Abstract

This study aims to describe 3D printing as a medium of mathematics learning for students in the context of prospective teacher learning in accordance with the increasingly rapid technological development. Consideration in this study is that many teachers find it difficult in learning media both in making and developing learning media. 3D printing is one solution that can be offered by technology in order to solve the problems experienced by teachers. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method with PGSD students participating in mathematics concentration at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi totalling 20 people. Based on the results of this study, students can operate and print mathematics learning media through 3D printing. In addition to making media for learning, 3D printing also sharpens digital literacy for students to prepare teachers for the future.

Abstract

The Effect of Student's Learning Method on Ability to Solve Mathematics Problem of 5th Grade Students at SDN Srondol Wetan 05 Semarang". Essay. Teacher Education Study Program Elementary School Faculty of Education Science University PGRI Semarang. The backgrounds that encourage this research are 1) Lack of student attention towards teachers, students themselves in learning. 2) Lack of students' ability to solve mathematical problems. 3) Lack of interest in learning, students look bored and saturated during learning because learning only uses lecture methods. The problem formulated in this research is Does the influence of student's learning on the ability to solve the problem of building the 5th grade student room of SDN Srondol Wetan 05 Semarang? Objectives to be achieved in this study to determine the effect of student learning on the ability to solve the problems of mathematics students of grade 5 SDN Srondol Wetan 05 Semarang. This type of research is ex post facto research. The research population is 30 students of grade 5 SDN Srondol Wetan 05 Semarang. The data in this research is obtained through observation, documentation, and test. Based on the final analysis that has been done visible from the results of research conducted by current researchers of 30 students classified 12 students visual way of learning, 11 students how to learn auditorial, 7 students kinesthetic way of learning. This is in accordance with the results of a survey by researchers that there are 40% of visual people, 37% of people audiovisual, 23% kinestetik people. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable obtained coefficient of determination of 0.483 which means the ability to solve mathematical problems explained by way of learning by 48.3%. In addition, the researchers conducted the F-test produced below the average difference between the three ways of learning and the last research to do further test with t-test resulted that between kinesthetic and visual learning methods there are significantly, between kinesthetic and auditorial learning methods existed significant, while between the way the visual and auditorial learning differ significantly. That a different way of learning is a kinesthetic way of learning. Suggestions that writers can convey the author is that students can often practice to solve problems solving mathematical problems, so for students to be a normal thing is no longer a difficult thing.

Abstract

Hakikat sains adalah landasan untuk berpijak dalam mempelajari IPA. Aspek hakikat sains mengandung tiga aspek yaitu sains sebagai produk, sains sebagai proses, dan sains sebagai sikap ilmiah. Kurangnya penanaman nilai sikap ilmiah dalam proses kegiatan ilmiah berakibat pada peroleh hakikat sains yang tidak utuh dan kurangnya terbentuk sikap ilmiah siswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ilmiah. Dengan demikian perlu adanya analisis penguasaan konsep hakikat sains dalam pelaksanaan percobaan pada pembelajaran IPA di SDN Kota Banda Aceh. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini  adalah: Bagaimanakah penguasaan konsep hakikat sains siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di SDN Kota Banda Aceh?. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat penguasan konsep hakikat sains dalam melaksanakan percobaan pada pembelajaran IPA SDN Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi deskriptif. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN di Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah 71 SDN. Sampel ditetapkan pada 10 SDN. Instrumen yang digunakan dala penelitian ini adalah tes. Teknik analisis Data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dasar siswa dalam penguasaan konsep hakikat sains diperoleh  secara total rata-rata 40% pada kategori tidak baik. Kemunculan sikap ilmiah siswa  pada sepuluh SD Negeri diperoleh bahwa 60% pada kategori cukup.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to obtain objective information about social vocabulary skill and competence and the competence of students of Primary School Teacher Education at Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang College of Teacher Training and Education in teaching Social Science. The research applies quantitative method in the form of survey research. It is a population research with the population of 197 people. The result is vocabulary skill and competence of students of Primary School Teacher Education at Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang College of Teacher Training and Education in teaching Social Science – West Kalimantan is 75% from what is expected, with the details as follows: 1) social vocabulary skill and the competence of the students of Primary School Teacher Education at Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang College of Teacher Training and Education in teaching Social Science is considered “good” with the questionnaire’s score at 86.50%. Based on the hypothesis test, the value of t count is larger than the value of t table, which is 18.67 2.35, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The suggestion for this research is teachers should become proficient at educative interaction technique because it directly relates to students’ motivation and learning interest. Educative interaction has considerable influence toward learning success.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul ”Kendala yang dihadapi Guru dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Matematika di SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar” ini mengangkat masalah apa saja kendala yang dihadapi guru-guru SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar dalam mengajar matematika. Dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar guru-guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran matematika dituntut mampu menguasai materi matematika secara baik dan benar, menguasai metode-metode mengajar, mampu menggunakan alat peraga untuk mempercepat pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep yang dimaksudkan dan dapat mengelola kelas dengan baik sehingga tercipta suasana belajar yang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengajar matematika di SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru matematika di SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 10 orang yaitu guru matematika kelas I1, I2, II1, II2, III, IV1, IV2, V1, V2 dan VI di SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dari seluruh populasi peneliti mengambil keseluruhannya menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, angket dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data adalah dengan menganalisis semua data yang diperoleh selama penelitian, data-data angket ditabulasikan kemudian mengambil kesimpulan umum berdasarkan jawaban yang terbanyak. Dalam hal ini analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian guru yang mengajar matematika di SD Negeri Gani Kabupaten Aceh Besar mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran matematika, diantaranya disebabkan karena guru kurang memiliki wawasan luas tentang materi matematika, kurang media pembelajaran dan sulitnya guru dalam mengelola kelas karena jumlah siswa terlalu banyak dalam satu kelas. iv

