Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, impulsive buying, pengendalian diri, lingkungan kampus, sikap keuangan, dan teman sebaya terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 2.618 mahasiswa, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 347 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Data dianalisis dan diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statictics Versi 26. Hasil uji t dan uji F mengungkapkan bahwa literasi keuangan, impulsive buying, pengendalian diri, lingkungan kampus, sikap keuangan, dan teman sebaya secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian dengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti gaya hidup, pendidikan keuangan keluarga, dan status sosial ekonomi serta dapat menambahkan sampel yang lebih banyak lagi, atau sampel yang berasal dari gen z/gen milenial dan universitas yang ada di lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Leaders have an important task in managing human resources. A leader must realize that employees are the asset that most influences the company's productivity. In other words, it must be realized that there is a dependency between the company and its employees. The role of a leader in influencing decisions directed towards organizational goals greatly determines the direction of the company's progress regarding the way or style a person leads in managing their company according to the specified direction.

Abstract

The definition of organization in this paper includes large and small work units such as a department, work unit, project or sub-project. The author assumes that the strength and existence of an organization is highly dependent on the organization's ability to achieve its goals. Therefore, in maintaining, fostering, or developing an organization, it is necessary to pay attention to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in achieving the desired goals. Thus, the assessment and measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization need to be carried out and in this regard, concepts and tools are needed as well as ways to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Abstract

Motivation is an important thing in the learning process. The existence of student motivation in learning will make the learning process more enjoyable, communication smoother, reducing student anxiety, increasing creativity and learning activities. Mc. Donald in Sardiman (2008: 73) argues that motivation is a change in energy in a person which is characterized by the appearance of "feeling" and preceded by a response to the existence of goals. With the high motivation to learn, students will be able to achieve optimal self development in their learning achievement which is one of the main goals in learning. Based on the results of a discrete analysis of the percentage of learning motivation after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques has increased. The average level of broken home student learning motivation in SMP Negeri 1 Pelaihari becomes 66.11% in the high category, where 64% or 23 people with a high enough category and 36% or 13 people in the Medium category and no longer found students who are at low category. From the results of the data processing, it is known that there is an increase of 10.53% where in the preservice delivery the motivation level is an average of 55.58% to 66.11%. This proves that after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques student learning motivation can increase. Besides that based on the results of the hypothesis analysis test data obtained t count = 11.51 and t table = 1.994, so t arithmetic> t table .. This shows that "there are differences in the level of student motivation before and after getting individual counseling services with techniques motivational interviewing ".

Abstract

AbstrakPerundungan atau bullying adalah salah satu permasalahan sosial yang sangat memprihatinkan di kalangan masyarakat. Fenomena ini tidak terjadi di lingkungan sekolah saja melainkan terjadi di komunitas, media sosial, bahkan di lingkungan sekitar. Sering kali, Perundungan terjadi karena nilai-nilai Pancasila tidak diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menerapkan sila ke dua "kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab" dapat menjadi solusi terbaik. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menganalisis terkait faktor dan dampak dari terjadinya Perundungan yang di tinjau dari Pancasila sila kedua, serta memberikan pencegahan agar tidak terjadi lagi perundungan. Penelitian ini di buat bertujuan untuk memahami dampak buruk dari terjadinya Perundungan dan dapat menjadi pembelajaran bagi siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kualitatif dam studi kepustakaan, menganalisis data jurnal maupun website. Perundungan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik maupun psikologis korban. Mengimplementasikan nilai Pancasila begitu penting dilakukan, dengan cara sosialisi kepada para remaja, bersikap adil, dan beradab kepada sesama individu . Hal ini penting karena dapat mencegah terjadinya Perundungan di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

The role essential of functions of human resource management is to take care of maintance employees. The process is normally divided into two categories: first category includes different activities such as having health and safety in working centers, performing healthy and sport programs and some other similar activities to save and improve employees' physical characteristics. The second group includes other important issues normally called benefit programs, which includes good health insurance and retiring plans. Whenever an organization provides good benefit programs and supporting programs, there is a better job satisfaction among employee. This study try to find out about, the effects of related services to support employee to reach job satisfaction and employee activities in public sectors in Banjarmasin City is used 126 random samples. The results show that employees are relatively satisfied from the benefit programs of the public organization and they were relatively happy on working for such organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan struktur aktiva terhadap harga saham dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sektor barang baku yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 sampai dengan 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode data panel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi pada laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor barang baku yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui website www.idx.co.id., jurnal-jurnal terdahulu, dan buku pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas secara parsial mampu mempengaruhi harga saham. Struktur modal dinyatakan mampu memediasi pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan struktur aktiva terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu dijadikan referensi terutama bagi pihak perusahaan sektor barang baku mengingat kinerja perusahaan di sektor ini dapat berdampak langsung pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

Mastery of work materials that are always left behind by the development of science and technology and the weak level of discipline of employees have an effect on improving performance, so a study is needed to measure the effect of work facilities and work discipline on organizational commitment to members of the Tanah Bumbu Police.The aims of this study are: 1) work facilities partially affect the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu, 2) whether work discipline partially affects the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu and 3) whether work facilities and work discipline are simultaneously affect the Organizational Commitment of Police Members at the POLRESTanah Bumbu The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are 1) The work facilities variable partially has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.201 > 0.05), 2) There is a significant partial effect of work discipline on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.001 < 0.05) and 3 ) There is a simultaneous (together) significant effect between work facilities and work discipline on Member Organizational Commitment (0.001 <0.05). The finding in this study is that complete work facilities if not accompanied by high discipline will have less effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi dampak korupsi terhadap program bantuan sosial (bansos) dan pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dari perspektif mahasiswa desain. Korupsi, yang merupakan praktik yang merugikan negara dan masyarakat, sering kali menghambat efektivitas program bansos, yang seharusnya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Mahasiswa desain, dengan latar belakang dan pendekatan yang berbeda, menghasilkan perspektif berbeda dalam menganalisis dampak korupsi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui studi kasus dan analisis kualitatif, artikel ini menunjukkan bagaimana korupsi dapat mempengaruhi distribusi bansos, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa desain memiliki penilaian terhadap kasus korupsi bansos dan mahasiswa desain dapat berperan penting dalam mengurangi korupsi dan meningkatkan efektivitas bansos, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the remaining results of cooperative businesses in Central Kalimantan province. The dependent variable in this research is Remaining Business Results. The independent variables in this research are Number of Members, Own Capital, Loan Capital, and Business Volume. The data analysis method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). This research uses secondary data and annual time series data with a research period of 30 years, starting from 1994 to 2023. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in the long term the number of members and capital themselves have a significant effect on the remaining business results. , while loan capital and business volume have no effect on the remaining business results. In the short term, the number of members and own capital do not affect the remaining business results, while loan capital and business volume influence the remaining business results.
