Abstract

One of compulsory requirement of zakat maal (wealth) is baliqh and rational people, then children and madman haven’t to pay zakat, but Imam Syafii in his Bible Al-Umm obligate zakat maal toward children and madman. In this case explained that they got prevalent wealth. The aim of this research is to know and analyze hoe Imam Syafii’s opinion about obligation of wealth zakat to children and madman. This research used library research by using primary law substance that was a Al-Umm bible. On the other hand, secondary law substance was bible that related with this research. After obtaining the data and arranging in a clear framework by using analysis content method and descriptive. The result of research was Imam Syafii in his Bible Al-Umm obligated wealth zakat to children and madman. In this case the obligation to get prevalent wealth such as heritage and living that gave by parents. The cause of distinction was theologian’s comprehension was different toward generality of surat At-Taubah ayat 103 and obligation requirement of provision in paying zakat. Istinbat method that was used by Imam Syafii was qiyas. Beside that he also stated based on hadits,” please looking for orphan’s wealth by using a good measure as a religious meal”. Shadaqah means wealth zakat By considering ikhtiat toward obligation and looking at terrible threat to people who were unwilling for paying zakat, so the children and madman obligate for paying zakat maal (wealth), in this case zakat was paid by rheir guardian.[Salah satu syarat wajib zakat mal (harta) adalah baligh dan berakal, maka anak kecil dan orang gila tidak diwajibkan membayar zakat. Teapi Imam Syafi’i didalam kitabnya Al-Umm mewajibkan zakat mal atas anak kecil dan orang gila. Hal ini sebagaimana wajibnya mereka mendapatkan harta yang sudah lazim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pendapat Imam Syafi’i tentang kewajiban zakat harta bagi anak kecil dan orang gila. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  kepustakaan (library research) dengan bahan hukum primer yaitu Kitab Al-Umm. Sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder yaitu kitab/buku yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Setelah data dikumpulkan dan disusun dalam kerangka yang jelas, lalu dianalisa dengan menggunkan metode Conten Analysis dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu bahwa Imam Syafii didalam kitabnya Al-Umm mewajibkan zakat harta atas anak kecil dan orang gila. Hal ini sebagaimana wajibnya mereka mendapatkan harta yang sudah lazim. Seperti warisan atau nafkah atas orang tua. Sebab  terjadinya perbedaan, karena pemahaman para ulama yang berbeda terhadap keumuman surat At-taubah ayat 103 dan ketentuan syarat wajib dalam mengeluarkan zakat. Metode istinbat yang digunakan Imam Syafii adalah qiyas. Selain itu beliau juga berlandaskan hadits, “Carilah dalam harta anak-anak yatim takaran yang baik sebagai shadaqah”. Maksud shadaqah disitu adalah zakat harta. Dengan mempertimbangkan kehati-hatian (ikhtiat) terhadap kewajiban zakat dan melihat dahsatnya acaman bagi orang-orang yang enggan membayar zakat, maka sebaiknya anak kecil dan orang gila wajib untuk mengeluarkan zakat mal (harta), dalam hal ini dibayarkan oleh walinya.]

Abstract

“Unknown, therefore unloved”, “Tak Tak Cinta Sayang So”. This phrase became the basis of the author writing a paper about getting to know the culture of the nation itself, especially the Malay culture. Similarly, many generation who do not know even forgetting the culture of his own people. Therefore, this paper tries to remind us all, especially the generation now to get closer to culture. The results showed that the cultured, then someone will come appreciate what has been championed by the heroes and parents earlier. And with the memory of its own culture, customs realize meaningfully participate in accordance with the guidance of the Shari’ah. As the saying goes, “Indigenous jointed Personality Personality” jointed ‘Book of Allah’. Hopefully this article provides benefits to the reader as well.

