Abstract

elf-control is one of the individual internal factors that influence aggressive behavior in adolescents. This study aims to examine the effect of self-control on aggressive behavior in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research subjects were adolescents who were in high school (SMA) who had a history of committing violence. This research was conducted in D.I Yogyakarta with a total sample of 52 adolescents (27 boys and 25 girls) with an age range of 15-17 years. The data technique uses a scale of aggressive behavior and a scale of self-control. The instrument validation technique uses content validation and reliability uses the Alpha Cronbach formula. The data analysis technique used simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of self-control on aggressive behavior with α = 0.001 (p <0.05). Therefore, it can be ignored that self-control can be aggressive behavior among adolescents

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between self esteem and subjective well being on driver workers in container transportation PT. Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang. The population of this study is all container driver PT. Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang totaling 46 people. The data collection tool used in this study is the scale of self esteem and the scale of subjective well being. This analysis using correlation techniques from Pearson's product moment. The researcher didn’t use sample techniques but used populat ion techniques because the population was 46 container drivers PT. Tri Trans Wijaya which all the drivers become the subject of this study. The results from this study showed that there was a positive relationship between Subjective Well Being and self esteem in container drivers PT. Tri Trans Wijaya Palembang. This relationship is indicated by the r-count correlation coefficient of 0,375 and r-table of 0.291. Thus r-count> r-table. This result informs that the more precisely self esteem, the higher the subjective well being will be, and vice versa. The conclusion in this study showed there is a relationship between self esteem and subjective well being on on driver workers in container transportation PT. Tri Trans Wijaya.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the influence of chain whispering games on the skills of listening to Indonesian in third grade students at SD N 101 Palembang. This study uses the experimental design of One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research subjects were 10 third grade students of SD N 101 Palembang, which were grouped into one experimental group. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. To measure listening skills used a learning achievement test measuring instrument in the form of multiple choice questions.At the pretest, subjects were given a pretrial study only, and then were given a four-day whiskey game treatment. After treatment, participants were given a posttest using achievement tests. The data in this study were analyzed using paired sample t-test techniques, the results of the analysis obtained a very significant influence on the whisper chain game on listening skills with a p value of 0,000 (p <0.05) and a value of t = 6.042. Based on these results it can be concluded that the chain whispering game affects the listening skills of Indonesian language lessons in third grade children at SD N 101 Palembang

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between cognitive styles by encouraging the future in class XII students of SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The number of participants in this study were 250 students, as many as 118 students were sampled as try outs and 152 samples were taken by research through random sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used in this study is the Cognitiv style scale with future orientation. The analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 20.0. The results of the analysis of research data with a computer using SPSS 20.0 for windows, the correlation coefficient (r) of = 0.988, the coefficient of determination (r2) of = 0.975 and the value of p = 0.000, p <0.01 in the simple regression test. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between cognitive style with future orientation in class XII students of SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The effective contribution of the independent variable to the independent variable was 97.5%.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the self-concept in the effectiveness of the principal's leadership on student learning motivation in improving the quality of education in schools. One of the factors of leadership effectiveness is the leader's self-concept, self-concept as views, judgments, and individual feelings about himself that arise as a result of a social interaction. Self-concept has a considerable influence on individual behavior, including leadership effectiveness. The effectiveness of the principal's leadership will affect student learning motivation, increasing student learning motivation will affect the quality of education in schools. The research method used is library research, namely collecting information and data with the help of various materials in the library or sources from the internet related to the problem to be solved. The results of this study are self-concept is one of the factors that affect the effectiveness of the principal's leadership. A good self-concept will increase the effectiveness of the principal's leadership because someone who has a good self-concept will know how he is, his potential, strengths and weaknesses in the principal so that the principal can control and provide good policies in his organization including students. , then increase student learning motivation, student learning motivation is due to the influence of the principal's leadership, this will improve the quality of education in schools. Konsep diri yang baik akan meningkatkan efektifitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah karena seseorang yang memiliki konsep diri yang baik akan mengenal bagaimana dirinya, potensi, kekuatan mapun kelemahan pada diri kepala sekolah tersebut sehingga kepala sekolah dapat mengontrol serta memberikan kebijakan yang baik pada organisasinya termasuk juga kepada peserta didik, maka meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, motivasi belajar siswa ini dikarenakan adanya dorongan yang mempengaruhi dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, hal inilah akan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Abstract

