Education is expected to be able to play a role as a process of socialization in the community can run well. So that the socialization process can run smoothly and smoothly. Therefore, parents and family hope the school can carry out the socialization process well. In these institutions teachers in schools are seen as models and are considered able to carry out the mandate of parents (family and community) so that children understand and then adopt the cultural values of their community. Child’s Character Building in Islamic and Psychological Approaches. Character or good morals of a child will not be materialized as such without going through the process of education. One way to improve the good character in children is to adapt to religious education from an early age. The author concludes that Islam and psychology perceive similar views and goals in comprehending child’s character building. In carrying outthe process of religious educationfor children in the family, the parentis requiredto use appropri atetechniques and approaches that it may affect personal development ofthe childin accordancewith Islamic educational objective, namely developing the character and psychological aspects. One of the methods that should be applied is the religion. In Islamic religious education and theory of psychology important principles are thought, such as: creed, exemplar, discipline, guidance, law, discipline, reward and punishment, all which will produce true believers, observance and good character. Thethree aspets will consequently lead tothe formation ofgood character, especiallymoral education.

The struggle for the search for the intrinsic values of identity and the dimension of humanity is always in turmoil. The efficacy of the age coupled with the advancement of digital technology requires that humans also renew the perspective of essential values and spiritual dimensions in response to values outside the transcendental corridor. Spiritual position (metaphysical) as the most unique thing in human beings must be able to understand also things outside the physical body of the human being which are also transcendental. In the age of modern technology, transcendental discourse experienced a sharp degradation of specialization in the depth of the person. Because humans are not interested in things that are not rational. The progress of the age is rationality, therefore expressing the dimension of godliness must place oneself on new essential values that can be captured by the human mind in a real way.

School success is the success of the principal in being responsible and carrying out his duties as the leader of an organization. School is a complex organization. Therefore, the headmaster must be able to direct and coordinate all educational activities, especially towards education staff. namely to PAI teachers as instructors who must master the knowledge and skills that are in accordance with the specifics of their field of expertise and are expected to be able to prepare, implement PAI learning properly. The quality of performance of PAI teachers in carrying out learning activities needs to be improved with supervision and guidance from the principal as a supervisor.

The researcher found that some students find it difficult to express their ideas, comments, and thoughts in English. Some students don't even dare to advance in front of the class because they have no ideas to talk about. students are given a short topic to talk about in front of the class. Most of them can't do it well, only a few of them can do the exercises or talk. students need media or games as a facility to improve their English language skills. The aim of the study was to see whether the use of the Alpha-Beta Partnership was effective in teaching speaking to the first semester students of Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) at Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau Islamic High School (STAI). The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method. Population of 62 students. 30 as a sample. analysis using the Matched T-test. Results The findings of the students' pre-test score were 59.33 and the post-test average score was 70.05. meaning that there is a significant difference between students' ability to speak after they have been taught using the Alpha-Beta Partnership Method.

