Abstract

The aims of this research that relate design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) were: 1) to calculate cost of good manufactured, 2) to determine cost price feasebly, and 3) to give justification to medium small industries of ceramic. Research results shew that: 1) the cost of good manufactured design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) was Rp 46.836,05 each unit, 2) the cost price design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) was Rp 60.886,86, and 3) The cost of good manufactured design service of oil burner that bird motiff (d9,7-t8,0) based on full cost use for medium small industries of ceramics as: a) evaluation tool of resources consumption into produce ceramics creative design, b) information material to know the structure of cost production about ceramic creative design, c) decision making base to buy and self produce ceramics creative design, d) cost price determination base about ceramics creative design, e) decreasing tool to production cost wasting about ceramic creative design for non-value added activities, f) information material to improve competence of ceramic creative design into result profit by monitor product life cycle cost, g) information material to planning, controlling, and decision making about product life cycle cost, h) cost reimbursement base about ceramic creative design, and i) the component of inventory costingabout ceramic creative design.

Abstract

Quality of service is a key factor in the success of a company that is engaged in services such as salons, hospitals, banks, and hotels. The banking industry is one that is always faced with intense competition and business environment changes so quickly. Currently the bank is not only required to understand its clients, but also should pay attention to their employees so that the company afloat by purpose. As one of the state-owned enterprises, Bank BRI is required to provide good service to its customers. Competition is going on and the number of privately owned banks that have sprung up to make BRI had to work extra hard in order not to drown in the competition in the financial sector. In this regard, it will be analyzed in this study about the influence of several variables on the quality of service. This research was conducted in BRI Unit Singaraja spread over 15 locations with the number of employees as a sample of 81 people. The results of this study indicate there is positive and significant between group cohesiveness on the quality of service, there is a positive and significant impact of employee empowerment on service quality, there is positive but not significant between justice organizational to quality of service, there is a positive and significant impact group cohesiveness, employee empowerment, and organizational justice to the quality of the service employees of BRI in Singaraja, as well as the effect of which was donated by three independent variables on the quality of service of 77.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what there is significant influence betweenleadership style and work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur GunaAmertha, Yehembang Village, District Mendoyo, Jembrana. The research concludesthat: Firstly, there is significant influence leadership style and work disciplineon employee motivation KUD Catur Guna Amertha, Yehembang Village, DistrictMendoyo, Jembrana, partially evident from the results count each partial correlationfor both variables showed that rx1y = 0.792 with figures significance of 0.000 andrx2y = 0.610 with 0.007 significance figures. Where both figures obtained significancesmaller than 0.05. Partial means indicates that these two variables have a relationshipthat is very significant to employee motivation. Secondly, there is a significant effectof leadership style and work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur GunaAmertha Yehembang Village, District Mendoyo, Jembrana, simultaneously this canbe proven by obtaining F hitung = 35.306 with a significance figure of 0.000. Wherethe significance of the figures obtained are smaller than 0.005, means simultaneouslyreject H0 and accept H1. Thirdly there is a significant relationship leadership styleand work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur Guna Amertha YehembangVillage, District Mendoyo, Jembrana, that of the correlation coefficient is jointlyacquired by rx1x2y = 0.919 with 0.000 significance figure where this number issmaller than in figure 0.05.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the existence of Blind Loyalty among iPhone users among students Politeknik Negeri Bali, the research team used qualitative research methods in which a team of researchers tried to collect as much as possible the main reasons were the cause of the Blind Loyalty. In this study, the data we use is data taken directly or primary data collected using data collection techniques interview later interviews conducted as necessary so that the team can no longer find the reasons for Blind Loyalty or reasons a team of researchers have repeatedly found. The respondents of this study were male and female students in Politeknik Negeri Bali campus environment where the research team will be specific to the students of the iPhone in Business Administration majoring in environmental Politeknik Negeri Bali. Respondents were the source of our data is the iPhone users of all types and has been using the iPhone for 1 (one) year or more.