Abstract : Erik Erikson, a neo-psychoanalyst, developed the psychosocial stages of humans that became the reference for human development. One of the psychosocial stages is early adulthood which has the task of forming intimacy. Erikson does not explain the transition from adolescence to young adulthood which is full of conflicts between self-expectations and the demands of the times. Erikson's theory was further developed by Arnett (2000) because there were changes in the times which resulted in the task demands in young adulthood changing. Arnett proposed a new developmental stage, namely emerging adulthood, an extended adolescent transitional phase, ranging from 18-29 years of age.Arnett's theory is further expanded by Robbins and Wilner (2001) to find the phenomenon of quarter life crisis, a phenomenon of anxiety about the future by 20-year-old adolescents who form independence both financially and in romantic relationships. This article contains a review of the views of adulthood that emerged in the 20th century and the life of the quarter-life crisis that is currently being discussed. The research method used is literacy studies by looking for the last 10 years of research on emerging adulthood. The results of the literacy study report that changes in social norms and technological advances have changed the structure of society so as to produce a new stage, namely emerging adulthood. Emerging adulthood has various crisis conditions that occur when individuals complete their education. Keywords: Psychosocial Stage, Quarter Life Crisis, Emerging Adulthood Abstrak :Erik Erikson, seorang neo-psikoanalis, mengembangkan tahap psikososial manusia yang menjadi acuan bagi perkembangan manusia. Salah satu tahapan psikososial adalah masa dewasa awal yang memiliki tugas membentuk keintiman. Erikson tidak menjelaskan transisi masa remaja ke masa dewasa muda yang penuh dengan konflik antara ekspektasi diri dan tuntutan zaman. Teori Erikson dikembangkan lagi oleh Arnett (2000) karena ada perubahan zaman yang mengakibatkan tugas tuntutan di masa dewasa muda berubah. Arnett mengajukan tahapan perkembangan baru yaitu emerging adulthood, fase transisi remaja yang diperpanjang, berkisar antara usia 18-29 tahun. Teori Arnett diperluas lagi oleh Robbins dan Wilner (2001) menemukan fenomena quarter life crisis, fenomena kecemasan tentang masa depan oleh remaja berusia 20 tahun yang membentuk kemandirian baik secara finansial maupun dalam hubungan romantis. Artikel ini berisi menijau kembali pandangan masa dewasa yang muncul abad 20 serta kehidupan krisis seperempat kehidupan yang sedang marak diperbincangkan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan kajian literasi dengan mencari penelitian 10 tahun terakhir mengenai emerging adulthood. Hasil kajian literasi melaporkan perubahan norma sosial dan kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah struktur masyarakat sehingga menghasilkan satu tahapan baru yaitu emerging adulthood. Masa emerging adulthood memiliki berbagai kondisi krisis terjadi ketika individu menyelesaikan pendidikannya. Kata Kunci : Tahapan Psikososial, Krisis Kehidupanm Masa Dewasa

