Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professionalism and teacher work commitment on the quality of teaching of Class X students in Middle School in Lempuing District. To achieve these objectives, using quantitative research methods. This research was conducted by SMA/MA in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, with a sample of 174 teachers from 8 SMA/MA selected by purposive sampling technique and used as the study population. Data collection techniques are systematic observation, literature study, questionnaires, and documentation. The operational definitions of the variables that will be presented are the operational definitions of the variables of professionalism (X 1 ), teacher work commitment (X 2 ) and the quality of learning of class X students of middle school in Lempuing sub-district ( Y). Based on the research that has been done, the results show that (1) there is a positive influence between teacher professionalism on the learning quality of class X Middle School in Lempuing sub-district, (2) there is a positive influence between teacher commitment to the quality of learning for class X Middle School in Lempuing sub-district, and (3) there is a positive influence between teacher professionalism and teacher commitment to the quality of learning for class X Middle School in the Lempuing sub-district.

Abstract

Stock name is a process for calculating incoming and outgoing goods by inventory bookkeeping records. Manual calculations will take a very long time, and the risk of error is very high, so the presentation of the inventory report is hampered because it does not match the predetermined time. The stock opname information system with the Waterfall method can make it easier to accurately calculate the amount of stock inventory and can minimize the counting time to be faster. So that inventory reports can be generated quickly, accurately and on time.

Abstract

Currently many people are interested in entrepreneurship in various fields by using the sophistication of information technology. This has become a phenomenon and a huge business opportunity, one of which is Box Packaging. The need for packaging a product every day is increasing. The main function of a packaging is to protect the product so it is not easily damaged. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages to make it easier for management to report the results every month, provides information and understanding in designing ordering systems. As a result to search for a problem on the web. Can find out how the manufacturing process and materials to make a box. With this web- based packaging box ordering information system, it can make it easier for admins and customers to process packaging box orders. Because the application is equipped with online ordering so that the admin can easily manage customer data. It is hoped that it will make it easier for the admin so that purchase and payment transactions are stored more securely so as to minimize loss of customer data and customers can also consult packaging boxes first so that they are according to their wishes.

Abstract

The research background is that the low level of students' ability to write fables is inadequate. There are some students who have adequate writing skills but are lazy to write, because the learning system is monotonous and teacher centered. The problems raised are, (1) Is there an effect of the Problem Based Learning Model on the skills of writing fables in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang. The method used in this study is a Quasi-Experimental type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design using experimental and control class study groups. The purpose of this study was to increase the learning activities of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang during the learning process using the Problem Based Learning Model, and to improve skills in writing fables through the application of the Problem Based Learning Model to class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakuhaji Tangerang. This research was conducted in two stages, namely Pretest and Posttest. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Problem Based Learning Model in fable writing skills can improve students' writing skills. The increase in students' fable writing skills can be seen from the average learning outcomes of writing skills using the Problem Based Learning Model of 70, while the average value of the results of students' fable writing skills who do not use the Problem Based Learning Model is 63. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students' fable writing skills experienced a significant increase.

Abstract

Banks must adhere to the fiduciary and prudential principles in their management as a financial institution whose operational activities are channelling and storing funds to and from the public. Every banking institution operating in Indonesia must go hand in hand with implementing the national development program. This statement is also in line with the objectives of the bank that must be achieved, one of which is to support the implementation of national development as outlined in Article 4 of the Banking Law. Because of this, the function and purpose of banking institutions is to manage public funds and expedite the implementation of national economic development. Research Methods uses normative juridical research methods, a process to find legal rules, principles and doctrines to answer the legal issues at hand. The results of research on HKI credit as an object of bank credit guarantees and revisions regarding Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No. 9/6/PBI/2007 concerning Asset Quality Rating for Commercial Banks related to credit collateral is one of the main factors why the bank has not been able to accept IPR as the object of bank credit guarantees. To realize this renewal concept, strict and detailed juridical support regarding IPR assets as objects of bank credit guarantees, comprehensive outreach, and an IPR appraisal institution in Indonesia are needed.

Abstract

Whereas in labour relations, there are often obstacles, such as termination of employment. For workers, this study uses a normative juridical approach in the form of a case approach by conducting a study of related cases, which have become court decisions that have permanent legal force. The case study in this research is related to the Deed of Peace Number 1404/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tng. This study aims to determine the legal protection of compensation rights for termination of employment using directors' assets and the constraints faced. The results of this study explain the termination of employment for workers at PT. Aemka Putra Satria towards 6 (six) workers who have worked for 15 years. Due to the company's incompetence and no company assets that can be used to pay for workers' rights, the directors' good faith and moral responsibility, a Debt Payment Agreement (Severance Payment) was made on November 28, 2019. The value of workers' rights is Rp—900,000.000 (nine hundred million rupiah). The directors ' assets will be paid by selling land with a Certificate of Ownership No. 07578, located in Gang Ronyok Binong Tangerang with an area of ​​775 m2 with estimated sales of Rp. 1,550,000,000. Because there was no realization of the agreement, the workers, through their attorneys, filed a lawsuit for default at the Tangerang District Court on December 23, 2021. Based on the mediation results, a Peace Agreement was produced to be determined in the peace settlement (Acta van dating). Based on the Deed of Peace Number 1404/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tng, the Panel of Judges at the Tangerang District Court determined the peace agreement in the Establishment of the Deed of Peace, in which the parties must comply with the agreement of the parties that had been approved.

