Critical awareness has recently become a widely studied topic in the intellectual, social and educational scientific community. The concept that was coined by the Brazilian critical educator is considered important because it covers a crucial aspect of consciousness that is often forgotten. Researches that seek to increase critical awareness have begun to be carried out, but they are not supported by a standardized measurement instrument. This causes the validity of the research results to be questioned. It is only in the last five years that efforts to construct critical awareness instruments have received attention. This study will construct a critical awareness scale for the Indonesian population called the Socio-Political Awareness Scale for Indonesian (SPASI). The scale refers to the concept of critical consciousness proposed by Paulo Freire and refined by modern researchers such as Watts, Diemer, and Christensen. Three aspects of critical awareness used in this scale include Social-Dominance, Critical Reflection and Socio-Political Action. The results of the analysis show that the eleven items on the SPASI scale have reliability and validity scores that meet the requirements. Harmony in the family is something that every individual wants. However, there are some families who experience divorce due to conflict or dispute, so the term broken home was born. This study aims to examine the experiences and meanings of adolescents on the condition of a broken home experienced because their parents divorced. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research respondents were taken through purposive sampling technique, totaling three people aged 15-21 years with divorced parents. Data obtained from interviews were then analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the three respondents experienced changes in behavior in a negative direction, uncontrollable emotions, and psychological conditions with trauma. In addition, they said that their parents paid less attention and affection after the divorce. As for their positive meaning of parental divorce as a process of self-maturation, besides being interpreted negatively as a dark period and the lowest point in life. The increasing popularity of multiplayer online battle arena games that occurred resulted in negative impacts, one of which is internet gaming disorder. Some studies suggest that neuroticism is correlated with internet gaming disorder, but previous studies have provided inconsistent results. Moreover, research related to multiplayer online battle arena games is scarce, regardless of large popularity and community size. This study aims to determine the correlation of neuroticism with internet gaming disorder in multiplayer online battle arena. The sample in this study amounted to 67 online game users consisting of 49 men and 18 women who suffer from internet gaming disorder. Samples were obtained with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using spearman rank correlation yielded results of r = 0.306 and p = 0.006. This shows that there is a positive correlation between neuroticism and internet gaming disorder. These results are expected to provide information about neuroticism and internet gaming disorder to online game users. Keywords: Internet gaming disorder, MOBA, neuroticism

On teacher performance is one sign in evaluate the quality of the educational institutions. The performance of teachers also affect academic performance and the quality of students. Any of various factors affect performance of teachers both internally and externally. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of collaborative leadership and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The respondent's criteria are teachers who are more than 25 years old and have worked for at least 1 year and obtained 141 respondents. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, collaborative leadership style has no effect on teacher performance. However, leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously have an influence on teacher performance. Principal leadership have an important role in managing schools and teacher job satisfaction is needed to improve teacher performance in schools. Employees generally think about the future of their career goals. This career goal can be achieved by career development, either done by employees or by companies. If there is no clarity about career development, employees will feel exhausted and anxious, which in turn will choose to quit their job and find another job that can help them achieve their predetermined career goals. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of career development on the turnover intention of employees. This study used a correlational quantitative research design with sampling techniques using incicental sampling. The subjects were employees with permanent status throughout Indonesia with a working period of between 3-5 years and an age range of 25-32 years (N= 104) with a total of 43 males and 61 females. The research instruments used are the adoption scale of career development and Turnover Intention Scale (TIS). Results showed that career development had an influence but not significantly on turnover intention by 2.8%. The remaining 97.2% can be influenced by other variables that are stronger than the studied variables ( = .028; (1) = 2.982; p > .05). Keywords: career Development, employees, turnover intention

Covid-19 was causing a drastically changing situation, especially for healthcare workers facing increasing workloads and sudden changes in circumstances. These circumstances force health workers to adapt to these stressful changes. Cognitive flexibility is one of the protective factors for health workers to be capable of processing and coping with stress. This study aims to perceive the contribution of cognitive flexibility to stress to healthcare workers. The research hypothesis is that there is a negative role between cognitive flexibility and stress, which means the higher cognitive flexibility a health worker has, the lower the stress level. This study uses quantitative methods. Using random sampling techniques, data retrieval uses the Cognitive Flexibility Scale (CFS) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) questionnaires. The subjects of this study were 55 health workers working at hospitals in Malang, with the professional criteria of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and midwives. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression test. The results of this study show that cognitive flexibility has a 33.3% effect on reducing stress levels in healthcare workers. Employees contributions are noticed by the company, so efforts made to meet its employees needs are focused on how organizational support is given that employees are satisfied with their jobs. The study used quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample sampling technique used accidental sampling in which researchers do not use any particular planning in the subject retrieval. Research subjects number 212 with permanent employee criteria for a two-year minimum. The instruments used were surveys of Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction Survey. The data analysis used is Pearson correlation. The study suggests that there is positive relationship between perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction with a value of p = .000 (p = < .05). As for the power of the relationship between the two, it is rated strong with value R = .693. This suggests that both variables are unionized in that if perceptions of organizational support are high, the greater the opportunity for job satisfaction arises. The imbalance between the world of work and the personal life of employees can interfere with daily activities so that it can cause problems both in the world of work and in personal life. One of those who are considered capable of being able to better balance between personal and work life is the impulse in the individual to constantly move towards his life goals. Therefore, this study aims to test the role of the Adversity Quotient on the Work-Life Balance. A total of 150 employees actively participated in this study which was obtained using the Convenience Sampling technique. The instruments used are the Work/non-work Interference and Enhancement Scale and the Adversity Response Profile. The results of a simple linear regression test show that the Adversity Quotient is able to predict the Employee's Work-Life Balance. This means that the higher the Adversity Quotient, the higher the Work-Life Balance felt by employees. Keywords: adversity quotient, employee, work-life balance

The news about the Covid 19 virus has made people with lower middle socioeconomic status who work in traditional market worried about this virus. How they thinking about covid 19 reflected in their daily behavior at traditional market. They anxiety that reflected by their behavior become predictor how they thinking about the covid 19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of anxiety on the perception of the risk of the danger of covid 19 virus. This study is a quantitative research using survey method. There are 166 participant who surveyed by accidental sampling with some criterias; male and female traditional markets worker and aged 18-61 years. The data collected by instruments; Covid 19 Pperceived Risk Scales (CPRS) and State Trait Anxiety Inventory-Trait (STAI-T) and analized using simple regression. Cases of violence in early adolescent still often occur due to lack of emotional regulation. One of the factors behind adolescent emotional intelligence is parental attachment. This study aims to determine the relationship between father attachment and emotional intelligence in early adolescence and the relationship between mother attachment and emotional intelligence in early adolescence. The research design is correlational quantitative research with sampling using non-probability voluntary sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 237 early adolescents aged 12-15 years and had both parents. The scale used in this study is an attachment scale using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment Revised Version (IPPA-R) and an emotional intelligence scale using a scale based on Goleman's theory. Pearson's correlation analysis showed that there was a relationship between attachment of father (r = 0.288; p < 0.05) and mother (r = 0.415; p < 0.05) with emotional intelligence in early adolescence.
