Abstract

The research we conducted was motivated by the low learning motivation of students at Sanggar Guidance Subang Mewah Selangor Malaysia in learning English. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing multimedia animaker in increasing motivation to learn English. The research method used in this research is pre-experimental with a one group pretest and posttest design. The research sample consisted of 32 students from class I to class V, and the sampling technique was total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in order to measure the level of student learning motivation, and the data analysis technique used a paired sample test. The research results we obtained from the pretest with an average score of 28, while the average posttest score was 42. With a total of 884 pretests and a total of 1353 posttests. The use of animation in the learning process is a supporting element to increase learning motivation and make it easier for teachers to enrich the material. teach by utilizing technology. The responses given by students and teachers to the application of animaker in English learning were positive. So that after using animaker, students are able to play an active role, feel pleasure and enthusiasm so that the learning process runs effectively. So from processing this data it can be concluded that the application of multimedia animaker has had a significant impact on increasing motivation to learn English among students at Sanggar Guidance Subang Mewah Selangor Malaysia. Abstract

Abstract The learning process carried out with various media to achieve the goals of an effective and efficient learning process is not always suitable, the cause is usually due to learning habits, lack of interest and understanding of students, there are several factors for student failure in achieving effective and efficient learning goals including internal factors that usually come from the students themselves, such as poor understanding of the material, lack of motivation, external factors usually come from outside the students such as the learning environment, family, and lack of use of learning media. Based on observations of teachers during the learning process, it shows that student activity in the learning process during learning is low and passive, students only receive material, lack of interest in paying attention to the material presented by the teacher, students are less brave in expressing their opinions, so that student understanding is very minimal in mathematics learning material. Good learning construction is if the learning is carried out centered on students. Therefore, as a solution to the problems in this study, the author applies the Bamboozle application, where students' understanding of learning focuses on students who work on or understand the material through the Bamboozle application. As well as for evaluation of assessments and to find out the extent to which students understand the learning material and show their interest in the learning material provided and increased learning outcomes. The results of the research from the implementation of the Bamboozle Application have the final results of the calculation of the hypothesis test (t-test) are known to have an average posttest result of 83.33 while the pretest value is 68.33 so that it is known that the posttest learning outcome score is greater than the pretest. It is also known that the Tcount value is 2.247, the Ttable value is 2.179. So it can be concluded that Tcount> Ttable (2.247> 2.179) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (p = 0.000 <0.05), so it can be stated that there is a significant difference in increasing mathematical understanding and a significant increase in learning outcomes in the Pretest and posttest values. Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in determining the direction and success of educational institution management, including financial matters. This study examines how leadership styles influence the planning and management of educational financing in educational institutions. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires. The questionnaire instrument was developed based on indicators of transformational and transactional leadership styles, principles of educational financial management, and good governance values. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that leaders who adopt participatory and communicative styles can effectively involve various stakeholders in the budgeting process, maintain transparency, and improve the efficiency of fund utilization. Good communication between leaders and staff also supports smooth collaboration and fosters a sense of ownership toward institutional financial policies. These findings suggest that the success of educational financial management is not solely dependent on the size of the budget, but also on the leadership quality in managing it. Therefore, enhancing the leadership capacity of educational leaders is essential to ensure that institutions operate more effectively and responsibly.

Abstract

Statistics learning at elementary school level often faces difficulties in conveying abstract concepts. One approach that can improve students' understanding is the application of project-based learning (PjBL) with differentiation. This study aims to test the effect of the differentiated PBL model on Statistics material on student learning outcomes in grade VI of SDN Gondang 1. This study uses a quantitative pre-experimental approach with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique that obtained 31 students as the experimental group. The instruments given were pre- and post-learning tests. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-tests and n-gain to measure improvements in students' understanding. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, with a significance value of 0.000, indicating that the differentiated PjBL model is effective in influencing the learning outcomes of statistical concepts. However, based on the n-gain calculation, the increase in students' average scores of 19.19% is included in the low category. Although there was a significant increase, these results indicate that the implementation of the differentiated PBL model requires further strengthening to improve its effectiveness. Abstract

