Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is significant influence between motivation on employee performance at the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana Bali. In this study used a sample of 20 respondents with a random sampling technique and using descriptive analysis method which consists of two variabels, namely, motivation of employee as independent variables (X) and employee performance as dependent variables (Y). To collect data that is done is interview, documentation, and a questionnaire in the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana regency of Bali, and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques using test calculations F and t test. The findings of this study is to test the value of X1 states that t tarithmetic < ttable (3,3776 < 2,101) it means refusing Ho and accept H1, meaning that there is significant influence between motivation with employee performance. Of test results F stated that Faruthmetic > Ftable (0,001 > 0,05) with a level of 5% and freedom 18. And views of the coefficient of determination obtained for 0,042 means that the level of the performance of employees in the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana regency of Bali can be explained 44,2% of the variable motivation.

Abstract

Leader is a person who actively make plans, coordinate, doing experiments and leadingthe work to achieve the goal together. Leader and leadership is the nature of humanity, since thehuman there. At the moment leader and leadership have been there. The discussion of leaders andleadership in general explain how to be a good leader, types and character in accordance withany leadership and the ability possessed by a leader in order to be a leader who idolized on thepresent and the future of organization. Edmonds’ research (1974) in Sobry Sutikno (2014) presentthere are 25 characteristics need to be owned by the leaders in order to become a leader whoidolized both the present and the future of the organization will be presented in this paper.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks with Conventional Banks in Indonesia in the period 2010-2015 using financial ratios. The financial ratios used consist of CAR, KAP, PPAP, NPM, ROA, BOPO, and LDR. The data used in this research is obtained from Bank Finance Publication Report 2010 to 2015 issued by Indonesia Stock Exchange. After passing through the purposive sample stage, then a decent sample is used as many as 12 samples, 6 Sharia Commercial Banks. The analytical technique used to compare the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Bank with Conventional Bank is the Independent sample t-test and Mann Whitney Test method. The analysis shows that there are significant differences for each financial ratio between Sharia Commercial Bank and Conventional Bank in Indonesia. Sharia Commercial Bank performs better in terms of CAR and KAP ratios, while Conventional Commercial Banks perform better in terms of ratio of PPAP, NPM, ROA, BOPO, and LDR.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to explain the emotional response’s role in mediating the correlation between consumer dissatisfaction with brand switching to Teh Botol Sosro’s consumers to be Teh Pucuk Harum. This research was performed to consumers in Denpasar City by using questionnaire that was taken directly. Sample size used is 130 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used are path and sobel test. Research result shows that consumer dissatisfaction and emotional responses has significant and positive influence to the brand switching. The practice implication obtained from this research is that the Producer of Teh Botol Sosro should lessen the taste of jasmine aroma and add some sweet taste so it will implicate to the consumer’s satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the effect of the physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Culture in Denpasar; (2) To analyze the effect of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture of Denpasar; (3) To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture in Denpasar; (4) To elucidate the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture of Denpasar. Total population in this study were as many as 30 employees of the Department of Culture of Denpasar. Given the population is only 30 people, the entire population sampled and thus this study is a study with a sample saturated. In this study, analysis of data using the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on hypothesis testing found that the physical work environment is positive and significant impact on job satisfaction means that the better the physical work environment also increase the job satisfaction of physical labor. Physical work environment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Research has found job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of research mediating role of job satisfaction on the physical work environment on employee performance showed that job satisfaction partially tested as mediating variables (Parthials Mediation) between the physical work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and firm size on the disclosure of internet financial reporting companies in Indonesia, especially manufacturing companies. The data used are external secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. Selection of samples by purposive sampling method and obtained 96 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis. Test results show that profitability has a significant positive effect on IFR, while firm size has positive effect not significant to IFR. Basically IFR is influenced by how much sense of responsibility of a company in complying with the rules set by Bapepam- LK regarding the disclosure of information in particular and how big the responsibility of the company in providing information about the condition of the company to the public or parties with the interest of the company not how The size of the company.

Abstract

The main key to winning the competition is understand and satisfy the needs and desires of consumers through the delivery of products or services quality and competitive prices, It is aimed so that consumers do not switch to other companies that will create consumer loyalty. Customer decisions to make repurchases are complex and involve cost performance and co-positive considerations. Producer are interested to know how buyers / consumers make a purchase and purchase decision as well as the factors that determine repurchase. Many factors that determine consumer intention to repurchase products and services, in this presentation only discussed five factors that include: 1) Physical Environment, 2) Social Environment, 3) Time Perspective, 4) Purchasing Objectives, 5) Mood.

Abstract

This study to puposses the effect of service quality, tourism image and tourism promotion to satisfaction Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang’ visitor. The type of research used is eksplanatory research with sample technique using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires distributed to visitors of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis, it is known that the quality of service does not affect the satisfaction, the image of tourism has a positive effect on the satisfaction and promotion of tourism has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand the organization culture ant working satisfaction on the performance of nurse and midwife in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar.The data collection technique in this research is observation, interview and questioner with likert measurement. The population of the research is 143 nurses and midwifes where 105 of the respondents are selected as samples. The sampling technique is probability sampling which is proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis method is double linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows:1) Partially, the culture of the organization has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes. 2) Working satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes. 3) Simultaneously, organization culture and working satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar. There is great hope that there is clear rule and system regarding the organization culture and working satisfaction so the performance of nurses and midwifes in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar can be increased. The increasing in performance will lead to better and continuous service given to the society.
