<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the form of tolerance between religious communities in Rt 34 Kelurahan 10 Ulu, Jakabaring Sub-district in Palembang and to find out how the relationship between Islamic families and non-Islamic families in Rt 34 Kelurahan 10 Ulu, Jakabaring Sub-district in Palembang. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. The social situation in the community in the 10 Ulu Palembang neighborhood RT 34 that is Muslim and non-Muslim. The subjects of the study were the people in the 10 Ulu Palembang, RT 34 village who were Muslim and non-Muslim. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, FGD, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data presentation, data reduction, and data conclusions. The result of the research is that religious tolerance in RT 34 has occurred between Muslims and Confucianists. This can be seen from the location of the al Ghazali mosque with the kwan in goddess temples which are close together. And tolerance in the area of 9/10 ulu can also be seen from the harmonious life of the residents there. Even though they have different religions, they still help and help each other, if there are religious ceremonies carried out by Muslims, Congolese and Buddhists.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Maisyah and Culture of Work toward the Work Motivation Employee of General Elections Commissionof Musi Rawas regency. This study involved 4 respondents, all of which were employees of General Elections Commissionof Musi Rawas regency. To collect the data, this study used a set of questionnaires and the respond given by the sample was analyzed by (1) average score, (2) multiple linearity regression, (3)determination coefficient, (4) partial t-test and F test techniques.Based on the result analysis, it was found out that (1) there is a positive correlation between independent variables with the dependent variables, (2) the magnitude of independent variables influence toward the dependent variable was 40.40% and (3) the partial t – test and F – test result showed higher coefficient values than those on the critical value of the t and F tables. Based on these findings, it was concluded that maisyah and culture of work, separately and simultaneously, influenced the work motivation employee of General Elections Commission of Musi Rawas regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem raised in this paper is how the meaning of shirat, sabil and tariq in the Qur'an with a semantic approach and its implementation in life. Then how the meaning of the word in the interpretation of al-Misbah, how the linguistic features and what methods are used, it will be seen textually different from those contained in the interpretation of al-Misbah. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out how the meaning of the three words above in the interpretation of al-Misbah with a semantic approach. This research is a type of library research or library, which is based on two sources, namely primary sources (the Holy Qur'an and the interpretation of al-Misbah) and secondary sources (supporting books related to the subject). Then after the data is collected, the data will then be grouped according to subtitles. The theoretical conclusion in this discussion shows that the word sabil refers more to the way of guidance or guidance which means one path of truth, while the sabil way of guidance which still provides the choice of truth or error is where the human ability to choose. <![CDATA[Muhammad Natsir is an Indonesian thinker and politician, including those who take note. He prefers to combine the concept of Western democracy with Islamic values, thus bringing up the concept of theistic democracy. While on the other hand there is Muhammad Abid al-Jabiri who feels that democracy is a 'necessity' for every nation. The argument he built was not because of the compatibility between democracy and Islam, but rather because of the reality faced by the Arabs. Natsir and al-Jabiri were religious nationalists who fought for democracy. Because this research is a study of the history of thought, the approach used is a socio-historical approach, which is an approach used to determine the socio-cultural and socio-political background of a character, because the thought of a character is the result of interaction with the environment. Natsir uses the reconstruction method while al-Jabiri uses the deconstruction method. Both are included in the category of reformistic typology thinkers, namely those who believe that turâŝ and modernity are both good. Therefore, trying to harmonize tour and modernity by not violating common sense and rational standards.]]>

<![CDATA[Psychologically, Human Age Limits include, First, Childhood. Second, Adolescence, Third Adulthood, Fourth, Old Age. At the Adult Stage is calculated at the age of 21 years to about 40 years. Means that the age of marriage aged 19 years does not include the adult category. In general, marriage problems between men and women are not seen from the age factor but age limits affect the maturity of thinking and human development psychologically. Especially in the case of marriages that need to be considered is the age of maturity, since the enactment of Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriages, the current marriage age limit between men and women is equal to the age of 19 years. Of course this becomes a problem, because at that age according to the psychological development of the ego is still relatively high. <![CDATA[Researcher Conducted research on Diniyah madrasah education which consisted of two classes for volume one and two consisting of 65 students and for volume three and four consisting of 32 students. In this study, the objectives are first to determine the effectiveness in the learning process of lilbanin morals, second to determine the effectiveness in shaping the morals of students in learning lil banin morals. descriptive qualitative research type. The conclusion is that the effectiveness of lil banin moral learning is quite good and has been very effective even though learning the lil banin book is a yellow book learning, so that the delivery of material is easy to understand by using attractive and appropriate methods such as exemplary methods, refraction, sorogan, wetonan, bandungan and memorization so that achieved in the formation of santri morals.]]>

<![CDATA[Siswa di SMPN 3 Terbuka Rejang Lebong mempunyai latar belakang yang berbeda-beda seperti anak putus sekolah anak yang dikeluarkan dari sekolah dan masuk ke SMP Terbuka. penelitian kualitatif, Jenis penelitain ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif, temuan penelitian pertama, guru PAI menggunakan strategi Ekspositori aktivitas menulis, guru PAI SMPN Terbuka 3 Rejang Lebong menggunakan strategi Inquiry dalam meingkatkan aktivitas menulis siswa dan aktivitas berbicara. Kedua, penerapan Reinforcement yaitu Punishment Selain adanya strategi dalam pembelajaran, penerapan punishment dalam pembelajaran PAI dapat menjadikan belajar mengajar lebih kondusif. Penerapann reward dalam proses pembelajaran menjadikan siswa semakin giat belajar.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing affected the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another variable. The research method used in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression test. The quantitative method in this study was to examine the influence of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2015-2019. Based on the analysis and discussion of data described in the previous chapter on the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on profitability (ROA) of Islamic banks, it can be concluded that the variables of mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing and murobahah financing significantly influence profitability (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the significance value of the variable mudharabah financing (0.023), musyarakah financing (0.037) and murobahah financing (0.008) are more than 0.05. The profit sharing system will facilitate customers and the financing system is quite consumptive so that it can contribute to profit levels, which causes profitability to rise.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems that arise in this era are the first concerns about the replacement of educators with robotics or Artificial Intelligence (AI) when entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Second, the development of various kinds of sophisticated technology has led to changes in attitudes and behavior between educators and students in the field of education, such as changes in communication ethics between the two, weakening respect and appreciation for educators. Third, educators are required to be adaptive to the development of modern technology and utilize it in practice in the world of education. This research is a literature review (library reaserch). The relationship between educators and students in the millennial era in Islamic education cannot be completely replaced by machines or robotics, because in the concept of Islamic education there is a planting of attitudes towards students which in this case requires the direct role of an educator.]]>
