Abstract

Hermeneutics is a method or philosophical theory to interpret symbols related to the text in order to know the meaning and meaning. it was first used in the study of the Koran in the 19th century AD by Islamic scholars, but many scholars questioned it. This is because it can doubt the authenticity and sanctity of the Koran. Besides that, hermeneutics has been used to interpret bible to find its truth value. The Qur'an serves every question and objection from its readers, who come from various cultural backgrounds and scientific disciplines. Because the scriptures cannot speak for themselves, they need understanding, reading, interpretation and repetition of reinterpretations that are generally carried out by experts in the same way. In addition, the distance between the birth of the text and the period of interpretation is very long. For this reason, a methodological "means" is needed to understand the text in question.

Abstract

Islamic education enters along with the early history of Islam in the form of civilization such as the Egyptian culture of the pyramids, sphinxes, obelisks, and hieroglyphics. the figures who have contributed to the field of education are Muhammad Abduh, Sayyid Ahmad Khan, and Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The application of education between Egypt, India, and Pakistan is almost the same, namely making compulsory education for their citizens. The existence of public and religious/Madrasah educational institutions as well as public and religious high schools / universities. Different curriculum. Application of the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith. Integrate between general science and religious science. professional teaching staff. Every country has a different education system influenced by sociology of society, the history of the establishment of a country, the needs of a country in accordance with the demands of the era and an increasingly globalized world.

Abstract

This nation is looking for and choosing an idea that can complete the basalak education, which is expected to be a solution and able to bring this nation to progress. In the midst of the ambiguity of society in the world of education, the new hope is with the coming of the era of character education sourced from the quran and hadith, through a character-based holistic concept and promoting nine pillars; love God and all his creation, independence and responsibility, honesty and trustworthy, diplomatic, respectful and polite, generous and helpful, confident and hardworking, leadership and justice, humble, tolerant, peaceful and united.

Abstract

Humans are one of the creatures who have special abilities and occupy the highest position among other creatures based on the fact that many Muslims know the commands and prohibitions of God but the higher and broader their knowledge, the further and often violates the rules set by God and humans. This writing aims to determine the quality of human characters in the Qur'an that makes. Descriptive qualitative method that aims to describe the quality of human resources in the Qur'an. The embodiment of quality human beings must also be supported by the establishment of the quality of faith, science, quality of good deeds, and social quality, and quality of work because these aspects are very closely related, faith will be questioned if not having knowledge and science will be questioned if it is more knowledgeable then it worsening the quality of the faith or relationship with God and the relationship with Man that is indicated from the nature and attitude of Man.

Abstract

Employee performance is employee productivity and output as a result of employee development which will ultimately affect the effectiveness of the organization (Hameed and Waheed, 2010). The main objective of this study was to analyze the effect of employee engagement in mediation influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through survey method by distributing questionnaires. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) was used to assess employee perceptions of transformational leadership characteristics. Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Uwes) was used to assess levels of employee engagement. The Role-Based Performance Scale was used to assess the performance of employees. The questionnaire used is measured using a Likert scale. Testing a variable on other variables is done by simple linear regression test and mediation models tested by the method of hierarchical regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986). The results of this study indicate that the role of transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee engagement and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that employee engagement on employee partially mediate the relationship transformational leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. Describe the application of Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) in helping to overcome late student habits, 2. Help overcome late habits models of SMA 6 Lubuklinggau through Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). This type of research is Counseling Guidance Action Research. The research subjects were Grade X and XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Model Lubuklinggau with 10 students. Data analysis uses qualitative techniques. research result; 1. The principal is expected to make policies to support the process of implementing an appropriate guidance and counseling program; 2. Counseling teachers carry out the task of solving the problem of late school habits through the process of Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) counseling.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengulas Epistemologi Metode Pendidikan Islam Ibnu Khaldun dimana jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilihat sumber sumber datanya adalah litertur-literatur atau studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah konteks analisis atau kajian isi dari data penelitian. Kemudian direduksi, disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulan yang berisikan Fenomena pesatnya perkembangan zaman di Indonesia yang ditandai salah satunya muda mengakses informasi, hiburan dan komunikasi melaui jejaring sosial maka secara tidak sadar dapat mengubah pola pikir, perilaku, serta lingkungan hal tersebut masing masing membawa dampak positif dan negative, dilihat sisi positif membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya namun disisi lain membawa dampak negative dimana mengajarkan kekerasan, pornografi, dan hal itu melunturkan nilai-nilai agama dan kepribadian bangsa yang menjadi dampak besar menjadi sorotan utama adalah dunia pendidikan, ada banyak usaha menanggulangi permasalahan itu yang dilakukan para pakar pendidikan seperti menirukan konsep pendidikan barat, namun hal itu tidaklah cukup, sebab semakin berkembanganya zaman maka manusia juga semakin berkembang dan masalah yang ditimbulkan semakin kompleks terutama didalam dunia pendidikan untuk itu perlunya pembaharuan metode pendidikan barat digantikan atau dikomparasikan dengan metode pendidikan Islam salah satunya adalah Ibnu Khaldun yang metode pendidikannya lebih mengacu sisi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dari anak didik. Metode pendidikan yang digunakan Ibnu Khaldun adalah sebagai berikut: Metode Penerapan (Tadarruj), Metode Pengulangan (Tikran), Metode Kasih Sayang (Al-Qurb Wa Al-Muyanah), Metode Peninjauan Kematangan Usia , Metode Penyesuaian Fisik Dan Psikis Peserta Didik, Metode Kesesuaian dengan Perkembangan Potensi Peserta Didik , Metode Penguasaan Satu Bidang, Metode Widya Wisata (Rihlah), Metode Praktek/Latihan (Tadrib), Metode Menghindari Peringkasan Buku (Ikhtisar At-Turuk). Metode-metode yang digambarkan Ibnu Khaldun lebih menekankan pada aspek psikis baik anak didik dan seorang guru yang terlibat didalam kegiatan pembelajaran terkusus pada pendidikan Islam. Meskipun penelitian ini mengulas epistemologi dan metode pendidikan tokoh Islam Ibnu Khaldun hal itu tidak menutup kemungkinan para peneliti yang akan datang juga mengulas tentang tokoh-tokoh pendidikan Islam yang lain

Abstract

One component of education as a system is material. Educational material is all learning material delivered to students in an institutional education system. This educational material is better known as the curriculum. While the curriculum refers to material that has been systematically prepared to achieve the goals set.the curriculum must contain Islamic values ​​that are intrinsic and extrinsic capable of realizing the objectives of Islamic education. Abstract

Hoax becomes very popular when information technology makes it easy for all social media circles through internet devices either via compiuter or Android mobile. The use of social media for hoax news, can have a negative impact on the morality of the nation's children. The teachings of Islam strongly prohibit humans from spreading false news either through oral or written. Therefore to combat Islamic hoaxes provide accurate solutions, in the form of communication principles.
