Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research location is in Widya Sari Foundation with Ubud Village Program, voluntourism activity is a special interest tourism. Voluntourism is a voluntary social activity combine with tourism activities. Voluntourists have different goals and motivations in this activity. in voluntourism activities volunteers can interact with local communities to gain knowledge and skills for the community and the younger generation and also to increase the interaction of foreign tourists directly. From the research gained through in-depth interviews with the voluntourism from some countries at Widya Sari Foundation in Ubud Program Village, the voluntourist have some motivation to do voluntourism program such as: to know the culture of the community, to enjoy the rural nature as well as to carry out social activities by providing information and guidance to communities to conduct positive activities by providing a good way of gardening, caring for livestock, and recycling organic and anorganic waste. In others, social activities for children provided by voluntourist are how to preserve the environment, introduce children's games from their country and provide additional English education to children. While the form of community participation in the Ubud village program for voluntourist activities is to receive voluntourist openly and create a family atmosphere by inviting the voluntourist to participate in social and cultural activities such as they can participate in Balinesse traditional wedding event, 3 monthly baby activities with Bali ceremony, and gotong royong (teamwork) in custom village area. In addition, voluntourist can also do tourism activities to several places around the foundation such as rafting, trekking to rice fields, cycling, etc.. All activities undertaken by the voluntourist provide by Yayasan Widya Sari is based on Tri Hita Karana concept that involves the local community so that voluntourism activities are mutual respect between the community and the voluntourist. By giving a good impression and experience to voluntourist it will be able to provide personal satisfaction to each voluntourist in this voluntourism activities in Widya Sari Foundation in particular and local communities in general.Keyword: Voluntourism, Voluntourist, Community Based Tourism (CBT)

Abstract

ABSTRACTSerangan Island is one of the tourist destinations in Denpasar City which has a heterogeneous history and traditions. The development of this island itself has its own uniqueness that causes tourists who are already bored with the urban atmosphere but do not go too far from the city is interested to come to this island. With natural potential , cultures and manmade attractions are diverse then it is necessary promotion that will introduce Serangan Island is not only famous for turtle conservation but also has Coast and Mangrove Forest as an alternative to conduct tourism activities. Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberadaan desa adat (pakraman) di Bali sebagai desa yang memiliki hak otonom dalam mengurus kepentingan desanya masing-masing memiliki karakteristik yang sangat unik. Keunikan tersebut tidak hanya dilihat dari sistem pemerintahan tradisionalnya, tetapi masing-masing desa adat tersebut memiliki adat kebiasaan, kebudayaan, dialek bahasa termasuk seni serta prosesi ritual keagamaan yang diyakininya juga menunjukkan perbedaan antara satu desa dengan yang lainnya. Sekalipun demikian halnya, secara universal segala aktivitas berkebudayaan dan berkeagamaan yang dilakukan dapat dipandang sebagai pengewantahan dari ajaran agama Hindu yang dianutnya serta dijiwai oleh falsafah Tri Hita Karana.Berbagai peran telah diberikan kepada desa adat tersebut, karena dalam realitasnya hingga saat ini sejumlah aktivitas pembangunan nasional selalu melibatkan keberadaannya baik pembangunan yang bersifat fisik maupun non fisik, dengan hasil yang sangat membanggakan. Sebagai bukti perlu dikemukakan beberapa contoh di antaranya, pengelolaan kebersihan dan lingkungan hidup berbasis desa adat, pembangunan keluarga yang bahagia dan sejahtera berbasis desa adat serta penanggulangan kenakalan remaja dan kejahatan narkotika pun berbasis desa adat. Di samping itu dalam kerangka penguatan kebudayaan melalui kegiatan pelestarian bahasa dan sastra juga telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, baik kegiatan dalam bidang sastra daerah maupun sastra nasional.Dalam pelestarian bahasa dan sastra Bali, desa adat telah membangun suatu sistem penghayatan sastra melalui seni makekidung, makekawin, macepat yang sering dikenal dengan kegiatan Utsawa Dharma Gita, lomba penulisan sastra Bali dalam lontar, puisi dan sastra serta menuangkan pelajaran bahasa daerah Bali dalam setiap kurikulum kegiatan pasraman baik untuk tingkat anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa. Keseluruhan aktivitas tersebut bermuara kepada penguatan budaya daerah dan sekaligus mengarah kepada penguatan budaya nasional, karena budaya nasional adalah merupakan puncak-puncak dari budaya daerah.Kata kunci : desa adat, bahasa dan sastra, pelestarian dan kebudayaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Indihome PT.Telkom Kota Bengkulu” Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Indihome PT.Telkom Kota Bengkulu yang dilakukan oleh PT.Telkom Kota Bengkulu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode survey dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner atau angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna untuk memperoleh data-data yang diperlukan untuk mengkaji penelitian. Responden penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 77 responden yaitu pelanggan Indihome. Hasil penelitian analisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT.Telkom Kota Bengkulu ini menggunakan 3 indikator yaitu kualitas pelayanan, aksesbilitas, dan kualitas produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk indikator kualitas pelayanan, untuk kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT.Telkom sudah bisa dikatakan baik, karena pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan sudah dapat membuat puas pelanggan. Indikator yang kedua yaitu aksesbilitas sebagian besar pelanggan mengatakan jaringan internet masih sering gangguan. Dan indikator yang ketiga yaitu kualitas produk, kualitas produk sudah dikatakan baik, karena PT.Telkom sudah memberikan yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kenyataannya itu memang bagus. Dari beberapa temuan diatas maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan sudah baik karena sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan, dan pelanggan sudah puas dalam pelayanan dan produk yang diberikan oleh PT.Telkom Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Indihome, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas produk