Abstract

Abstract : Contract employees are employees who work at the company with a certain time limit, and can be dismissed at any time, this affects employees' perceptions of career development at the company and also affects employee commitment to the company. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees. Perceptions of career development variables and organizational commitment were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 48 contract employees, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the perception of career development with organizational commitment on contract employees. There is a significant positive correlation (r.0.813 with sig <0.05) between the variable perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / less than 0.05, this means that the higher (positive) the perception of career development, the higher employee commitment to the company and vice versa, the lower (negative) perceptions of employee career development, the lower employee commitment to the company. On the perception of career development has the most categories at low (negative) with a contribution of 50% and organizational commitment at most has a low category with contributions 46%. Abstrak : Karyawan kontrak merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan dengan batasan waktu tertentu dan sewaktu-waktu dapat diberhentikan, hal ini mempengaruhi persepsi karyawan terhadap pengembangan karirnya pada perusahaan tersebut dan juga mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak. Variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan skala. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 48 karyawan kontrak , dengan penentuan sampel berdasarkan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan product moment karl pearson dengan program SPSS versi 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa persepsi pengembangan karir dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak, ada korelasi positif yang signifikan (r.0.813 dengan sig < 0.05) antara variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak yaitu 0.000 dan nilai signifikansinya dibawah/lebih kecil 0.05, ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi (positif) persepsi pengembangan karir maka semakin tinggi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah (negatif) persepsi pengembangan karir karyawan maka semakin rendah komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Pada persepsi pengembangan karir memiliki kategori paling banyak pada tingkat rendah (negatif) dengan kontribusi 50% dan komitmen organisasi paling banyak memiliki kategori rendah dengan kontribusi 46%. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine how big the relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in IBA Palembang high school teenagers. While the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative approach with a product moment correlation design. This research was conducted in Palembang City which consisted of 60 women and 70 men. The sampling technique used in this study is a random sampling technique because the sampling of population members is done randomly by selecting the criteria that have been set by the researcher. Data were collected through a parental attachment scale with 40 items referred to from the theory of Armsden and Greenbreg (2009). Emotional Intelligence Scale with 40 items from Goleman (2009). The category of adolescents who have parental attachment is included in the high category. The instrument validation technique uses content validity and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient reliability. The results showed that there was a relationship between parental attachment to emotional intelligence in adolescents with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). Data were analyzed using Product Moment Person correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a very significant relationship between Parental Attachment to Emotional Intelligence in Adolescents at SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtable : 0.736 > 0.266, a significant level of 0.01, which means that the higher the attachment, the higher the Emotional Intelligence. It can be concluded that parental attachment has a relationship with emotional intelligence in adolescents. Keywords: attachment, emotional intelligence, adolescents. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja SMA IBA Palembang. Sedangkan hipotesis penelitian adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional product moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palembang yang terdiri dari 60 wanita dan 70 pria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling karena pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak dengan memilih kriteria yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala kelekatan orangtua dengan 40 item yang diacu dari teori Armsden dan Greenbreg (2009). Skala Kecerdasan Emosi dengan 40 item dari Goleman (2009). Kategori remaja yang memiliki kelekatan orang tua termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Teknik validasi instrumen menggunakan validitas konten dan reliabilitas koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelekatan orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,01). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment Person. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara Kelekatan Orang Tua Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi Pada Remaja SMA IBA Palembang rxy > rtabel : 0,736 > 0,266 taraf signifikan 0,01 yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi Kelekatan maka semakin tinggi Kecerdasan Emosi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelekatan orangtua ada hubungan terhadap kecerdasan emosi pada remaja. Kata kunci: kelekatan, kecerdasan emosi, remaja.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to look at the self-image of female adolescents wearing e-cigarette wearing hijab. What factors affect the self-image of women who use e-cigarette wearing hijab, as well as how the self-image of women wearing e-cigarette wearing hijabs. This study uses a qualitative research design and uses a phenomenological approach to be able to see the self-image of women who use e-cigarettes. In this study, researchers used 6 sources. 2 people as research subjects, 2 people as the perpetrator informant and 2 informants know of each subject. The results of this study found that the self-image of the e-cigarette wearing hijab woman who has a self-image that is not much different. The first subject has four self-images, while the second subject also has four self-images from four self-image images. Each description that is owned by the subject is also based on several factors, namely physical condition, family condition, seeking attention, depending on smoking and expectations. Keywords: Self Image, Electric Cigarette, Female Wearing Hijab Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra diri remaja perempuan berhijab pengguna aktif rokok elektrik. Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik, serta bagaimana gambaran citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk dapat mengetahui citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 6 sumber. 2 orang sebagai subjek penelitian, 2 orang sebagai informan pelaku dan 2 orang informan tahu dari masing-masing subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa citra diri perempuan berhijab pengguna rokok elektrik memiliki citra diri yang tidak jauh berbeda. Subjek pertama memiliki empat citra diri, sementara subjek kedua juga memiliki empat citra diri dari empat gambaran citra diri. Setiap gambaran yang dimiliki oleh subjek juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keadaan fisik, teman sebaya dan kelompok, keadaan keluarga, mencari perhatian, ketergantungan merokok dan harapan. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the psychological well being of former drug users in the city of Palembang. Factors causing well being, and psychological dynamics in former drug users in the city of Palembang, this study uses a qualitative research design and uses a case study approach to be able to find out the causes of well being and psychological dynamics of the research subjects. In this study, researchers used 7 sources, 2 people as research subjects, two people as informants knew from each subject and 2 people as informants. The results of this study found that there are factors that cause both the subject of being well that arises from within oneself (internal) and factors that arise from outside self (external).The two subjects in this study broadly have the same causative factors of being well although there are some differences in the positive emotion and engagement factors found in the study. Faktor penyebab well being, dan dinamika psikologis pada mantan pengguna narkoba di kota Palembang, Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk dapat mengetahui faktor penyebab well being serta dinamika psikologis dari para subjek penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 7 orang sumber, 2 orang sebagai subjek penelitian, dua orang sebagai informan tahu dari masing-masing subjek dan 2 orang sebagai informan pelaku. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya faktor penyebab kedua subjek well being yang muncul dari dalam diri sendiri (internal) dan faktor yang timbul dari luar diri (eksternal). Kedua subjek di dalam penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki faktor penyebab well being yang hampir sama walaupun terdapat beberapa perbedaan di dalam faktor positive emotion dan engagement yang ditemukan dalam penelitian.
