Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine the impact of Geometry Play Media on early childhood. The experimental group and the control group are used in this investigation. This is a quantitative research strategy using an Experimental Design and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was 30 children of TK ABA 31 Semarang; the samples in class A were 15 children, and the samples in class B were 15 children. This research will use a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is done if there are too few members of the population. Therefore, all members of the population are used as research samples. Techniques for gathering data include observation, documentation, and unstructured tests. The normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test were employed in this study’s data analysis methodologies. According to the independent sample t-test calculation, the significance value of the control class pre-test is 0.001 < 0.05, and the value of the experimental class pre-test is 0.001 < 0.05. The significance value of the control class post-test is 0.000 < 0.05, and the value of the experimental class post-test is 0.000 < 0.05. As a result, the conclusion of the research conducted by researchers using Ho is rejected, whereas Ha is approved, indicating that the geometry media has a substantial influence on the numeracy skills of TK ABA 31 students in Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to focus on innovation in the development of QR Code-based Al-Qur'an Hadith and Fiqh textbooks that are directly accessible via YouTube links so that students become more interested in learning independently and enthusiastic about the learning process. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) method with a 4-D development model developed by Thiagarajan (define, design, develop, disseminate). Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, pre-test, post-test, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis and technical analysis of the Paired Sample T-Test. Based on the results of the validation that has been carried out, the development of my mother's teaching of Al-Qur'an Hadith and Fiqh QR Code was stated to be "very appropriate" with the percentage of material experts was 84% for Al-Quran Hadith and 179% for Fiqh while the assessment from material experts was 192%. Therefore, the development of teaching mothers is effectively and efficiently used as teaching materials or the latest references to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quizizz games on increasing motivation and social studies learning outcomes for class VII students of SMPN 7 Purwokerto. This experimental research design uses two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The data collection technique used interviews, tests (pre-test and post-test), and observation with a sample of 74 students from 286 students from class VII SMP N 7 Purwokerto. The purposive sampling technique showed that the class used as the control class was class VIIB, with a total of 34 students. The treatment was given using traditional learning methods. Class VII A is used as an experimental class with the learning process using the Quizizz learning application. Based on the results of research conducted by Quizizz, learning media can be declared capable of increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. The effect of Quizizz learning media on increasing motivation and learning outcomes using the test declares the Wilcoxon value of Asymp. The sign (2-tailed) is 0.000. Because the Asymp. Sign (2-tailed) is less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, so it is concluded that the use of learning media based on Quizizz educational games has an effect on increasing motivation and learning outcomes of social studies class VII students of SMPN 7 Purwokerto.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence Succession Planning has on Organizational Sustainability through the role of Transformational Leadership, Learning Agility, and Resilience using the SEM-PLS method. This research uses quantitative methods to analyze the influence of Succession Planning on Organizational Sustainability through the roles of Transformational Leadership, Learning Agility, and Resilience. The research used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. Primary research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents from a total population of 170 employees. The questionnaire contains structured questions that include the variables studied and filled in by respondents online or offline. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive methods using an SEM PLS. The data obtained from the questionnaires were processed and explained statistically by testing the data using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and testing through SmartPLS 4.0, it was found that organizational sustainability can be influenced by learning agility and resilience through the mediation of transformational leadership and succession planning. There is a significant relationship between learning agility and resilience variables mediated by transformational leadership and succession planning on organizational sustainability. However, the research results also show that transformational leadership does not have a statistically significant relationship with organizational sustainability, but there is a very significant relationship between transformational leadership and succession planning. The research results are used to establish recommendations to the management of PT XYZ in maintaining the sustainability of the organization and further research.

The study results stated that the Ulama Association was a manifestation of the renewal movement in the Majalengka area, West Java. Ulama Association is a renewal movement founded by KH. Abdul Halim in 1887 in Cibelerang, Majalengka, West Java. KH. Abdul Halim founded Hayatul Qulub, which is engaged in education & in the economic field. Finally, after four years of activity, in 1915, the Hayatul Qulub organization was closed by the government due to fights with traders from China in 1916 KH. The influence of the establishment of the Ulama Association on the Education System increased knowledge such as religious, social, arithmetic, and linguistics, as well as skills teaching.
