Abstract

Invesment is cultivation of certain fund in number at the moment to getresult of larger ones a period of/to to come. In general invesment can be differentiatedof real invesment and invesment of fi nansial. Real invesment most commonlyhappened at traditional economics, where this invesment include;cover real assetlike land;ground, building, other physical matter or machine. Whereas invesmentof fi nansial in modern economics which entangle contract - contract written, likecommerce of obligation and share Intention of this research is to know competent or plant asset invesment do not whichhave been UD. Utama which evaluated from Its aspect of him.From result of analysis, hence can be concluded to following : Period Payback ( PP) obtained by 1 year 7 months 28 day meaning the the invesment competent tobe continued, because waktu yang needed to to close again expenditure of shorterinvesment of economic age of plant asset invesment, that is 8 year. Net Present Value( NVP) obtained is positive of Rp. 446.314.013 meaning yielded acceptance that isis positive, invesment bigger than invesment early, so that looked into invesment[done/conducted] by UD. Utama to be continued. Profi tability Index ( PI) obtainedresult of equal to Rp. 2,3 bigger than one. This matter [of] menunjukan each;everyinvested rupiah will be obtained by earnings equal to Rp. 2,3. Thereby invesment[done/conducted] by UD. Utama to be continued is. Internal [of] Rate Of Returnobtained by result 61,6 % which bigger than expense of or capital of cost capitaof! accounted by is company equal to 18%. so that invesment by UD. Utama to becontinued. Pursuant to conclusion above plant asset invesment is .UD. Utama which evaluated from aspect of fi nansial competent to in to continuing.

Abstract

This research aims is knowing, identifying, and inventing the issues shouldbe recognized by business actors in implementing their marketing activities, mainlyin relation with the Indonesian prevailing regulations regarding Anti Monopoly.This is a qualitative research. As many times stated by literatures on the researchmethodology, it is necessary to be restated here that Qualitative Research is theresearch that endeavoring to find the core or essential meanings or ideas that laidbehind a social action or phenomenon.What is meant as phenomenon in this contextis the values laid behind or basing the stipulation of Indonesian Anti MonopolyLaw. This research has come to conclusions as follows : That the issues should beconcerned and obeyed by the business actors in performing or implementing the marketing of goods and/or services are understanding and preventing from breaching the regulations contained in The Law on Anti Monopoly, which include, amongothers : oligopoly, price fixing, region division, boycott, kartel, trust, oligopsony,vertical integration, closed agreement, agreement with foreign parties, monopoly,monopsony, market controlling, and conspiracy. This research also provides somerecoomendations that could be used by the Business Actors to prevent them from legalproblems caused by marketing activities that break the Indonesian Anti MonopolyLaws.

Abstract

In the planning and development related to human resources both within the company and organizations today must get the attention of the leaders of the future that will maximize employee performance at work. Where emotional intelligence and intellect is a very important factor in improving the performance of employees and facilitate the achievement of corporate goals. If emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are good at a company will create a positive interaction for the development of human resources in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional intelligence and the intellectual influence on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Renon Denpasar. The sampling technique in this study using the formula Slovin, of the formula is obtained as many as 75 people. The results showed that emotional intelligence and intellect together - together (simultaneously) positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the results also revealed that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aims of this research that relate for yellow small coconut fruitprototype were : (1) To calculate cost of good manufactured; (2) To determinecost price; and (3) To recognized ending inventory. The research results shew that: (1) Cost of good manufactured yellow small coconut fruit prototype according to UPT PSTKP Bali was Rp 26.553,31 each unit, that followed by raw materal cost Rp 11.379,99, direct labour cost Rp 7.586,66, variable ovrehead cost Rp 3.793,33,and fi xed overhead cost Rp 3.793,33, but according to Activity Based Costing (ABC)systems was Rp 26.969,58 each unit, that followed Unit-Level Activity Cost Rp19.315,89, Batch-Related Activity Cost Rp 1.571,48, Product-Sustaining ActivityCost Rp 5.591,34, dan Facility-Sustaining Activity Cost Rp 490,86; (2) Selling priceyellow small coconut fruit prototype according to UPT PSTKP Bali was Rp 34.519,30each unit, that price formed by cost of good manufactured Rp 26.553,31 expectedprofi t margin Rp 5.310,66, and operation expense Rp 2.655,33 but according to fullcost pricing method, selling price was Rp 35.060,45 each unit, that price formed bycost of good manufactured Rp 26.969,58, expected profi t margin Rp 5.393,92, andoperating expense Rp 2.696,96; and (3) Ending inventory yellow small coconut fruitprototype according to UPT PSTKP Bali was Rp 1.327.665,50, but according toFinancal Accounting Standard ending inventory was Rp 1.348.479,00. UPT PSTKPBali recognized and reported ending inventory smaller Rp 20.813,50. Financialstatement reported by UPT PSTKP Bali was understated.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the marketing strategy to increase income on Dive & Watersport attack in attack. This qualitative descriptive analysis will use the analysis approach of SWOT. Strengths and weaknesses are analyzed by the service marketing mix like product, price, place, promotion, person, physical evidence and process. The opportunities and threats are analyzed with the responsive of security forces and the local communities and the beach cleanliness. The conclusion of this research is marketing strategy done by Dive & Watersport attack has not been able to increase sales because promotion activity which is not done effectively ie advertising activity (advertisement) is not done maximally. Promotional activities with the method of face-to-face (personal selling) has not done well, so there is often misunderstanding between employees and customers. Sales promotion activity has been done by Dive & Watersport Attack by giving special offer. Publicity activities have never been done by Dive & Watersport attacks. Suggestions given are the management of Dive & Watersport Attacks need to plan and allocate budget for promotional programs such as advertising on brochures and magazines. Create work training programs for employees about the deepening of the English language and the importance of personal selling as well as knowledge on how to communicate and good service to consumers.

