<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the problematics of online learning in Indonesian language courses. This research is descriptive research. The aim of this research is problematic learning in Indonesian language courses online. The data in this study are learning problems that occur in Indonesian language learning activities. Researchers make observations and documentation to collect data. Based on observations and data collection, it is known that online learning in Indonesian courses, there are several learning problems. The problematic of online learning that occurs in the learning process of Indonesian courses occurs in the learning components. Learning problems occur in (1) learning facilities or media and infrastructure, namely e-learning and internet access; (2) presentation of material and use of learning methods; (3) discussion activities, and (4) learning assessment. During the learning process by establishing good communication with students, as well as efforts to hold effective learning, the teacher determines learning techniques that can minimize these problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and rewards on teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The research population was 45 people, namely the teachers at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The number of research samples were 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Research results show that: (1) The work environment has no significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. (2) The rewards has a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya (3) Work environment and rewards together have a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pendidikan Agama Islam subjects by applying the Problem Solving method. The research was conducted in Semester Ganjil 2019. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR which consisted of two cycles. Subjects in this study were sixth grade students of SD Negeri 07 Indralaya Utara, totaling 21 students. Data collection techniques used were observation and The results showed that in the first cycle, 66.67% of students obtained mastery learning in KKM 70. In Cycle II, mastery learning increased to 90.4% of students who achieved KKM 70. So, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem method Solving can improve student learning outcomes in Pendidikan Agama Islam subjects]]>

<![CDATA[Dian Rennuati is a doctor and poet from Palembang. Dian is known to have a style of language (stylistic) which is very beautiful from the point of women. The poem under study entitled "Perempuan Selalu Ingat". The problem examined in this study is how the stylistic style of the poem "Perempuan Selalu Ingat†and the relevancies of poem “Perempuan Selalu Ingat†by Dian Rennuati as bahasa Indonesia teaching materials in high school. Therefore, this study aims to uncover the style of stylistics in the poem. This research is a type of library research using descriptive method. Based on research found five aspects of stylistics in poetry, namely diction, real words (concrete, denotative), images (images) majas (figuratively), rhythm and rhyme. <![CDATA[This aims of this research are to investigate teachers’ problems related to the career development and to find out the benefits of training for the development of teachers’ career. This research utilized qualitative method. It was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Batanghari Regency. The research subjects were from 59 teachers. Data collection instruments consisted of observation and interview. All data were analysed descriptively. The results of this study are: Teachers already understand the writing of scientific papers which is a major obstacle in managing promotions. This effort was made in accordance with the needs of teachers in terms of knowing the guidelines for writing scientific papers which so far have not been in line with the supervisors of the Batanghari District Education Office. In addition, the obstacle faced is the motivation of teachers to conduct CAR in each learning process that can be used as scientific writing material so that it can be published in the form of a journal with ISBN / ISSN standards. So that credit numbers are met for teachers to take the promotions.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of using powerpoint media in mathematics learning on student achievement in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ogan Ilir. This research uses quantitative methods with quasi experimental research types. The population of the study was 221 people, students of class VIII at MTs Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir District. The number of research samples were 72 people. The sampling technique in this study is a nonprobability sampling technique with a type of purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the test model, namely pretest and posttest in the experimental class and the control class. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the use of powerpoint learning media in mathematics learning on student achievement in MTs Negeri 2 Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir District.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study were: (1) to identify an increase in students' understanding of the value of mutual cooperation through the use of reader response rules in Indonesian Language Learning (KRPDPBI); (2) identifying the use of the reader response principle in Indonesian Language learning (KRPDPBI) there are differences between male and female students. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental study with two different methods. The results showed that (1) the achievement of the score of understanding the value of mutual cooperation for students taught by KRPDPBI was better than for students taught by regular learning according to the curriculum; (2) the achievement of the understanding of the value of male students' mutual cooperation is no better than that of female students.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study were (1) designing teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia"; (2) implementing valid operational procedures for teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia"; (3) carry out practical operational procedures for teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia", (4) analyze the effectiveness of teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia". Collecting research data using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Research and development of teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia" uses the Tessmer development model. From the results of expert validation, one to one trials, and field trials at PGMI UIN RF Palembang, it was found that the teaching materials developed were valid and effective. The effectiveness of the use of "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia" teaching materials can be seen in student learning outcomes. <![CDATA[The learning improvement of physical education can be done through implementing learning approach which is suitable for 21st Century era. This research is a descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe the effectiveness of the hang style long jump learning using problem-based learning approach based on students’ learning outcomes and attitude in vocational high school context. The subject of the research were students of X ATR 1 and X TKRO 1 students of SMKN 1 Cangkringan. The data were obtained from the result of observation sheets, learning outcome tests, and questionnaire of students’ attitudes towards learning. The result showed that hang style long jump learning using problem-based learning approach was effective based on students’ learning outcomes and learning attitudes. The passing students reached 100% for X ATR 1 students and 80,65% for X TKRO 1 students. The students’ learning attitudes towards physical education subject in the category of minimum more than 80% high were 100% for X ATR 1 students and 90.32% for X TKRO 1 students.]]>
