Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan/artificial intelligent (AI), khususnya large language models l (LLM), telah mengubah cara manusia memproduksi dan menyampaikan pesan dalam berbagai konteks komunikasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana praktik prompt engineering, teknik dalam merancang instruksi kepada AI,  berperan dalam pembentukan pesan, serta bagaimana praktik ini berinteraksi dengan isu etika dan nilai komunikasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah yang terbit dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir (2015–2025), mencakup bidang komunikasi, teknologi, dan etika digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prompt engineering tidak hanya menentukan efektivitas teknis respons AI, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi serius terhadap bias representasi, keamanan informasi, dan potensi disinformasi. Selain itu, literasi AI muncul sebagai elemen kunci dalam mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan teknologi dan memperkuat komunikasi yang etis. Studi ini mengusulkan model konseptual yang menempatkan prompt engineering sebagai titik sentral dalam produksi pesan berbasis AI, dengan etika dan nilai komunikasi sebagai jembatan menuju desain komunikasi yang adil, aman, dan bertanggung jawab. Kesimpulannya, produksi pesan dalam era AI memerlukan pendekatan komunikasi yang reflektif, interdisipliner, dan berbasis nilai. Literasi digital dan pengembangan kebijakan etik perlu diintegrasikan ke dalam praktik komunikasi publik guna memastikan keberlanjutan komunikasi manusia-AI yang inklusif dan etis.

Abstract

Isu terorisme menjadi tantangan serius bagi kawasan Asia Tenggara, dengan meningkatnya ancaman dari aktor transnasional seperti ISIS dan Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTF). ASEAN sebagai organisasi regional telah merespons melalui sejumlah instrumen kerja sama, seperti ASEAN Convention on Counter Terrorism (ACCT) dan ASEAN Our Eyes Initiative (OEI). Artikel ini menganalisis peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi ASEAN dalam menangani terorisme kawasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori organisasi internasional dan rezim internasional. Meskipun ACCT menyediakan kerangka kerja formal untuk koordinasi regional, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala signifikan seperti prinsip non-intervensi, perbedaan yurisdiksi, serta kelemahan institusional. OEI muncul sebagai alternatif inisiatif berbasis kerja sama intelijen yang dinilai lebih adaptif, meskipun tantangan birokratis dan risiko kebocoran informasi tetap membayangi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas ASEAN dalam kontra-terorisme sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika politik domestik anggotanya serta kelembagaan regional yang bersifat longgar. Diperlukan reformasi pendekatan kerja sama keamanan yang lebih terintegrasi dan berorientasi pada perlindungan manusia untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ASEAN menghadapi terorisme di masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKuku Bima Ener-G advertising on East Nusa Tenggara version is narrate life, and culture of East Nusa Tenggara people starting from living as farmer, weaving, culture of everyday life and pasola of society which not yet influenced by modern life and also authenticity of typical culture and unique which have to remain to be taken care of and preserve by router generation. This research is done through every scene in adverstiment of Kuku Bima Ener-G East Nusa Tenggara version. Method in this research is descriptive qualitative method, that’s because this research aim to know in detail somethings or causes influencing something. The result of this research found that denotation meaning at all checked adverstimenet of Kuku Bima Ener-G East Nusa Tenggara version scene to be concluded that denotation meaning given by the picture to us is about culture which still very jell situation in life of East Nusa Tenggara society, as a whole because living system which still traditional, and the culture system in the field of art, used by technology and equipments still very simple and also religion system had by still stick at late one who have passed away. From myth data analysis, the entire adverstimenet of Kuku Bima Ener-G Nusa Tenggara Timur version scene can be concluded that culture shall be expressed in everyday life such as gotong royong, farming, social life with each other and people’s life after death.Keywords : Culture Representation, Advertisement, Roland Barthes Semiotic

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch was conducted to describe the form of strategies used by public relations PT (PERSERO) Angkasa Pura I branch I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in handling passenger complaints. Chossing I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport especially I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is the busiest airport in Indonesia, Airport which is the main gate of entry and exit of foreign and domestic tourists to Bali , and because it is located on the Bali Island , that is tourism Island. This research uses type of qualitative descriptive research. Informants research selected accidental. Data collected through literature study, documentations, observation, depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Technical examination of the validity data using triangulation techniques. Results of research show that public relations of PT (PERSERO) Angkasa Pura I branch I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport using strategy in handling passenger complaints by customer mobile, internal strategy, coordination strategy, and we care strategy. And strategies offered by Theory Image Restorations used by public relations PT (PERSERO) Angkasa Pura I branch I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is mortification and corrective action strategies.Keywords: Public Relations Strategy and Passenger Complaints