Abstract

The success of the empowerment of human resources within anorganization is realized by the performance of its employees. Employees are animportant resource for the organization, because it has the talent, energy, andcreativity that is needed by the organization, not to mention the Regional WaterCompany (PDAM) Tirta Mangutama Badung regency. In this study, the objectivesof this study were: (1) To determine the effect of organizational climate on jobsatisfaction, (2) To determine the effect of organizational climate on employeeperformance, (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employeeperformance, (4) To determine the effect of gender in moderating the relationshipbetween organizational climate, job satisfaction on employee performance.In getting the answers to the above research objectives in the census questionnairedistributed to 160 employees as respondents. Collected data were analyzed with theStructural Equation Model (SEM). In the first SEM method to evaluate the normalityof the data, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and then analyzes the influence of theSEM. Full results of the initial model showed that the model is not good so the modelneeds to be modified in order to obtain a model that approached Goodness of Fit.Results of this study indicate that the three hypotheses raised showed a significantpositive effect, namely: Effect of Organizational Climate (X1) of the EmployeeSatisfaction (Y1), Effect of Organizational Climate (X1) of the Employee Performance(Y2), Influence of Employee Satisfaction (Y1) the Employee Performance (Y2). Thereis the influence of Organizational Climate (X1), Employee Satisfaction (Y1) of theEmployee Performance (Y2). Employee Performance means variation of 79.90% canbe explained by the Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction. There is also theinfluence of Employee Satisfaction (Y1), the Employee Performance (Y2). EmployeePerformance means variation of 27.90% influenced by the Employee Satisfaction. Fromthe results of the model turns moderating Gender male debilitating relationship betweenvariables Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance,Gender Women are not given effect to the models linkage raised in this study.

Abstract

International trade will lead to differences in the currency used by thecountries concerned. The determination of the exchange rate system is an importantthing for the economy of a country because it is a tool that can be used to stimulatethe economy in a state of global economic turmoil. Indonesia as a country with asmall open economy has experienced some exchange rate system replacement. Thisstudy analyzes intended as a material in order to deepen knowledge about issues thataffect the rise and fall of the rupiah to the US dollar. The results of this study showedsome factors that influence the rise and fall of the exchange rate on the US dollar,namely the difference in inflation rates, the difference in interest rates, capital flight(capital flight), political instability and economic, export prices and import prices,public debt, the amount of money circulating, recession and speculation.

Abstract

In an effort to assess the company’s fi nancial performance namely liabilitycenters those are cost centers, revenue centers, profi t centers and investment centers.The fi nancial assessment is done by comparing the budget with a good realization ofrevenues, cost, and profi t before taxes or by using fi nancial ratios without correlatingthe income earned by the investments that are used to generate the profi ts as wellas the sales volume achieved by the company. The Appraisals of performance have not been able to indicate effi cient cost, how much earned income without having to pay attention the cost, how much the ability to generate profi ts when compared withthe sales volume and how much the ability to generate profi ts when compared withthe asset being used. How was the accountability centers performance observedbased on the cost centers, revenue centers, profi t centers and investment centers atPT. Reka Mahesa Cargo Bali in Denpasar from 2008 to 2010, which is analyzedby quantitative analysis; furthermore, analysis is used in this research consistedof: cost centers analysis, revenue centers analysis, profi t centers analysis includeGross Profi t Margin, Operating Profi t Margin and Net Profi t Margin, as well asinvestment center analysis that is Return on Investment, Residual Income and Returnon Equity. Based on the study and discussion result obtained the conclusion that thecost centers performance at PT. Reka Mahesa Cargo Bali in Denpasar from 2008to 2010 is not effi cient. Revenue centers performance from 2008 to 2010 showed afavorable outcome. The results of the profi t centers analysis based on Gross Profi tMargin, Operating Profi t Margin and Net Profi t Margin is known the performanceof PT. Reka Mahesa Cargo Bali in Denpasar from 2008 to 2010 showed a favorableoutcome. The results of the center investment analysis based on the Return onInvestment, Residual Income, and Return on Equity is known the performance ofPT. Reka Mahesa Cargo Bali in Denpasar from 2008 to 2010 showed a favorableoutcome. It is recommended to control the business cost in an effort to improve theeffi ciency in which economic resources can be used effectively, so that there is nowaste of costs; as a result, the profi ts obtained would be more optimal.

Abstract

Investors have the primary purpose of the funds invested into the companyto seek revenue (return) capital gain or dividend. To assess the performance ofa company in generating profits expected, investors can see from the side of itsfundamental aspect, the better the fundamental performance of a company has, thehigher the stock price of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of thefundamental factor of liquidity, leverage, profitability and dividend policy, againstfirm stock price at a manufacturing company that go public on the Indonesia StockExchange.The population in the study is a manufacturing company that distributedividends in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 until 2013 with 67 companies. Thesamples were selected based on purposive sampling that pays dividends resprectivelyfrom 2010 until 2013 with 28 sample firms. The method of analysis used is the techniqueof path analysis. The results of this study are 1) Liquidity significant positive effecton Dividend Policy; 2) Leverage a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy;3) The profitability of a significant positive effect on Dividend Policy; 4) Liquiditysignificant positive effect on the firm stock price; 5) Profitability significant positiveeffect on the firm stock price, and 6) Dividend Policies significant positive effect onthe firm stock price.
