The rapid development of technology and information in the digital era has an impact on the increasing use of social media which has brought significant changes to society. Social media has now been used by the community for various purposes, one of which is as a means of finding a partner or what we are familiar with as the phenomenon of online dating or cyber romantic relationships. The absence of a physical presence in cyber romantic relationships can lead to increased uncertainty. By using a qualitative descriptive approach method by collecting various previous studies, this writing was done to find out how the implementation of the uncertainty reduction theory of the cyber romantic relationship phenomenon in Indonesia. The results of this paper reveal that the relationships that exist in cyber romantic relationships tend to take place quickly from the introduction process to the commitment stage. Also, individuals communicate to reduce uncertainty. Kelompok Sadar Wisata atau Pokdarwis Pantai Kelapa Panyuran Tuban dibentuk untuk mengembangkan kelompok masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan di bidang ekonomi serta memiliki kesiapan dan kepedulian di sekitar destinasi pariwisata agar berperan sebagai tuan rumah yang baik, penggerak sadar wisata dan sapta pesona dalam upaya pembentukan local branding wisata yang berbasiskan kearifan local (pengembangan potensi alam, social dan budaya masyarakat setempat). Sehingga pada akhirnya, keberadaan destinasi wisata Pantai Kelapa Panyuran Tuban mempunyai posisi tawar yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan wisata yang lain di Tuban. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pola Komunikasi Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Dalam Mengembangkan Pantai Kelapa Panyuran Tuban Sebagai Destinasi Wisata Berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisa data Model Miles dan Huberman yaitu aktivitas análisis data reduction, data display dan conclusión drawing/verivication. Selain itu penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber yaitu membandingkan atau mengecek ulang derajat kepercayaan suatu informasi yang diperoleh dari sumber yang berbeda. Hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa Pola komunikasi Pokdarwis dengan formasi semua arah dimana individu pada semua posisi dimungkinkan untuk mengirim dan menerima informasi ke segala arah. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil temuan bahwasanya ketua Pokdarwis Pantai kelapa selalu berkoordinasi dengan semua pengurus, pedagang dan pengunjung di Pantai Kelapa tanpa terkecuali dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Jadi dalam penyampaian pesan dan penerimaan pesan terjadi kesegala arah tidak ada yang ditutupi semua terbuka untuk kepentingan bersama dalam memajukan Pariwisata Pantai Kelapa Panyuran dengan mengedepankan unggah ungguh dan adat istiadat setempat. Kesimpulannya dalam Pokdarwis Pantai Kelapa menggunakan pola komunikasi semua arah sehingga komunikasi dapat berjalan efektif.

This research is aimed to describe the communication patterns of the Presidential Palace journalists when they want to get and write news. The journalists who were assigned in Predidential Palace must come from different media. There were dozens of journalists from various media who were assigned in the Presidential Palace. However, the Presidential Palace journalists had been seen as prestigious because they were assigned in important posts. This research used a constructivist paradigm approach. The dats collection was carried out by observing and interviewing the journalists in the field. In writing news, the Presidential Palace journalists were also bounded by the agreement between the journalists from various media who are assigned to the Presidential Palace. The results showed that Presidential Palace journalists shared news with each other and established communication, so that everyone could get news. Among the Presidential Palace journalists, sharing the results of interviews was common. This condition made the news that appeared in various media, especially online, to be almost the same, even though the angle chosen is different. This study uses qualitative research, the subject of this research is public relations management in SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang in shaping the quality of digital-based education services. Digitalization systems in improving the quality of education services such as using virtual accounts in the process of paying school fees. The role of public relations in improving the quality of digitalization-based education at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang . Already implementing a digitalization system in conveying information about student development, student financial administration, attendance, student and teacher attendance and so on The policies formulated by SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang related to the implementation of public relations management in improving digitalization-based education services have been formulated properly and accordingly the needs of stakeholders are also realized through various strategic programs. Although overall it has not yet fulfilled the stages of good policy formulation. Public relations management has a role in the dissemination of policies and commitment in implementing the ability to improve the quality of education based on digitalization at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang , the management planning process in improving digitalization-based education services is considered sufficient. good and cooperative by involving related elements. Product without halal certification still become pro and contra in Indonesia's people whose mostly Muslim. These phenomena cause cognitive dissonance in some of Indonesia's people consumer behavior. This dissonance happens because there are values and culture that influence the consumer behavior on products without halal certification buying process. With those phenomena, this research examines the dissonance process of buying the products without halal certification. The research method used is the literature review, using secondary data from scientific journals, books, and media articles. This study aims to determine the communication accommodation strategy in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic which occurred in teaching and learning activities in English at the elementary, junior high, senior high school and vocational school levels in Jakarta and also to determine the obstacles in communication accommodation strategies in the learning process. This study uses an exploratory method with Communication Accommodation Theory as a reference for data analysis used to discuss the possibility of a new phenomenon that has not been found in previous research and to examine phenomena in the context of real life. The results showed that the convergence strategy in communication accommodation in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic was mostly carried out by English teachers at the SD, SMP, SMA, and SMK levels. This is to show that the teaching and learning delivery process is easier for students to understand and accept during online learning. In addition, based on the results of the interview, the researcher found that there were obstacles and impacts that were felt in the teaching and learning process taking place. This study aims to determine the organizational control team of the TikaUdjo production program. The proposed research statement is what the organization controls on the TikaUdjo program production team. The theory that researchers use to obtain data uses organizational control theory. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivism paradigm. The research subjects are producers, assistant producers and broadcasters in obtaining accurate data, and the object of research is the control of the production team of the TikaUdjo program organization on Bahana Radio 101.8 FM Jakarta. Collecting data obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation conducted on key informants and informants. Other data were obtained from Key Informants, informants, and various other data sources. The results of this study indicate that the TikaUdjo program production team at Radio Bahana 101.8 FM Jakarta consistently implements four concepts of organizational control theory by Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney, and their colleagues. Humor can be used to convey messages, one of which is about COVID-19. Using humor in conveying messages of COVID-19 is done by one of the humor writers in Bandung, Taufik Faturohman, through his Instagram account @t_faturohman. Messages posted on the account are writes in Sundanese. The choice of Sundanese language and humor in conveying messages is conducted to make messages easier to receive, and the receivers feel entertained. In addition, the use of Sundanese language remains sustainable. This study analyses messages related to COVID-19 on the @t_faturohman Instagram account, using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through text observation and library source enrichment. The object of his research is posts related to COVID-19. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. Health communication is a systematic effort that has a positive impact on the health practice of a large population. The Covid-19 pandemic, which is felt quite suddenly, caused confusion from all sectors, one of which is the health sector. The health sector in Indonesia looks unprepared for this pandemic in communicating the Covid-19 virus to the public. Therefore, health communication, which is part of mass communication, is one of the communication models that can give information the public about health. The focus in this research is on health communication strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is literature study. This research is motivated by the importance of political communication strategies for winning in regional head elections. The purpose of this study is to determine the political communication strategy in winning the regional head candidate pair. The theory used in this study is the theory of political communication strategy and the descriptions of other supporting theories about political communication strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative case study. The data used in this study include primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interviews with seven informants from the Hendri-ita winning post. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from journal literature, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis in this study followed the guidelines of the case study research design. The results of this study indicate that the political communication strategy of the regional head candidate pair is carried out by considering the characteristics of the communication components which are communicators, message content, media, communicants, and feedback. Afterwards, through the consideration of the communication. The communication strategy gave the regional head candidate pair victory in the 2020 Semarang regional head election.