Abstract

Class Action research with the title “Implementation Demonstration methods through Audio Visual Media to improve the results of the learning science learners Class I SD Negeri 5 Bengkalis “ written by Hj Elnaledy, S.Pd.SD Research was based on by the existence of its problem faced in the learning process in SD Negeri 5 Bengkalis learners weak in self and the understanding of the material that is taught by the teacher and especially Buddhists. Because learners consider Science subjects much material that must be made ritual and must be applied. Addressing these problems, need to be developed appropriate learning methods and effective methods of demonstration through audio visual media that can improve the results of the study learners. The formulation of the problem in the writing of the PTK is: (1) How the implementation of the demonstration method can improve the results of the study IPApeserta students of SD 5 Bengkalis. (2) How the results of the learning science students of SD 5 Bengkalis after using the method demonstration through audio visual media. The objective of this research is (1) to explain the implementation of the method demonstration through audio visual media on subjects IIPAmateri Apply how to care for and pray for the sick and train yourself to keep their minds when sick on the students of grade 1 in SD Negeri 5 Bengkalis. (2) to describe the improvement of the learning results obtained learners with the implementation of the method demonstration through audio visual media on the subjects of Buddhism. Research design that is used is a Class Action Research (Class Action Research as much as two cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. While the collection of data using, test, questionnaires, note the field, and documentation that directly in the field. The source of the data from this research is the learners class I SD Negeri 5 Bengkalis. Data analysis used include data reduction, presentation of data and the withdrawal of the conclusion. Indicators of success in this research when mastering learners reached 75 percent of goals that should be achieved with the value of the KKM 75. The results of the study showed that the results of learning learners has increased from I cycle to the cycle II, namely at cycle I with the value of the average 73,3 (60%) and at cycle II with an average of 80 (85,7%). Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the method demonstration through audio visual media can improve the results of the study of science lesson materials identifying objects in the environment around based on characteristics by observation and know the things that can be changed shape on the class I SD Negeri 5 Bengkalis.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent to which character values can be embedded in students in the management process in learning citizenship education. Limitation of value assessment is seen as limited to interactive social communication in the classroom through learning. Research method by describing how the process of managing learning itself. The results obtained are seen how the formation of student karate values in civic education through the interaction process in wellmanaged learning. With this result, even though there is only one semester of learning time, it can be seen that the character pattern that is embedded in students is done in Arabic language students.

Abstract

The research focused on the implementation of cooperative learning student team’s achievement division (STAD) to improve students’ achievement in biology science of seventh grade at SMPN 6 Dumai. The research was conducted on August up to December 2015. The subject of the research was seventh grade students at SMPN 6 Dumai. There was 35 respondents included 15 males and 20 females. The research finding showed that the average absorption of students in daily test in first cycle is 68,6 (enough), on second cycle is increased 78,3 (good). The students’ learning completeness in first cycle was 74,3% and the second cycle was 97,1%. The average of students’ activity in first cycle is 90% (good) and second cycle is 100% (very good). Based on the finding, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model student teams achievement division (STAD) can improve biology science students in learning outcomes of seventh grade at SMPN 6 Dumai.___________________Keywords: Teaching Creativities, Student Team’s Achievement Divisions

Abstract

Dari pengamatan penulis sebagai guru dikelas, hasil belajarsiswa SMP Negeri 2 kls VIII dalam bahasa Inggris masih rendah, hal ini disebabkan model pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi atau monoton. Guru hanya mengandalkan kemampuan dirinya dalam berceramah secara klasikal, guru kurang menggunakan media pembelajaran yang sehingga siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar dan hasil belajar rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipeStudent Teams Achieviement Division (STAD). pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achieviement Division adalah suatu lingkungan belajar bersama dan bekerja sama dalam susatu kelompik kecil untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas Akademik  dalam proses pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar bahasa Inggris meningkat,Pada siklus I ketuntasan individu siswa terdapat sebanyak 17 (77%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas 5 (23%). Setelah dilakukan perbaikan tindakan pada siklus II, ketuntasan individu siswa  meningkat menjadi 20 (91%) siswa yang tuntas dan sebanyak 2 (9%) siswa yang tidak tuntas, mengalami peningkatan sebesar (14%).

Abstract

Nowadays, collusion and nepotism are considered as the worst indicator of moral decline in social life in our country. That behaviours are product of inhuman social-politic and economic relation. It was the principle of justice violation, and the continuity in doing that violation by moslem people would cause disaster. Therefore manipulation and misapplication of power and authority usually begin from bad attitude of certain community that effects moral degradation in various of life aspects, it intimidates right and obligation equality and covers the value of justice that encouraged by the al-Quran and as-Sunnah.___________________Keywords: Collusion, Nepotism, al-Quran.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membuktikan bahwa bina damai terorisme yang dilakukan di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) dan di luar Lapas dapat berjalan baik dengan pendekatan nasionalisme keagamaan. Keberhasilan strategi bina damai ditandai kesediaan narapidana terorisme bekerjasama dengan pemerintah untuk memberi informasi jaringan dan kepatuhan terhadap Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan teori konflik dan teori identitas sosial dalam menganalisis pelaku tindak pidana terorisme dan masyarakat partisipan. Pelaku teror merupakan kelompok minoritas yang mengalami kekecewaan akibat tidak terakomodir kepentingannya.

Abstract

Management is a process to achieve a goal in the organization by carrying out activities from the main function, namely planning, organizing, leaders, and controlling. So that, the activities reaches the goals or objectives that have been set to develop the quality of the organization. Learning as an action in a planned and basic way, through a process of “action” (one-way communication between teachers and students), “interaction” (communication in many directions, namely between students and instructors, instructors and students, as well as students with participants other students) its resulting changes of behaviors. Learning management is a thought to carry out teaching tasks by applying the principles of learning, as well as through steps, which include planning, implementation, and evaluation in order to achieve education goals.