Abstract

One of the villages located in the Jaya Baru District of Banda Aceh City is the village of Punge Blang Cut which has five hamlets. Two of them are Tuan Dikandang and Tuan Dipakeh. Dusun Tuan Dikandang has 1 faqir community and 28 poor people. This faqir / poor community education is: no school 5 people, elementary school: 7 people, junior high school: 9 people, and high school: 8 people. Their jobs are housewives: 14 people, entrepreneurs: 3 people, not / haven't worked: 7 people, tire patchers: 1 person, 3 builders, and becak drivers: 1 person. Hamlet Tuan Dipakeh faqir community 3 people and 44 people poor. Their education is not in school: 1 person, elementary school: 2 people, junior high school: 14 people, high school: 25 people, D III: 2 people, and S1: 3 people. Their work is tricycles: 3 people, IRT: 6 people, entrepreneurs: 16 people, selling stalls: 4 people, making cakes: 3 people, unskilled laborers: 6 people, drivers: 3 people, not working: 3 people, and each - 1 person cut grass, sells fruit and a docker. Aloe Vera is one of the ten types of best-selling plants in the world that have the potential to be developed as medicinal plants and industrial raw materials that can be used both in the world of beauty and food that has many benefits. The purpose of this Community Service is to make training and cultivation of Aloe Vera and process it into healthy, nutritious food and many benefits, as well as business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the people in the two hamlets. The method of conducting training in processing Aloe Vera is an explanation by demonstration / practice of discussion and question and answer as well as how to cultivate Aloe Vera. All participants were distributed modules, tools and materials needed. The training activities are guided by resource persons who are competent in their bidag. The target to be achieved is 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in cultivating Aloe Vera, and 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in processing Aloe Vera into delicious, nutritious and rich food.

Abstract

Bagi anak kecerdasan interpersonal sangat membantu anak dalam menyesuaikan diri serta dalam membentuk hubungan sosial. Demikian pula sebaliknya, tanpa kecerdasan interpersonal siswa akan mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Sedangkan masalah yang sering kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu terdapat sebagian siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pekerjaan kelompok serta kurang mampu dalam beriteraksi dengan teman dan juga guru. Salah satu yang menentukan keberhasilan seseorang itu adalah intelegensi. Intelegensi yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini yaitu kecerdasan siswa dalam berinteraksi di suatu proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Interpersonal Dengan Prestasi Belajar” dan mengangkat  masalah apakah  hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Citizenship and social education education plays a role in the development and development of character in the younger generation, if the contribution given by citizenship and social studies education is successful in directing the young generation today to contribute to the national character. Therefore, it is very necessary to have an understanding of the character of the nation itself and provide a way for the development of the nation's character. the development of superior national character has existed since the republic was proclaimed on August 17, 1945. Our first national leader, Bung Karno, had stated the need for nation and character buildings. Although the statement is in a political context, it explicitly implies that Indonesia's development is not enough just to develop physically but must include building the character and culture of the nation. Some national figures of this nation such as Ki Hadjar Dewantoro also mentioned the need for character building as an integral part of national development. One effort that can realize these characters is using or injecting an educational institution that is very close to each of the nation's next generation. A media needs to be implemented namely through a course and citizenship education and social studies subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to increase students’ learning activities in the learning process of mathematics by applying the type of Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperative learning and to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics. This research was carried out in the fifth grade Students in Elemntary School 47 Jambi  during the first semester of 2017/2018 Academic Year. The action was carried out in 2 cycles with the subject matter covered in cycle I was about explaining and reducing two fractions with different denominators and in cycle II about multiplication and division of decimal fractions. Data was collected by observation methods using observation sheets and student learning outcomes was collected using tests. The results of the study based on data analysis showed an increase in learning outcomes from 64.29% wich is sufficient category in the first cycle to be a good category in the second cycle with 83.93%. For student learning outcome there was an improvement from 50% with inactive categories to 90% with very active categories.. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning model can be used to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Character education is a system of inculcating character values to the citizens of the school that includes the components of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement those values. Character education can be interpreted as “the deliberate use of all dimensions of school life to foster optimal character development”. In character education in school especially on IPS/Kn learning, All components (stakeholders) must be involved, including the components of education itself, that is, the content of the IPS/Kn curriculum, IPS/Kn learning process and IPS/Kn assessment, Handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of activities or co-curricular activities, empowerment of infrastructure, financing, and work ethic of all school/neighborhood residents. So with the combination of IPS/PKn learning By instilling character values can be oriented to the formation of the child as a whole human being. The quality of the students becomes superior not only in the cognitive aspect, but also in the character. Children who excel in the character will be able to face all the problems and challenges in life both social environment as the main target of social studies and the environment of the nation and state as the main target of learning Civics (Kn).