Istilah Gono Gini yang dikenal oleh budaya atau adat yang berkembang di Indonesia adalah harta bersama, Harta Gono Gini merupakan hasil harta bersama yang dimiliki oleh pasangan yang sudah menikah. Kompilasi Hukum Islam Pasal 85 menegaskan “adanya harta bersama dalam perkawinan itu tidak menutup kemugkinan adanya harta milik masing-masing suami atau isteri” dan Pasal 86 sebagai berikut: a) Pada dasarnya tidak ada percampuran antara harta suami dan harta isteri karena perkawinan. b) Harta isteri tetap menjadi hak isteri dan dikuasai penuh olehnya, demikian juga harta suami tetap menjadi hak suami dan dikuasai penuh olehnya. Pasal 97 Janda atau duda cerai masing-masing berhak seperdua dari harta bersama sepanjang tidak ditentukan lain dalam perjanjian perkawinan. Sedangkan di dalam UUD No 1 Tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan Pasal 35 di atur. a. Harta benda yang diperoleh selama perkawinan, menjadi harta bersama. b. Harta bawaan dan masing-masing suami dan isteri dan harta benda yang diperoleh masing-masing sebagai hadiah atau warisan, adalah dibawah penguasaan masing-masing sepanjang para pihak tidak menentukan lain. Pasal 37 Undang-Undang Perkawinan menyatakan bahwa bila perkawinan putus karena perceraian harta bersama diatur menurut hukumnya masing-masing. Jika dicermati Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) Pasal 85 dan 97 tentang Harta Bersama tidak memberikan keseragaman Hukum Islam dalam penyelesaian Harta bersama apabila terjadi perceraian. lalu, UU Perkawinan No 1 Tahun 1974 Pasal 37, Jika dicermati juga maka Pasal 37 Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan penjelasannya, tidak memberikan keseragaman hukum positif tentang bagaimana penyelesaian harta bersama apabila terjadi perceraian, hal ini tentu menjadi problem sosial hukum. jika penyelsaian dan penetapan Harta bersama tersebut tidak efektif dan adil dalam pembagiannya. Maka, rentan konflik antara pasangan suami istri kemungkinan bisa terjadi.

a teacher in conducting the learning planning process needs to understand the characteristics and initial abilities of students. Analysis of learners' initial abilities is an activity of identifying learners in terms of needs and characteristics to determine behavioral or goal and material specifications and qualifications.Interaction between teacher and students, students and others are no longer unilateral but are more emotional and sympathetic or interactive relationships through the teaching and learning process. Students are no longer an object of education but have been reduced to polarization of thinking by stating that students as students, a fun and exciting interaction process makes learning effective.

Islamic law is one of the raw materials for the national legal systems in addition to the customary law and the law of the West.Therefore Islamic law can be used as raw material for the construction of the device, order and culture of origin of national law does not conflict with the values of Pancasila and the 1945 CONSTITUTION and in accordance with the needs of the people of Indonesia law.Can not be contradicted by evidence of any kind that Islamic law has an important and strategic position in national law drafting and pmbentukan Indonesia One of the efforts to incorporate Islamic law into the national laws of grammar through transformation.This paper discusses about the effort will be the transformation of Islamic law into the law of Indonesia governance. the formalization of Islamic law if done substantively, cannot be released and must be preceded by a reference to the judiciary with constitutional considerations and the history of the nation. The process is inseparable from the history of Islamic law in Indonesia, and the policy of Indonesian legal politics in placing the position of Islamic law in the national legal system.

Al-Quran as paradigm is the basic of scientific tradition in Islam, because al-Quran have the ability as the mode of thought, mode of inquiry, which than generates mode of knowing.In the Islamic scientific tradition, al-Quran is used as the main point that regulate many aspect of life, particularly as a basic education paradigm. The paradigm of al-Quran used as the relationship between revelation, reason, and science. So, this the basic beliefs of Islam, give stability and confidence to themself to the straight path of life and also herd them to the day hereafter. There is a symbiotic relationship between the Qur'an and science. In addition, the Qur'an has to indicate the main points and reflect on the education system. To make the Qur'an as scientific tradition of Islam, then we must seek to understand its meaning; clear the mind, heart and soul in building a heart to understand the Quran; realize that the Koran is the source of knowledge; and using the methodology of the Qur'an as a means of scientific thingking.

This study aims to explain about moral education efforts in Sambas High School Muhammadiyah students. This research is a field research using qualitative data analysis. the results of the study that the efforts made in the formation and moral development of students in Sambas Muhammadiyah High School used two approaches. First, through a habituation approach. Habitual activities in schools such as performing the midnight prayer in congregation, carrying out reading the Qur'an, reading prayers before learning and after study, habituating to shaking hands when students meet with the teacher. Second, through the exemplary approach. Teachers who teach at Sambas Muhammadiyah High School try to be good teachers and can provide good examples of their students. This example is done to create generations that have good morals.
