors are kayika, wacika, and manacika. Nirartha Prakreta is a work of Hindu literature in it, by Dang Hyang Nirartha, poured into the soul as reflected in Hinduism, classified into Hindu religious education values which are contained in the three basic frameworks of Hinduism called Tattwa, Susila and Ceremony. Therefore the assumption that can be emphasized here is that Kakawin Nirartha Prakreta contains the value of Hindu religious education which is contained in the three aspects of Hinduism, especially regarding Hindu morality (ethics).

Abstract

Language and culture are an inseparable unity. Without language, it is impossible for culture to develop, likewise without culture, language will be useless because it is less beneficial for human life. There are two problems in this paper, namely: what is the nature of Balinese culture? and what are the dynamics of Balinese in the development of Balinese culture? In essence, Balinese culture and Balinese language are inseparable, so that efforts to develop Balinese culture cannot be separated from efforts to develop Balinese language. This is also because the dynamics of Balinese culture and Balinese language must be in tune. Balinese culture is a necessity without being supported by the development of the Balinese language. The dynamics of Balinese culture should be in line with and in line with the development of the Balinese language, both of which are dynamic towards a dynamic Balinese civilization in accordance with the development of society and the demands of the times. Balinese language is very dynamic in its development, not only as a means of communication, but also useful in various aspects of community life: social organization, science, tools, economy, religion, and the arts.

Abstract

This study aims to see the truth of yoga education on improving spiritual attitudes (KI-1) at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The type of experiment used is ex post facto with the prerequisite test of normally distributed data. The data required from observations, interviews, and questionnaires are then processed and analyzed to obtain accurate and reliable results. The results showed that, the implementation of Yoga at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja was approximately 6 months divided into 1 month of yoga extracurricular activities which can reach 4 meetings, namely in one semester students who take extracurricular Yoga must follow yoga for less than 24 Kali with a teacher or Yogyakarta who has very good abilities. Through trials, the analysis of the spiritual attitudes of yoga participants has the highest value of 0.54 for spiritual attitudes which are classified as effective. This means, the implementation of Yoga is classified as effective in increasing spiritual attitudes.

Abstract

The Provincial Government of Bali in developing quality human resources with integrity, professional, moral and has an identity based on the values of local wisdom implied in the Vision "Nangun Sad kerti Loka Bali". The implementation of all these stakeholders is incorporated in the form of an organization, namely the pekraman village. The pekraman village is a regional legal community unit in the Province of Bali which has a unified form of tradition and social manners for Hindu people from generation to generation in the three heavenly ties, which has a certain area. Own property rights or rights of household servants on the basis of kinship, mutual cooperation and togetherness principles. Various ways have been made in an effort to increase equity and welfare of the community. One of them is building community-based entrepreneurship, namely the Community Credit Institution (LPD). So the LPD is a non-bank financial institution, whose management is under the auspices of each pekraman village and is the guidance of the Bali Provincial Government. The purpose of forming an LPD is to help industrial and tourism activities become steady and sustainable. Thus, it can make the pekraman village a sustainable tourism village

Abstract

The education of Hindu religious character is also a rule or norms that lead people to always do good, in order to achieve a peaceful harmonious life and form a noble human being and always astiti bhakti to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. The education of hindu religious character, is the application of sacred teachings revealed by Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa that remains eternal and contains instructions about good deeds that should be carried out by Hindus and avoids reprehensible deeds and abstains from reprehensible deeds and abstains from acts that violate religious normanorma, so as to achieve perfection of physical and spiritual life. Education must shape and develop character in a better direction. In short, a complete education must be humane, not only concerning intellectual education but also subtlety of mind and inner discipline. Based on behvioristic theory considers that knowledge is objective, sure, fixed, unchanging. Knowledge has been neatly structured, so learning is the acquisition of knowledge, while teaching is transfer of knowledge to the person who is studying or students. The application of this behavioristic theory of teachers plays a more active role in the classroom, because all actions and commands ordered by the teacher will be emulated by the students. Procedures for controlling or improving behavior in hindu concepts and character content that can be done in the content: strengthening competitive behavior, exclusion, satiasi, punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the management pattern of Pasraman Non Formal Pasir Ukir; (2) constraints faced in the management of the non-formal Pasraman Pasir Ukir; and (3) efforts to overcome obstacles in the management of Pasraman Non Formal Pasir Ukir in Pedawa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used were the researchers themselves, interview guides, recording devices, writing instruments, and a number of other tools. The findings indicate that there are activities for the management of Pasraman Non Formal Pasir Ukir namely (1) planning (2) organizing; (3) staffing; (4) leading; and (5) controlling. The constraints faced in managing Pasraman are the implementation of the pasraman work program and human resources (managers, instructors, and students) as well as the social environment of the pasraman which greatly influences efforts in achieving goals. Efforts to overcome obstacles in the management of the non-formal Pasraman Pasir Ukir are optimizing the implementation of the pasraman program and empowering human resources and the social environment of the Pasraman in order to achieve the stated educational goals.

Abstract

Leadership in the realm of social skills as a science and art influences people or groups to act as expected to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Leadership skills education is one of the important things to apply in madrasah as an organized group to achieve educational learning objectives. Social skills are the ability that a person has to dare to act and speak, express every feeling or problem faced while finding a solutive solution of his own thinking. There are 6 important results of having social skills, namely: (1) personality and identity development, (2) developing work ability, productivity, and career success, (3) improving quality of life, (4) improving physical health, (5) improving psychological health, and (6) overcoming stress. Urgency in the organization order as a form of social skills also requires. Leadership skills are the key to organizational success, as an organization, education also requires leadership aspects. Leadership skills are needed to bring constructive changes in teaching programs in accordance with the various values and objectives of decision makers. The quality of education will be at stake through that learning process. Meanwhile, the quality of learning involves conditioning both teacher professionalism, educational leadership influences organized group activities in an effort to determine the educational goals to be achieved, namely shaping people into complete human mental and social physical eye.
