Analyzing the role of intelligence using Biddle and Thomas consists of four dimensions, namely the people who take part in social interactions, the behavior that appears in these interactions, position and relationships. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data with sources from the Governor of South Sumatra, Head of the Health Service, Head of BNPB, Regents and Mayors, Hospital Leaders, District Heads and Village Heads, Head of South Sumatra BINDA, KABAGDUKOPS and members of POSDASouth Sumatra Province's policy takes the form of macro policy, namely Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 17 of 2023 concerning health. Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2020 concerning State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability. South Sumatra province's meso policy in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic refers to the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation number 23 of 2023 concerning guidelines for handling the 2019 corona virus disease (COVID- 19), South Sumatra governor's regulation number 37 of 2020 concerning guidelines for adapting new habits to society productive and safe in the situation of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-2019) in South Sumatra Province, and micro policies ensure that economic transactions continue to run by implementing health protocols, the Governor of South Sumatra also invites Regents and Mayors to continue to facilitate community activities while adhering to health protocols. The active intelligence role played by KABINDA, KABAGDUKOPS and BINDA SUMSEL in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic, mass vaccination activities and providing mask assistance shows BIN's involvement in supporting the response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) influence the Net Profit Margin (NPM) of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) over the period from 2013 to 2023. The data used in this research consists of the bank's annual financial reports spanning 11 years, sourced internally from the bank. The research method applied is multiple linear regression analysis, with data processing carried out using SPSS software. The findings show that neither the Current Ratio nor the Debt to Asset Ratio significantly impacts the Net Profit Margin. The coefficient of determination is low (R² = 0.077), indicating that these two variables explain only 7.7% of the variation in Net Profit Margin. The F-test results also confirm that these variables do not have a significant collective effect on Net Profit Margin. Based on these results, it is recommended that BNI focus on other factors, such as cost control and operational efficiency, to enhance its profitability in the future.

Abstract

With a focus on the roles of green knowledge, green attitude, and green trust—the latter of which acts as a mediating element within the context of sustainable marketing—this study investigates the factors affecting decisions to buy BPA-free baby plastic products. Despite being necessary for modern living, plastic presents serious health and environmental hazards, especially because of dangerous compounds like bisphenol A (BPA). 185 women in the Jabodetabek region who bought BPA-free baby plastic products participated in the study's survey. A Likert scale and Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) were employed to examine the data. The findings indicate that while green knowledge does not directly affect purchase decisions, green attitude and green trust do have an advantageous and significant impact. Furthermore, the association between green knowledge and purchasing decisions is totally mediated by green trust, while the relationship between green attitude and purchasing decisions is somewhat mediated by green trust. These findings highlight the need of building customer trust through educational programs that highlight the advantages and characteristics of eco-friendly products, offering insightful information for long-term marketing plans.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital leadership on job rotation and talent mobility within the public sector, addressing challenges posed by hierarchical structures and bureaucratic inertia. The research aims to determine whether digital leadership enhances these processes and fosters workforce adaptability. A quantitative approach utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to analyze data from 32 Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs respondents. The findings reveal that digital leadership significantly impacts job rotation and talent mobility, with respective T-scores of 3.438 and 9.702 and P-values below the 0.05 threshold. Digital leadership explains 27.6% of the variance in job rotation and 61.7% in talent mobility, underscoring its role in streamlining career planning and cross-functional development. Tools such as predictive analytics and immersive technologies were identified as pivotal in enhancing talent management practices. This research highlights the transformative potential of digital leadership in overcoming public sector barriers, contributing to more responsive and agile organizational operations. By linking leadership strategies to workforce adaptability, this study provides actionable insights for improving public service efficiency and enriching the theoretical framework of digital leadership. These findings underscore the importance of fostering innovation and continuous learning in addressing contemporary organizational challenges.