Abstract

Many political events that Saeful Zaman Channel can discuss and criticize daily are the background of this research with the theme "Strategy for Packaging Political Content on the Saeful Zaman YouTube Channel". This research aims to determine the content packaging strategy in terms of the settings on the YouTube account, the stages of content production, and the benefits of political content for viewers. This research method is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the study show that a content packaging strategy can be created through efforts to package account settings on YouTube Studio as a media identity that must be able to radiate a positive image to the public supported by story ideas that can speak for the public interest, then during live streaming it is important for YouTubers to show interaction with the audience, through the YouTuber's response to each viewer's comment as well as analyzing the comments, then from the benefits of content it must be able to provide more value than just conveying information, namely being a means to change people's mindset so that they are more sensitive and concerned about the current social and political situation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the motivation, compensation, and physical work environment on the performance of the employees of the Kumun Health Center in Sungai Penuh City, a total of 43 respondents. Collecting data in this study's primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods, while the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and test the coefficient of determination. Partially, there is an influence between motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Kumun Health Center in Sungai Penuh City as evidenced by the value of t count ≥ t table(2.874 ≥ 2.02269)with a significant value = 0.007< 0.05. Where is the magnitude of the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of the Kumun Health Center in Sungai Penuh City is 0.072%. There is a positive and significant influence between compensation (X2) partially on employee performance (Y) Kumun Health Center in Sungai Penuh Cityas evidenced by the value of t count ≥ t table (4.484≥ 2.02269) with a significant value = 0.000 <0.05. The compensation amount for the performance of the Kumun Health Center employees in Sungai Penuh City is 32.3%. There is a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment (X3) partially on the performance of employees (Y) at the Kumun Health Center in Sungai Penuh Cityas evidenced by the value of t count ≥ t table (3.228 ≥ 2.02269 ) with a significant value = 0.003 <0.05. The magnitude of the physical work environment on the performance of the Kumun Health Center employees in Sungai Penuh City was 19.3%. There is a simultaneous influence between motivation (X1), compensation (X2), and physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) which is 51.7%. The remaining 48.3% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

BAF Bussan Auto Finance is a financial service provider company focusing on financing new motorbikes specifically for the Yamaha brand. Not only providing financing services for Yamaha brand motorcycles, Bussan Auto Finance also provides financing for car loans, electronic devices, gadgets, furniture, and agricultural machinery. Therefore, PT. BAF realizes there must be concrete steps to increase motivation and morale between employees and leaders. This study aims to determine organizational communication strategies for increasing the motivation and morale of Motor Yahama employees. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) has the vision to become a leading and trusted finance company for customers, business partners, employees and the public. To realize this vision, Bussan Auto Finance has a mission to provide the best financial solutions for the welfare of society. The research method used is qualitative research with observations, interviews, and documentation conducted on Toyota Perintis Sales Department employees. The research results obtained by drawing this conclusion are the company's organizational communication strategy in increasing motivation and achieving good credit sales targets so that companies can achieve optimal or desired profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural aspects, values, norms, and arts contained in the Novel Senandung Cinta di Lembah Papua by Pujia Achmad. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, because qualitative research prioritizes the depth of appreciation of the interactions between concepts. The novel describes a long prose essay and contains a series of stories of a person's life with the people around him and highlights the nature of each behavior and the form of the story or stories that are depicted by the characters in fictional events, the value of reason and mind that a person has to develop human power and activity. The focus of this research It is important to clearly define the boundaries of the problem. This research can provide benefits for the scientific development of Indonesian literature, especially in studying Indonesian novels with the study of Sociology of Literature. Humans and society, become objects of natural sciences. Based on the results of the research, it has been concluded that the cultural background aspects contained in the Novel Senandung Cinta in the Valley of Papua have cultural aspects. This aspect contained in the Novel Senandung Cinta in the Valley of Papua describes the beliefs of the ancestors which are the guideline for people's lives as an example of good behavior and are expected to be role models for the people of Papua. In literary works, it can also describe a series of stories of a person's life with the people around him and highlight the behavior of the author of the literary work. For example, novels. The novel is primarily a prose genre, with a length that can more or less fill one or two small volumes depicting real life in a fairly broad plot.
