Abstract

The aims of this research that relate regional minimum wage 2016 intodetermine technology service rate ceramics coaster design were: (1) to know theinfluence of regional minimum wage to cost of goods manufactured; (2) to know thecomparisson of servive rate (cost price) year 2015 and 2016; and (3) to know theprofitability year 2015 and 2016. The research results shew that: (1) the addition ofregional minimum wage Denpasar Region can increase cost of good manufacturedceramics coaster design. (2) The comparisson of service rate (cost price) ceramiccoaster design in 2015 different with 2016. The comparisson of service rate ceramiccoaster design in 2016 to 2015 was 1,07; and (3) The addition of regional minimumwage Denpasar Region in 2016 can increase profitability ((Gross Profit Margin(GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM)) service rateceramic coaster design. The Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin(OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM)) in 2016 were Rp 2.348,14, Rp 1.174,07, andRp 1.018,33 each unit. It were mean that if the minimum wage of Denpasar regionincrease, so the profitability ((Gross Profit Margin (GPM, Operating Profit Margin(OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM)) tends will increase.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety are important aspects which should benoted the company, so that employees avoid the risk of accidents at work, especiallyin companies that are vulnerable to the risk of accidents and occupational health.The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of health and safety on theorganizational commitment and performance of employees. The study was conductedat PT. Dewata Gassari Denpasar, with a sample of 81 employees as respondents.Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that safety and healthpositive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Work safety andoccupational health are also positive and significant impact on employee performanceand organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance. These results provide evidence that the better the company facilitatesemployees with occupational health and safety program, it will be able to push theorganizational commitment of employees, and ultimately improve performance.

Abstract

Consumers in the decision to buy a product that offered much influenced bytheir perceptions of price, product, promotion, place (marketing mix) .Relationshipbetween prices and purchasing decisions that affect the prices consumers in makingpurchasing decisions, the higher the price the lower the purchasing decision ,otherwise if the low price turns higher purchasing decisions. Therefore employersmust be keen in setting the price of products to the market that the product issuccessful in the market. In addition to Personal selling price serves as a means ofpromotion and communication media to inform the existence of a product producedby the company to konsumen. The company able to assess and evaluate the extent towhich consumers recognize and know the products through message communicationsubmitted by the personal selling activities. Moreover, personal selling is a directcommunication between the companies represented salespeople (marketer and agent)which is expected to quickly detect response to customers and create sales. Base onthe research has been conducted to evaluate the influence of personal selling and theprice of the car purchasing decisions Suzuki Ertiga in PT. United Indobali BranchTeuku Umar showed personal selling prices and positive influence simultaneouslyand partially on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The event that often occurs in a system and human resource managementin some companies is how employees behave themselves. One of the employee’sbehavior is turnover intention which refers and led to employees to leave their job.This presentation will explore the factors that determine the turnover intentionof employees in organization. From the search results obtained, the factors thatdetermine turnover intention is; according to Mobley (1986) factors that determineturnover intention of employees divided into two: organizational factors andindividual factors. According to Mathis and John H. Jackson (2009) there are severalcomponents that determine turnover intention and whether the employee surviveor leave an organization include: organizational components, employee relations,career opportunities, rewards, and design tasks and jobs.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the level of tourist satisfaction showed by thequality of hotel services and to know the average level of tourist satisfaction ownedby The Losari Hotel Kuta and Villas. This researched applied on a technique ofsample taking, such as purpose sampling to gain an accurate data from respondents.Technique of collecting data was carried out through list of questionnaire orstructured written questions that had been passed on 54 respondents. Techniqueof analyzing data applied was descriptive quantitative. The indicator used in thisresearch was the promptness of check-in service, room sanitation, bed comfort, roomserenity, conditions of furnitures, TV channels, knowledges of all staff in serving theguests, accuracy in providing the guests’ needs, cleanliness of villa as in a whole,villa security and Butler service. It was found that the average rate of all componentsthat had been surveyed by the guests appeared on the criterion very satisfied. As anadditional, in order to increase the services in The Losari Hotel and Villa, there aresome suggestions proposed in terms of increasing the promptness of services, roomsanitation, bed comfort, including to replace and fix furnitures, also adding more TVchannels on subscription.

