<![CDATA[Each company has its policy in determining a work rule. The policy is based on an organizational culture that is implemented within the company. In this study, company X has an organizational structure that changes ownership, thus making the culture applied also changes. Employees within the scope of the company lack an understanding of the culture that is use and this greatly affects the production results of company X. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of employees of the production department at company X, using quantitative research methods. The results of hypothesis testing using the F test (ANOVA) obtained an F count of 49.760 (49.760 > 4.038393), and the Sig value obtained was 0.000 (< a = 0.05). In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.494. Thus, the result of this study is the influence of organizational culture on the work motivation of 49.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the conflicts happened to the main character, Chris, in the movie Into the Wild. This conflict then results the self defense mechanism done by Chris to cope with the problem. The method used was qualitative with descriptive approach. To collect the data, firstly the researchers watched the movie several times and then read the transcript of the movie to get the comprehensive understanding. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, some notes related to the research problem taken before were reduced and finally concluded. The research results are Chris faced both the internal conflict and external conflict in the movie. The internal conflict is related to the psychological turmoil while the external conflict tends to physical and social conflict. The entire conflict faced by Chris finally led him to do self-defense mechanism, namely repression and displacement. As the conclusion, all the conflicts encountered by Chris both internal and external, resulted the repression and displacement as his self-defense mechanism to deal with the conflicts.]]>

<![CDATA[Students majoring in nursing are prospective nurses whose job is to serve and assist in healing patients. So that prospective nurses must have high altruism behavior and be smart in understanding what other people feel which is called emotional intelligence. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and altruism behavior in nursing students. The variables of emotional intelligence and altruism behavior were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study amounted to 32 students majoring in nursing at Ratu Samban University. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with SPSS Version 20 for Windows. Based on the results of the study, it is known that emotional intelligence has a positive relationship with altruism behavior in nursing students at Ratu Samban University. There is a significant correlation (r0.893 with a significance <0.05) between the variable emotional intelligence and altruism behavior in nursing students, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below/smaller than 0.05, this means that the higher emotional intelligence, the higher the altruism behavior in students. students majoring in nursing on the contrary, the lower the emotional intelligence of students majoring in nursing, the lower the altruism behavior in students majoring in nursing. In nursing students, emotional intelligence has the most moderate level category with a contribution of 44% and altruism behavior has the most moderate level category with 53% contribution.]]>

<![CDATA[This negative view of oneself and feelings if worthless in this single parent family teeneger will an impact on the development of their resilience. An important factor that influences resilience is self-concept. Self-concept is a part of personality that gives to rise to several behaviors that affect one’s thought processes, feelings, desires values and life goals. In addition to self-concept, there are also other factors, namely self-disclosure. Ko and Pu (2011) state that self-disclosure has a relationship with the level of resilience. This study uses quantitative research methods to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in single-parent adolescents with a number of respondents as many as 50 adolescents aged 14 – 18 years. <![CDATA[Many K-Pop fans in Indonesia, especially early adults, could lead them to celebrity worship. Celebrity worship is the worship that fans do to their idol celebrity. One of the factors that cause celebrity worship behavior is the low level of psychological well-being. Psychological well-being (PWB) is individuals’ positive attitudes towards themselves and their social environment. This research is a quantitative study with simple linear regression analysis that aims to determine the effect of PWB on celebrity worship. This study used instruments the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales and the Celebrity Attitude Scales distributed through Google Form. The participants in this study were 378 members who joined one of the K-Pop groups on social media. The results showed that the significance value was 0,208>0,0005 (p>0,0005), so there was no significant effect between PWB on celebrity worship in early adults who like K-Pop. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of the use of online games with social interaction in adolescents in South Lahat District. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between the use of online games and social interaction among adolescents in South Lahat District. The number of samples in this study were 105 adolescents in South Lahat District using a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Intensity scale, and the Social Interaction scale. The analysis technique uses a simple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of the study using multiple linear regression show a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.762 and an Adjusted R Squeare value of 0.581 = 58.1% with a p value of 0.000 which means there is a very strong relationship. There is a significant relationship between the intensity of online game use and social interaction among adolescents in South Lahat District]]>

<![CDATA[A dysfunctional family is one of the factors that can trigger children to experience defiant behavior disorders. This disorder is characterized by defiant behavior, disobedience to orders, and provocative behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of behavior modification interventions in children with behavioral disorders of defiance with dysfunctional family conditions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a single case pre test post test design. The participant of this research is one child who is 12 years old and has a behavior disorder of defiance. The assessment techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and psychological test tools to assist researchers in writing a description of psychological dynamics. Researchers used behavior modification interventions to overcome defiant behavior disorders in children, the intervention was given in 3 sessions with a duration of approximately 60 minutes. The results of this study indicate that behavior modification interventions are appropriate for children who experience defiant behavior disorder with dysfunctional family conditions]]>

<![CDATA[Self-regulated learning is the ability of an individual to play an active role in the learning process both in metacognition, motivation, anda behavior. One of the factors that influence self-regulated learning is goal orientation and peer attachment. The study aims to analyze the relationship between goal orientation and peer attachment with self-regulated in student learning. The implication in this study is how students pursue meaningful learning by using self-regulated in good learning. This type of research is quantitative. The method of data collection in this study was to use three types of psychological scales, namely self-regulates learning, goal orientation, and peer attachment in the from of a questionnaire distributed throught google from media. The subjects in this study were 480 active students of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The sampling technique using accidental sampling. Validity in this study using content validity and reliability using cronbach’s alpha. In this study using partial correlation and multiple regression data analysis techniques wuth the JASP software version 0.16.3.0. The results in this study obtained a value of R = 0.843 with a value of F = 165.083 (p<0.01) it shows that there is a significant positive relationship between goal orientation and peer attachment with self-regulated learning in university students. <![CDATA[The application of the contract employee system so far has had several problems, one of which is due to the employment relationship which is always in the form of non-permanent or contractual ones. Make workers feel insecure because of status uncertainty that can interfere with work motivation. Researchers are interested in conducting research to find out the relationship between job insecurity and work motivation in employees with work agreements for a certain time in a city of Palembang. The research sample used a purposive random sampling technique with a total sample of 111 people. Data collection uses a job insecurity scale and a motivation scale. Data processing techniques using simple regretion analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of the research data show that the general correlation coefficient is r = 0.748 with an R square = 0.560 and p = 0.000 where p≤ 0.01. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. <![CDATA[Development is the changes that occur in a person’s life span, where this development begins during pregnancy. However, in some cases these developments do not go as they should. One of the things that happens is that the hearing function does not develop properly which canresult in the inhibition of a person’s communication development. The subjects of this studywere deaf children who were attending speech and auditory verbal therapy at PT. ABDI Palembang. The number of samples in this study were five deaf children who use hearing aidsor cochlear implants. This sampling technique is purposive sampling technique is the sample is determined based on certain criteria.The result of this study in dicate that the reisan influence between speech therapy and auditory verbal on language development in deaf children at PT.ABDI Palembang which was shown through the paired sample t-test with p=0.003 so thatp<0.05 and the distribution value through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with p=0.2 so thatp>0.01. One of the changes that occurred in the sample after receiving speech therapy and auditory verbal therapy was starting to understand their own name, this was seen when the sample turned around when his name was called 2 to 3 times by giving a waiting time]]>
