Abstract

This research design uses A bibliometric for Systematic Literature REVIEW. we performed searches using specific phrases in Scopus databases, resulting in 736 papers retrieved solely from Scopus. Subsequently, we selectively examined studies aligned with our research objectives and removed any redundant data. Publications originating from book chapters, conference proceedings, and written in languages other than English were omitted from our dataset. These findings underscore a significant opportunity for future research endeavors to generate innovative insights within the field of marketing management. The identified topic represents a crucial issue in supporting the sustainability of small and medium enterprises worldwide, given the lack of comprehensive discussion by researchers. However, it's important to acknowledge the limitations of this study. The reliance solely on data from the Scopus citation index means that topics explored in this study may have been researched in other sources, potentially limiting generalizability. Moreover, the study's timeframe is limited to five years, resulting in a relatively homogeneous set of previous research topics and themes. Therefore, future research endeavors could enhance the applicability of this study by broadening the scope of data sources and problems investigated.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of solvency and asset turnover on the company's chances of receiving a GCAO on EOM paragraph, with company size as a moderating variable. The research focuses on companies in the hospitality industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2020-2022 period. The independent variables analyzed include solvency and asset turnover, while the dependent variable is the GCAO on EOM paragraph. This research method uses a purposive sampling technique to select 28 companies as samples for the 2020-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression implemented through the EViews application. The results of the analysis show that the higher the debt or low solvency, the higher the chance of the company receiving a GCAO on EOM paragraph. Meanwhile, the higher the asset turnover, the lower the chance of the company receiving a GCAO on EOM paragraph. In addition, company size is proven to moderate the effect of solvency and asset turnover on the chances of receiving a GCAO on EOM paragraph. In conclusion, companies with high solvency and high asset turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic can maintain their business continuity, so auditors do not feel the need to issue a GCAO on EOM paragraph.

Abstract

The shipping industry in Indonesia has developed into one of the important parts of the country's economy. As a maritime country with thousands of islands and vast search, Indonesia has a growing need for a fleet of ships. One of the key aspects in the construction of marine vessels is the use of reliable and high-quality ship engines. The current trade balance business in Indonesia, the majority of which uses sea vessel transport, reflects the trend of the shipping business in terms of Export Import in Indonesia over the past few years experiencing a surplus. Therefore, this study aims to measure the variables of innovation, country of origin (COO), repurchase intention and perceived quality in the marine engine industry based on European products. This research will make a theoretical contribution by providing and developing a deeper understanding of the variables that impact Repurchase Intention in the context of the European product-based marine engine industry. Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory is a theory used to distinguish between individual expectations and actual experiences affecting perceptions of a product or service. According to this theory, when individuals feel that their experience exceeds their expectations, they will feel satisfied. However, if the experience is not as expected, then there tends to be a feeling of dissatisfaction. The data processed were 150 samples and were taken from 3 major cities of marine engine manufacturing in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Batam and Surabaya, using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique and processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3 application.

Abstract

Downstreaming the results of ’lecturers’ research is a strategic activity to improve the performance of a higher education institution (HEI) which requires research on mapping the commercialization potential. This research aims to understand the role of research centres in the commercialization process and increasing start-ups at one Indonesian university, Universitas Jambi (UNJA). Besides, this research maps the potential for commercialization assessed from the valuation system and technology readiness levels (TRL). This research is important for achieving the institution vision of " a world-class entrepreneurship university based on agroindustry and environment”. The results are expected to contribute to empirical thinking for formulating research policies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with research lecturers and leadership elements as the informants. The TLR of the research is 5, and the research output is in the form of publications in indexed international journals, international seminar certificates, and registered textbooks. The results of the study indicate that policies and programs to increase the commercialization of research results have been carried out. A start-up planning and valuation system has also been done and has a good opportunity to increase the commercialization of research results.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are vital economic institutions in rural areas, serving both social and commercial functions. As social entities, BUMDes are expected to prioritize community interests by providing social services. Their primary function is to establish a professional and institutional platform for economic activities while leveraging the village's inherent potential. This approach enhances productivity and effectiveness in local businesses. A recent study aimed to develop a strategy for the institutional development of Village-Owned Enterprises in Karawang City using qualitative research and case study methods. The study found that the development of institutional capacity at both individual and organizational levels was not optimal due to constraints such as limited human resources, budgets, facilities, and infrastructure. Additional challenges included poor inter-sectoral coordination, ineffective implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deficiencies in understanding, skills, commitment, and leadership within BUMDes. The study recommended diversifying strategies at both individual and organizational levels and forming an Integrated Team Alliance to effectively promote the development of BUMDes in Karawang City.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment among employees. Utilizing a quantitative method with a causal design, data were collected from 191 employees through questionnaires. The results indicate that employee engagement and job satisfaction significantly impact organizational commitment. Employees who are more engaged and satisfied tend to have higher levels of commitment. Additionally, work-life balance was found to positively affect job satisfaction, with a good work-life balance enhancing employee satisfaction. The study also revealed that job satisfaction and employee engagement mediate the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment. Therefore, a good work-life balance increases job satisfaction and employee engagement, ultimately enhancing organizational commitment. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationships between work-life balance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, providing practical guidance for management in creating a supportive work environment to boost employee motivation and commitment.

The objective of this study was to examine the impact of store atmosphere and perceived value on consumer repurchase interest at Dreezel Coffee Pajajaran Branch, Bandung. This research utilized a quantitative methodology, incorporating a verification technique approach. Both primary and secondary data were employed in this study. A non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling, was used to select participants. From a total population of 19,512 consumers who visited Dreezel Coffee Pajajaran Branch, the Slovin formula was applied to derive a sample size of 100, ensuring they met the necessary criteria. The findings indicate that store atmosphere exerts a moderate influence, evidenced by a correlation value of 0.451, while perceived value exerts a weak influence, with a correlation value of 0.246. Furthermore, the R Square value of 0.241 reveals that the two independent variables account for 24.1% of the variance in repurchase interest, with the remaining 75.9% attributed to other factors.