Abstract

International trade will lead to differences in the currency used by thecountries concerned. The determination of the exchange rate system is an importantthing for the economy of a country because it is a tool that can be used to stimulatethe economy in a state of global economic turmoil. Indonesia as a country with asmall open economy has experienced some exchange rate system replacement. Thisstudy analyzes intended as a material in order to deepen knowledge about issues thataffect the rise and fall of the rupiah to the US dollar. The results of this study showedsome factors that influence the rise and fall of the exchange rate on the US dollar,namely the difference in inflation rates, the difference in interest rates, capital flight(capital flight), political instability and economic, export prices and import prices,public debt, the amount of money circulating, recession and speculation.

Abstract

This study will examine the determination of achievement motivation onemployee performance Autotama Car Motor Karangasem. Statistical analysis wasused to test the hypothesis with a simple linear regression. The stages of the analysisconducted in this study is a description of the data. Qualification data descriptionachievement motivation and performance of employees, also using univariantanalysis. This analysis is based on the average score of the ideal (Mi) and the idealstandard deviation (SDI). As well as this analysis also includes testing requirementsanalysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed that there was a significantcorrelation between the Achievement Motivation Employee Performance throughthe equation of the line y = -36.800 + 0.632 X with Freg = 43.015 (p <0.05). In thepresent study found a significant correlation between the Achievement MotivationEmployee Performance at 0.691 with p <0.05. These findings indicate thatachievement motivation has an important role in improving employee performance.Normatively found that achievement motivation is very good in the category meansan employee has shown excellent achievement motivation in carrying out his job.From the correlation analysis it is evident that significant determination between theAchievement Motivation Employee Performance. It needs to be maintained to keepemployees comfortable and satisfied in performing everyday tasks so that corporateobjectives will be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variableKompensis and job satisfaction to employee performance and job satisfaction asvariable pemediasi, PT BPR MitraBali ArtaMandiri.This study examined the effectis causal because the independent variable (compensation), the dependent variable(Performance Employees), and the mediating variable (job satisfaction). Object ofresearch at PT BPR Mitra Bali Arta Mandiri, using 40 samples (the respondents),while the data were analyzed by means of statistical regression analysis PLS (PartialLeast Square). Based on the analysis it is concluded that the variable compensation,positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation and significantpositive effect on job satisfaction. The indirect effect of compensation to employeeperformance through employee compensation, greater than direct influence.This means that as the role of Employee Satisfaction on Employee PerformanceCompensation Pemediasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know if there is any effect of the servicequality website E-commerce upon the consumers satisfaction. Next, is that to knowwhether not there is an effect upon the consumers behavioural loyalty intentions,and to know if there is also an effect in the service quality of the E-commerce websiteupon the consumers behavioural loyalty intentions to the Aristya Silver company.population in this research is that the online/E-customers, themselves, who haveaccessed the Aristya Silver comapany’s website (http://www.aristya-silver.com).Samples have been determinded by using a metode called purposive sampling. Thesamples, moreover, have been chosen by 200 people. Hypotheis has been observedusing Structural Equation modelling (SEM) with an istalled application tool calledanalysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18. The result of the research showsthat: (1) the service and quality of the E-commerce website significant positivelyeffects the consumers’ satisfaction. (2) the satisfaction significant positively effectsupon the loyalty. (3) the service and quality of the E-commerce website significantpositively effects the consumers’ loyalty. (4) There’s indirect connection betweenexogenous variabel (E-servqual) and endogenous variabel (behavioral loyaltyintentions) through interviening variabel which is consumer’s satisfaction. Thisalso interpreted that consumer’s satisfaction hasn’t intervene behavioral loyaltyintention.
