This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Financial Ratios to Assess the Financial Performance of Banking Companies Listed on the IDX. The approach in this study is to use a quantitative approach, and based on its objectives, this type of research is causal, namely research that explains the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. Independent variables in this study include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and for the dependent variable in this study is Financial Performance projected by Return On Asset (ROA). The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounted to 44. The sample determination procedure uses a non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The considerations taken are banks that are included in the 6 banks with the largest profit achievements in 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, advertising, and product quality on the purchase decisions of Converse shoes in the Jabodetabek region. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that price does not significantly impact the purchase decision of Converse shoes. In contrast, advertising and product quality have a significant influence on purchase decisions. These findings highlight the critical role of effective advertising and high product quality in shaping consumer decisions, ultimately enhancing the competitive advantage and market position of Converse products.

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of rapid changes and fierce competition, Innovation Work Behavior (IWB), along with effective leadership and employee competence, plays a crucial role in ensuring the survival and growth of cooperatives. This research examines the influence of leadership and competence on employee performance within the Employees’ Cooperative of PT. Indosat, Tbk., with innovative work behavior as a mediator. The study collected primary data using purposive sampling through a survey of 64 participants. Data analysis utilized the path analysis method to better understand the relationships between variables. The findings suggest that both leadership and competence significantly and directly impact Innovative Work Behavior (IWB). Furthermore, IWB directly enhances employee performance. Additionally, leadership and competence indirectly influence employee performance through their effect on IWB as a mediator.

Abstract

Green purchasing is an important issue in the manufacturing world, where all lines must implement the green concept in order to achieve a green concept that is friendly to the environment. PT Dapensi Trio Usaha in meeting the needs of its customers is faced with problems related to the selection of supplier criteria that have a green category so that it is hoped that later the procurement of goods that containing chemicals can meet the green standards set by ISO 14001. In the procurement process of goods containing chemicals, there are several vendors who have passed the administrative selection and can proceed directly to the tender stage. Among the companies that have met the administrative requirements are PT "A", PT "B", PT "C", PT "D" all of which have ISO 14001 certification from chemical goods providers as one of the main requirements to participate in the tender at PT Dapensi Trio Usaha. This study aims to determine the best supplier with the green purchasing concept using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.

Abstract

The competitive e-commerce market drives platforms like Shopee to understand the factors that influence users' purchasing decisions. Special events such as twin dates create their own opportunities and challenges. This study aims to analyse the impact of free shipping promos and customer reviews on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Bandung City during the twin dates event. Using Nonprobability Sampling technique and purposive sampling sub-technique, this study found that free shipping promos and customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The findings are expected to provide insights for Shopee and other e-commerce platforms in optimising their marketing strategies, increasing competitiveness, and responding more effectively to the growing demand from online consumers.

This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) The number of flights and passengers influences the aero and non-aero targets at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang Airport; 2) Promotion and Marketing influence aero and non-aero targets at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang Airport; and 3) Retail availability influences aero and non-aero targets at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang Airport.

The purpose of writing this literature article is to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methods were applied in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was obtained from credible academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and reputable journals. Abstract

Research was carried out to create sustainability of SMEs in the export sector through superior topics in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship with the sub-sector of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, abbreviated as UMKM. Important characteristics analytically and experimentally. This research examines the role of Trust as a mediator between Export Commitment and competitive advantage on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises conducting export businesses in Indonesia. The main phenomenon in this research is the involvement of MSMEs in the supply chain, which is still very minimal, only reaching 6.3 percent in the global value chain in Southeast Asia, far behind Malaysia (46.2%), Thailand (29.6%), the Philippines (20.1%) and Vietnam 21.4%. For national exports, SMEs in Indonesia have only reached 14 percent, far from the government's target of 17 percent. In accordance with the Mercubuana University Research Master Plan for the period 2021 – 2024. The research begins with measuring the Level of Technology Readiness at level 3 with proof-of-concept criteria. Proof of concept, this research has a research objective and developing concepts, especially those related to competitive advantage, commitment and trust, which can improve the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in the export sector in Indonesia. The research method that uses a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS data analysis method is considered appropriate. The choice of the SEM- PLS method, because this research is predictive, will of course be able to represent the research model better. This research used 84 respondents from 88 returned questionnaires. The research results of export commitment and trust on the performance of export SMEs have a positive and insignificant effect, competitive advantage on the performance of export SMEs has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and business performance at coffee cafés in Bandung. The study focuses on identifying key entrepreneurial competencies, such as creativity, leadership, financial management, and customer relationship management, that contribute to the success of coffee businesses. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with café owners across Bandung, and the results were analyzed to determine which skills have the most significant impact on business performance. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial skills, particularly in innovation and customer management, play a crucial role in improving business outcomes. These insights provide valuable guidance for coffee café entrepreneurs seeking to enhance their business performance in a competitive market.