Abstract

In the planning and development related to human resources both within the company and organizations today must get the attention of the leaders of the future that will maximize employee performance at work. Where emotional intelligence and intellect is a very important factor in improving the performance of employees and facilitate the achievement of corporate goals. If emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are good at a company will create a positive interaction for the development of human resources in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional intelligence and the intellectual influence on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Renon Denpasar. The sampling technique in this study using the formula Slovin, of the formula is obtained as many as 75 people. The results showed that emotional intelligence and intellect together - together (simultaneously) positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the results also revealed that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The trade balance in the diffrerence or difference between export and import. If the value of the import was higher than export value then that happens in the deficit. Conversely, if the value of exports is higher than the imports value then that happens is the surplus. This study aim to know the influance of the fluctuation of the value of exchange rate and inflation against import export, and the influence of the fluctuation of the value of exchange rate , inflation and import export against trade balance. The hypotesis in this research is there is the influence of the exchange rate and inflation simultaneously against the import export and trade balance. The data used are the mountly data from the years 2007 – 2015 that consists of the data trade balance, exchange rate and inflation. The source of the data in this research are derived from documentation data bank of Indonesia and central bureau of statistik. Methods of analysis used is path analysis using SPSS. The results of this research found that the simultaneously rate and inflation is negative and significant effect against the import export, however partially, inflation has no effect against the import export, whereas the exchange rate effect towards import export. The result of this research also found that simultaneously inflation, exchange rate and export import is negative and significant effect against the trade balance, partially rate and inflation has no effect against the trade balance, whereas import export have significant influence towards trade balance.

Abstract

Income smoothing practices is a common phenomenon and is one of the earnings management that is defined as a reduction in income likely fluctuations from year to year by moving income from year to year high earnings to periods that are less favorable. This study aimed to examine the influence of NPM, ROA, firm size and financial leverage on the income smoothing on companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses Eckel index to classify companies that do or do not do income smoothing practices. The sample used in this study were 68 companies listed on the Stock Exchange within three years from 2012 to 2014 with the selection purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis used in this study with descriptive statistics and logistic regression results from Eckel index menunjukkanadanya income smoothing practices undertaken by companies listed on the Stock Exchange. In the multivariate analysis of the four independent variables, it turns out all the variables significantly influence income smoothing practices.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the influence of Brand Image (the excellence of brand association, the strength of brand association, and the uniqueness of brand association) simultaneously and partially to customer’s decision to buy organic product in Bali Buda Shop. Sample is taken by using accidental sampling method with number of sample 100 respondents which are all customers in Bali Buda Shop. All data is collected by interview and questioner. Instrument is examined using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test. Data analysis technique uses multiple linier regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination analysis. The result of this analysis is that the excellence of brand associations, the strength of brand association, and the uniqueness of brand association give positive and significant impact simultaneously and partially to customer’s decision to buy organic product of Bali Buda. As for the suggestion given to the company is to distinguish the taste of the product to local and international customer’s to expand product distribution and to increase advertising.

Abstract

marketing mix is one of marketing stragegy that very important and have effect toward improvement of selling volume. This study aim to find out to analyze the effect of marketing mix toward improvement of computer selling volume at UD. Genius Computer Denpasar in period of 2014-2015 partially and simultaneously, and to find out improvementof cost variable of marketing mix that have dominant effect to influence of improvement of computer selling volume. The result of classic assumption at normality test data has been clasiffied normal, multikoliniarity test is no multicolinierity, autocorrelation test of Durbin Watson = 1,924 it reside at between 1,55-2,46 there is no autocorrelation, heteroscedascity test is no heteroscedasity. The result of multiple regression analysis, cost of marketing mix partially have positive significant toward volume of computer selling. Analysis of F test shows marketing mix have significant effect simultaneously toward improvement of computer selling volume, the result of multiple linear regression of distribution cost value is dominant variable that have effect on improvement of computer selling volume

Abstract

Human resources (HR) plays an important role for the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of organizational justice on the motivation and performance of employees. The study was conducted at PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur engaged in the construction of buildings with a sample of 136 employees were taken using proportionate random sampling technique. Companies must be supported with good human resource and quality to maintain the viability of the company. Analysis techniques used in this study is partial least square (PLS). The results showed that organizational justice and significant positive effect on motivation. Organizational justice is also positive and significant impact on performance. the motivation to have a positive effect on performance. The results of this study prove that, the better the perceived organizational justice by employees, motivation and performance will also increase. Similarly, the higher the motivation for good organizational justice the higher the performance of employees. The results are consistent with the theory that employees get organizational justice will increase the motivation and high performance in the completion of their duties. The practical implications of this research can be considered firm or management in making decisions or making policies - policies related to organizational justice in order to improve the motivation and performance of employees.