ABSTRACTPublic Information Openness is one of the commitments of bureaucratic reform, which is one of the point is to change the paradigm of bureaucratic closed toward open, and gave the waiter to the wider community. Public information openness is also a form of bureaucratic accountability to the program, achievements and performance targets to stakeholders, and obligations as a public institution. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe concept itself is unique human character, which can be used to distinguish individual human beings from other living creatures. Humans as organisms that have evolved impetus that will cause men aware of the existence / her existence. The developments that took place later helped establish the concept of the individual concerned. Self-concept is also needed when someone does interpersonal communication with another person because of interpersonal communication is one individual communication with other individuals so get reciprocal effects that have a common meaning. Based on the above explanation, the same thing can happen inside a novice lecturer in interacting with students. Profession as a lecturer often associated with someone who has a high intellect, rarely smiling, stiff, dignified, less socializing and interacting with students outside of class hours, so students often assume that there is a gap between students and lecturers.While students are college students, mostly teenage levels of different emotions, because when individual human conduct interpersonal communication automatically psychological factors affect each character in the concept of self. The factors causing interpersonal attraction, can be distinguished from personal factors, namely the similarity of personal characteristics, emotional stress (stress), low self- esteem, solasi social and situational factors, namely physical attraction (physical attractiveness), rewards (reward), familiarity, proximity (proximity) or closeness, and the ability (competence).Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Young Lecturer and Students, Self Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTNemberala village located on the west coast of the island of Rote is a leading tourist area in Rote Ndao regency, East Nusa Tenggara province. Kabutan located at the southern tip of Indonesia is a new district carved out of Kupang district in 2002. Local Government Support to the development of this tourist area is absolutely necessary in the structuring of the region either short, medium and long conceptual. Since the area is known as one of the Tourism Destination Region (DTW) for potential sala surfing being one of the best in the world, tourism in the village looks more bergeliat Nemberala. Almost every day brings a lot of tourists that come and go in the village which has a pretty long beach with white sand is dazzling. Stretching the development of tourism industry in the village Nemberala can also be seen from the increasing number of foreign and local investors who have and are building support facilities, such as hotels and home stay that much built around the coastal area Nemberala.The problems raised in this study are: (1) how to make optimum use of the potential tourist attraction located in the tourist area Nemberala Beach Area; (2) how the benefits derived by indigenous communities in the development and keterlibatanya Nemberala Beach tourist area on an ongoing basis; and (3) how the stages in building Nemberala Beach tourist area. While the purpose of the implementation of this research are: (1) to identify potential tourist attraction Nemberala Coast and its management are best benefits for people in the tourist area around Nemberala; (2) to assess the extent to which local people have participated actively in the development of tourist areas Nemberala Beach; (3) know what the most appropriate strategy in the development of Nemberala Beach tourist area on an ongoing basis.The data used in this study is the combined data between qualitative and quantitative sample was taken purposively. Data have been collected and analyzed by descriptive qualitative SWOT analysis. Results of analysis addressing that beach tourist area Nemberala has various tourism potential should be developed as a tourist destination areas (DTW) and has met four (4) an important component in the tourism industry with a term of four 4A, the attraction (tourist attraction), accessibility (access to tourist areas), amenities (facilities and travel services), ancillary (institutional and human resources will support tourism), by way of implementing several strategies such as strategic SWOT SO, ST, WO and WT. It is hoped that this research will be able to make a positive contribution in planning development strategies Nemberala Coast tourist area in the future, the economic impact for the indigenous communities in a sustainable manner.Keywords: Sustainable Tourism, Community-Based Tourism

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the corporate context, an activity known as the manifestation of corporate social responsibility. This includes how the commitment of a company or organization to contribute to the development of the environment in which it established. In addition to meeting moral ethics, the implementation of social responsibility also has an impact on improving the image of the organization. Image is not the most important thing, but it was included on the ultimate goal for an organization. Related to this, the image is considered important as it will be a determinant of how the social environment provides an assessment of the organization and its members. Nevertheless to non-profit organizations such as the Ikatan Motor Besar Indonesia (IMBI), whose image was tarnished several times due to the arrogance of irresponsible motorists, most of whom were not members of the organization. This study examines how the efforts done by the Ikatan Motor Besar Indonesia (IMBI), especially on the Bali regional authorities, in order to get closer to the community, enhance the positive image that already exists as an officially recognized organization for big bikes in Indonesia, as well as reducing the public's negative perception of the big bikers. This effort is done by Ikatan Motor Besar Indonesia (IMBI) Bali regional authorities through corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. With analysis using communication planning scheme initiated by Philip Lesly, the result of this research shows that the Ikatan Motor Besar Indonesia (IMBI) Bali regional authorities has been able to obtain the expected image, which is a better or more pleasant image than the existing image. The study also found that there are no significant obstacles to the Ikatan Motor Besar Indonesia (IMBI) Bali regional authorities in the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.Keywords: Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Image, Big Bike

ABSTRACTTelevision as a mass media which are as a device that has a major influence against the social life. One of the teens who were popular impressions of the moment is iLook served on Net Tv every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 pm. iLook is a program that addresses a variety of ephemera related to appearance/style/fashion, from the toe to the tip of the head. The purpose of the concept of this event is to give new insights regarding the manner and style of dress model the present without reducing the limits of decency.This research is to know the fulfillment of the needs of fashion students at impressions iLook at the Net Tv, especially based on the analysis of the theory of uses and gratifications Undiknas students in Undiknas Denpasar. This thesis uses qualitative research methods as many as 10 informants. The results from this research was broadcast media like television no less interesting in some circles that has its own interests, for example Undiknas among the students on television is still one of the obligatory media they enjoy. This is supported by the theory uses and gratifications that researchers carefully at student Undiknas itself. Uses and Gratifications explained that the main problem is not how the media change the attitudes and the behavior of the audience, but how the media meet the needs of the social and private audiences.Keywords: iLook, Uses and Gratification, Fashion, Television

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe existence of women is always overshadowed by the domination of men. These conditions have made women always in second position in social life, economy, education and politics. So far we know that the minimum level of women's participation in politics is due to a strong patriarchal culture, but the media plays an important role especially in providing space and opportunities for women to have the same opportunities as men. Media during this time was often made a product news hoax (hoax) against the performance of women politicians. And the media itself sometimes forgets that women's opinions are sometimes needed when taking policy. Discriminatory conditions as mentioned above are not only experienced in our country, but also experienced by several countries around the world.