Abstract

AbstractThis article argues that MIKTA (Mexico, Indonesia, South Korea, Turkey, and Australia) are middle, regional, and constructive powers that can serve as providers of global governance in the international system. It argues that in order for MIKTA countries to serve as middle, regional, and constructive powers, they need to consolidate the support of all relevant State and non-State actors in their countries, allowing MIKTA to become a relevant mechanism to promote and generate public goods in the international system, specially global governance. Mexico is the second largest economy in Latin America. Mexico is today an actor with global responsibility and obligatory reference. A country with that weight must play in new boards and MIKTA, constituting and innovative alliance with key non-traditional partners, is a strategic space to expand the scope of Mexican foreign policy.  Keywords : MIKTA, middle powers, foreign policy, Mexico

Abstract

ABSTRACTAll of the government always try boost the economy sector by accommodate the investment in their country. In Indonesia the cooperation sometimes started by the private parties. However, most of the private sector were based not on the principle of liability or ability in accordance with what is promised by them. The projects run by the Indonesian government should receive special attention, especially electricity projects, where Indonesia is predicted to deficit electricity in 2019. China is one of Indonesia's strategic partners in maximizing the potential of the region through infrastructure development. Especially for power projects with China holding considerable attention for the government of Indonesia, Based on the above statement, this study focused on electricity investment projects with the Chinese and Indonesia side to creating governance for the region and globally. This study needed to know because to understand the prospect of implementation the scheme of Public Private Partnership on both country. The result of this study found that the scheme of Private Public Partnership located in East Kalimantan would give a stabilized in both of the economic and politic steam in the region. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know and analyze the execution procession of tradition of naur danda in exogamy marriage system in Gobleg village of Banjar Subdistrict of Buleleng Regency. The research was conducted qualitatively. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. The tradition of naur danda in the exogamy marriage system in Gobleg Adat Village, Banjar Sub-district, Buleleng District, combines theories consisting of religious theories from Clifford Geertz theory from Robert K. Merton and the theory of symbols From Geertz.The result of the research shows that the theological meaning of the naur danda tradition in Eksogami Marriage in Gobleg Traditional Village is the meaning of worship of the god yadnya, rsi yadnya, pitra yadnya, manusa yadnya and bhuta yadnya or nature. But most importantly, the worship of the Betawi Ida of 39 manifestations that berstana at Pura Pemulungan Agung / Pura Desa, which is a combination of 33 temples and manifestations of God with different degrees and functions.Keywords: Tradition naur danda, Marriage, Religious and Traditional Village Gobleg.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKekerasan dalam masa pacaran (dating violence) adalah perilaku atau tindakan seseorang yang dapat digolongkan sebagai tindakan kekerasan dalam percintaan atau pacaran bila salah satu pihak merasa terpaksa, tersinggung dan disakiti dengan apa yang telah dilakukan pasangannya dan yang menjadi korban kebanyakan adalah remaja perempuan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak kekerasan yang dialami remaja dalam masa pacaran, untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang dialami dan menganalisis kekerasan tersebut dalam persepktif interaksi simbolik. Hasil kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kekerasan dalam masa pacaran ini merupakan sebuah sirklus yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku, dimana pelaku sering melihat perlakuan kasar dan mendapatkan perlakuan kasar dari keluarga, lingkungan sosial. Perlakuan kasar yang pelaku alami dalam hidupnya di maknai dan ditapsirkan sebagai hal yang biasa, begitu juga pada diri korban, bentuk kekerasan yang mereka alami adalah hal yang wajar karena pasangan mereka sangat mencintai sehingga sering mereka memaknai kekerasan sebagai hal yang biasa dan wajar.Keynote : kekerasan pada perempuan, masa pacaran, interaksi simbolik, remaja

Abstract

ABSTRAKSetelah lebih dari satu dekade usia reformasi birokrasi di Indonesia saat ini, ternyata masih dianggap kurang profesional. Masih banyak kasus yang semakin mencoreng kredibilitas birikrasi di Indonesia. Mulai dari kasus korupsi, mafia pajak, runtuhnya idealisme terhadap NKRI dan berbelit-belitnya birokrasi di Indonesia yang menuai kecaman. Tingginya keluhan masyarakat terhadap kinerja birokrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik di Indonesia saat ini. Reformasi birokrasi sesungguhnya adalah upaya perubahan birokrasi melalui penanaman nilai-nilai paradigma baru sehingga birokrasi menjadi lebih kompeten dan profesional. Reformasi birokrasi di Indonesia telah bergulir secara masif sejak tahun 1999. Reformasi birokrasi juga mencakup birokrasi di daerah seperti di Bali. Tetapi berbagai fenomena menunjukkan bahwa reformasi birokrasi di Bali masih terlihat sebagai retorika dibandingkan sebagai sebuah praktek yang berdampak luas bagi peningkatan profesionalitas birokrasi.Kata Kunci : Reformasi Birokrasi

Abstract

AbstractThe Effect of Self-Assessment and goal Motivation through Writing Competency in English. The purpose of this study is proving application of self-assessment in terms of student achievement motivation to give influence to the competence of writing in English students. This research was an experimental research using 2 x 2 proportional conception. Forced population of 160 students majoring in communication studies, Faculty of Social and Politics Studies, University Undiknas academic year 2016/2017. By using Cluster Random Sampling method, 4 classes were selected as sample and divided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group. The data of this study were collected through questionnaires and tests, which were analyzed using the Two Path Anova and Tukey test statistics. The results showed, firstly, the influence of self- assessment on student writing skill, ie students who assess by using self-assessment have higher writing skills than those who use using conventional assessment. Secondly, there was a significant interaction effect between self-assessment and achievement motivation on writing skill in English.Keywords: self-assessment, achievement motivation, english writing competency