The preparation of the School Work and Budget Plan at the primary school level is an important instrument in supporting the achievement of national education goals. This article aims to analyze the importance of preparing RKAS based on the actual needs of students and the challenges faced in its implementation. This research uses a literature study method with a descriptive analytical approach through a review of various literature sources, education regulations, and previous research results. The results showed that more than 60% of primary schools still prepare RKAS by copying the previous year's budget pattern without considering the development of students' needs and curriculum dynamics. This condition creates a gap between the needs-based planning principles mandated in the policy and the practices that occur in the field. This article recommends increasing the capacity of school principals through training in needs analysis-based RKAS preparation, strengthening monitoring and evaluation of budget implementation, and optimizing school community participation with the support of simple technology. With more data-based planning and real needs, RKAS can become a strategic instrument to improve the quality of learning and primary school management in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research is based on students low scores learning outcomes in learning two-dimensional shapes at grade IV SDN 13 Sitiung. This is because students consider mathematics a difficult subject, in the process of learning mathematics, there is less use of media to convey messages and facilitate understanding of concepts and memory for students so that learning becomes monotonous and boring. On the other hand, there is a tendency that students are quite passive, students' willingness to ask questions and low enthusiasm for learning when participating in the learning process so that students do not understand the material which results in low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in learning outcomes through tangram media in Mathematics subjects of grade IV of SDN Sitiung 13 Academic Year 2024/2025 on two-dimensional shapes. This type of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR), a type of research conducted by the teacher in her own classrooms to solve learning problems and improve the quality of teaching. With 20 students as subjects, this research was conducted for 2 cycles, each cycle was conducted 2 meeting with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study shows that the learning outcomes of students in cycle I are 55% then increased by 40% because in cycle II it increased to 95%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of media can improve the learning outcomes of students in the Mathematics subject of class IV of SD Negeri 13 Sitiung in the 2024/2025 Academic Year

Abstract

Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas III pada saat proses pembelajaran, tingkat pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran masih kurang dipahami, pada proses pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) terjadi ke tidak sesuain kenyataan dengan apa yang di inginkan,masih kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Berbantu Canva Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 3 Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS SDN 01 Pulau Punjung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan eksperimen dengan metode penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Design yang digunakan yaitu tipe one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang berjumlah 28 orang pada kelas III. Desain pada kelas eksperimen tidak di pilih secara random. Penelitian ini melibatkan satu kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen. Hasil belajar dapat diketahui dengan cara tes sebanyak dua kali yaitu sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah menggunakan media (post- test). Berdasarkan hasil uji Independent Samples Test diperoleh hasil signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai signifikasi 0,000<0,05 maka hasil uji paired sample t test dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penerapan Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Berbantu Canva Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 3 Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS SDN 01 Pulau Punjung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran humanistik dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), yang menitikberatkan pada sisi kemanusiaan, emosi, serta pengalaman individu peserta didik. Tujuan utama dari kajian ini adalah menciptakan proses belajar yang bermakna dan berpusat pada siswa, sekaligus mendorong tumbuhnya kesadaran diri, empati, dan penghayatan terhadap nilai-nilai spiritual. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi literatur, tulisan ini menguraikan teori dasar, prinsip, strategi implementasi, serta tantangan dalam pelaksanaan model humanistik dalam PAI. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius dan integritas moral peserta didik, meskipun penerapannya menuntut kesiapan guru dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Interest is a sense of curiosity, to increase students' sense of interest, perseverance, and skills. Therefore, to foster students' interest in learning, researchers use a learning method using an outing class. Learning outside the classroom or commonly called Outting class is learning outside of school to increase student activity so that they do not get bored easily and also increase student creativity outside the classroom. The purpose of the outing class is to increase student interest in learning through direct experience outside the classroom. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative method with a literature study that focuses on the description and detailed understanding of the phenomenon being studied. The results of this research from the idea of ​​thinking are that the outing class learning strategy can help and foster student interest in learning and with this outting class learning students are able to develop their creativity in learning and make learning less boring. The results of this literature study research can complement theoretically and practically in fostering student interest in learning by using the outting class method.
